the ecru feline wandered into devlin's room, first peeking his head around the frame of her door to see what was going on before deeming his entrance appropriate. he frowned at her upset expression however, not bothering to mention anything about the fact he'd seen that book once before at a book giveaway, not that he would've in the first place. "wh-what's wr-rong?" the long haired feline stuttered, frowning in a concerned sort of way.

he grinned up at the tom before settling in beside him tentatively, placing his rump down on the floor then slowly sliding down until the rest of his body went with it. he felt more... relaxed around the lynx point, which was a rare, practically magical occurrence in the tabby's eyes. he nodded in thanks before sipping at a styrofoam cup filled with none other then- yes, you guessed it, coffee.

the temporary she-cat gnawed on his bottom lip with ever-apparent worry clouding his eyes, but a different kind of worry of course. a strange sort of it. "o-oh," the blonde femme murmured, glancing away and shuffling his paws around before gulping and moving his gaze back to the tom, slinking closer to press comfortingly against the other.

maybe he'd been lurking around the hallways in search of some missing barrettes, ones he hadn't worn in a while. he didn't recall how he'd lost them, nor why he stopped wearing them. and maybe he'd spotted devlin during his search and followed the lynx point to the roof, which was odd. and the thoughts made his head ache with horrific possibilities and reminders. disgusting reminders. he just sort of stared at the other feline for a few moments when they had made it to the roof, waiting. expecting the next step to be a bound over the ledge. the cream tabby had let go of a breath he hadn't known he was holding when calum spoke, but immediately sucked it back in hearing devlin's choppy tone. for now, the tabby lingered in the darkness, feeling his heart strain against his rib cage. he felt bad for assuming something like that, he felt so, so bad.

javapaw wandered forward, head hanging and feet dragging at a sluggish pace. he was tired. eyes still wide with vibrant anxious emotions but nonetheless tired. he'd been hiding out in his room for god knows how long, fearing he was falling back into his back habits, falling back into fear. the oracle trainee shook the self depreciating thoughts he currently carried and called out shakily, "c-could i have a t-t-task?"

    ooc: sorry for the inactivity ;w;

javapaw sauntered over, eyes holding wariness for the rift ambassador. his claws raked through his matted fur as he watched the hot pink canine, twitching and hoping she was here with good news or something or the sort, though the dreadful idea of an attack or broken alliance loomed over him, despite it being unlikely.

it was good to see devlin again, after all that time he'd spent cramped up in his new room. trying to sleep, trying not to fear his new clanmates as thoughts of betrayal creep into his static mind. no, he'd only known them for such a short amount of time, they weren't to be trusted yet. no, no, not yet. he'd still participate but now he was... different. he'd thought over his actions, registered just how trusting he had been and the cream tabby didn't like it. not one bit.

slowly he walked over, eyeing the decorations with a shaky frown. he'd never experienced halloween before, but he was sure he'd grow to hate it. "u-uhm... i'll help."

javapaw had no compliments to offer, just a small, twitchy smile of approval at his leader's new form. he kept his distance from everyone else still, gazing upon michael's new figure from afar. he definitely appeared more... terrifying now. even with a kind hearted smile and soft eyes, the scrawny tabby didn't enjoy the appearance of canines.

beanies weren't really his thing, as javapaw preferred flowercrowns to them, but he wouldn't be ashamed to admit alessandra looked good in the article. he offered a curt nod, hoping she'd seen it and acknowledged it as his approval or silent compliment, as he didn't feel like speaking at the moment.

the scent that swept past his nose made his blood run cold, and it did nothing but allow paranoia to flood through his thin form. almost subconsciously the oracle trainee broke into a run, superspeed allowing him to appear at the border in an instant. the feline's jaw clenched tightly, wide eyes only growing as his twitching form began to shake violently. what an interesting introduction.

bloodclan and all of those in it made his absolutely nauseous. the affect these maniacs had on him while he resided in new spain, or the dominion when he still resided there, was something he wouldn't be letting go anytime soon, even if lithiumclan was allies with them. for now though, he just stared, locked in place as his viridescent eyes bore into the sabertooth tiger.

he just nodded, trying to keep their eyes from meeting while his paws shuffled around anxiously on the floor. he stumbled forward to reluctantly grab a plastic bat, cringing at it's appearance before shifting into a hawk, gripping it in his talons and flapping upwards to hang the beastie somewhere up high.

"AGH!" he skittered away from the closeness out of shock, ears pressing back and fur rising before he was able to notice who had approached. with his heart still racing he breathed out a sigh of relief before moving back over to press against devlin, wanting to burying his face into his paws and disappear. he hated himself.

javapaw liked literature, and had read a fair share of it. mainly informational books on herbs or healing, out of his paranoia of death or eating something poisonous, birds as he was absolutely captivated by them, and space and it's entirety as he had an unexplained affinity for it. once he had read a non fiction novel of course, one titled, 'aristotle and dante discover the secrets of the universe'. sure it was a mouthful, but he considered the book better then any other. even if he hadn't read much else.

deciding he didn't want to ruin everyone's fun, the tom would sit out from his mentor and, who he considered, his best friend's little paint fight. full hazel eyes clouding with worry for himself as he switched on his invisibility and slithered up into a tree, praying he wouldn't be found by either of the she-cats.

ah, music. something that he could get lost in. so, of course, the growing blonde boy was one of the few lingering among the racks in the store, twitching nervously as his hazel visionaries scanned the albums. he was looking for the sh-t people hardly new of. andrew jackson jihad, kimya dawson, teen suicide, starry cat, crywank. that kind of stuff, stuff that he connected to so deeply it stung his heart and made him feel something other then paranoia for once.

javapaw didn't have a single clue that he was in a ship either, nor did he even know what the hell shipping was. relationships were... terrifying for him to even comprehend, and he felt bad about liking two people together most days. it felt weird. not saying the tabby never considered a relationship between he and devlin when his mind was an empty abyss of the desire to sleep and those strange thoughts wriggled in there. he'd immediately shot it down. nah, devlin was his bff.

the twitchy tabby cautiously eyed biyoka, having caught her earlier question and found it pretty suspicious. "uh.. AGH! uh! i-i'm okay.." he declined as he stood behind devlin, looking over the shorter feline. woah, had he grown when he'd spent time away from the clan in his room?

ooc: HAPPY SUPER LATE BIRTHDAY //EXPLOSIONS

javapaw padded over at the suggestion, knowing something about the activity really did aid in calming his quivering nerves. he silently joined in, situating himself in a seat beside devlin and attempting to offer the femme a quick, nervous grin.

luckily, the boy had seen devlin wave before she wandered over to him, so he was grinning as she walked over to stop next to him. he'd grown quite a bit from when they'd first met, as they were practically both the same size and now he towered over the other blonde, and their relationship had as well. he was glad to have someone he could consider his best friend. "j-just some, uh, wei-weird stuff..." he felt his pale features dust with a soft coating of rose, embarrassed by his music selection. he sipped slowly on a cup of coffee he held, eyeing devlin over the rim of it. "wh-what about you?"
