He nodded to her comment, figuring it was within pretty good timing. She seemed to be getting big enough to be an apprentice soon. "That's cool. I honestly don't really take enough time to relax," he said quietly, mostly to himself. He already knew his reasons for not doing so, but he supposed hanging out with friends was a good excuse to. He could focus more on a conversation than life. "Did you train a lot before you got hurt?" He personally hadn't when he was her age, as he was too scared to even start a conversation, despite how nice everyone had been.

The young boy had been thinking about their leader lately. He looked up to her and thought of her to be a great person and leader. He respected her deeply and took her as a role-model. She almost kind of reminded him of his own mother, so maybe that was why. When she had lost her eye, he had been in total shock. He was troubled thinking of it, wondering how she seemed so unfazed by it. When his own eye had been taken, he was terrified and ashamed. He felt ugly and thought he looked like a pathetic monster. But Archi kept pushing forward and didn't seem to be bothered by it at all. She was pissed when it happened, but afterward...she just moved on and adapted so quickly. He wished he could do that.

He thought about how covering his own face had made him feel a little better, and could remember quite a few others in this world wore an eye-patch, like a pirate. An idea grew, as it just felt fitting for the female, and he went on a hunt for an eye-patch. Or at least, some fabric to make one. He wasn't all that good at that sort of thing, though, so he was hoping for a premade one. Fortunately, after some searching over about a week, he managed to find quite a few. All of which were mostly the same style of black eye-patches. However, he also found something else. He'd found an embroidered patch of a white, closed eye. It likely belonged to a set, or something, but he had felt like grabbing it in case he could use it. And that's exactly what he would do.

The dragon had grabbed the best quality eye-patch, the winking patch, and some black thread as he got to work. He, at the very least, knew how to do this. He began to sew them together carefully and quietly, making sure he wasn't messing anything up somehow. He was sure to make it tight so that it wouldn't fall of, and since it was so small, his task would be completed shortly after starting it. He was satisfied with his work and nodded to himself as he thought of what he could do next. He could just give it to her as it was, but that would be kind of boring. And so, he went looking for a gift box. It was easy enough to find a small one and he quickly wrapped it up with the eye-patch inside. Lastly, he grabbed one of the markers from his art kit and wrote "TO ARCHI" on it, feeling good about it.

Hopefully she would like it! He wanted to appear good in his leader's eyes and cared deeply about whether this would turn out how he wanted it to or not. Crashedpaw carried the box with his front two legs, balancing with his other four as he moved around the lighthouse, calling, "Hey, Archi? I-I made you something." He called, slightly nervous.

i'm not doing something angsty for a milestone for once. it's a miracle!

The young boy blinked as she responded, tilting his head. His gaze fell downward as he listened, a mix of guilt and sympathy arising in him. He hadn't protected anyone. He had just leeched off of them and then hurt them, all his life. He ran away like a coward. Even when everything had been against them, everyone had fought for him. He should have died a long time ago. "I'm sorry to hear. That's brave of you," he responded, wondering what else to say. He supposed he was changing now. Too bad they weren't here to see it. "I know what you mean, though. I did a lot of...stupid things in the past, so I'm trying to make up for it now."

The dragon watched as his attempt to push the male aside worked, feeling a bit of confidence enter him. He positioned himself in a defensive stance, observing him quietly, but growing a bit unsettled as the male suddenly vanished. He looked around, letting out a low, instinctive growl as he tried to find where the male could have gone. But then, suddenly, claws were digging into his back, and then slammed into his head. He let out a pained yelp, flailing around in a weak attempt to throw the male off. His body was rigid with pain as he dizzily tried to defend himself and Archi.

The dragon didn't really know whether or not Archi would like it, as he wasn't even aware if she wanted to cover her eye up. He just thought that maybe she would appreciate it, based on how he felt, himself. Now that he was actually in the act of giving it to her, he began to feel regret and anxiety spike, silently praying that it would be alright. He didn't want to accidentally offend, or something. He didn't really mind if she ended up not wanting to wear it.

As she grabbed it, he gulped, his front claws jittery as he watched her quietly. He lowered his head slightly as she began to open it, anticipation eating at him. When she saw it, she took a minute to look at it, but her reaction was not an upset one. Relief entered his body as she continued to react. He forced on a shaky smile, happy to see that his gesture was appreciated. He wondered for a moment if she was just pretending to like it, just to be nice. But, no, it seemed to real, and she didn't seem like one to sugarcoat things too often.

He flashed a small grin, letting out a sigh of relief. "I'm glad you like it...I just thought, maybe it'd be nice." The young boy explained quietly, voice slightly drained from the rush of anxiety. "You don't have to wear it if you don't want," he decided to quickly add, making sure she didn't feel forced into an awkward situation. After seeing her reaction, though, he sort of hoped she would want to.

The dragon would show up pretty late by accident. He had gotten distracted by watching the sky himself, before realizing, wait...he's going somewhere! He usually wasn't so late to things, so he would be pretty embarrassed, his head held low as he walked in quietly. The young boy was pretty excited to be here, finding the territory both scary and amazing. Plus, Mike lived here! He looked around the crowd with hopeful eyes, when he spotted his friend. He quickly but quietly made his way towards him, his excitement slightly dying when he realized that the boy appeared to be in a conversation. He wasn't interrupting, was he?

He nudged the feline gently as he got closer, nodding to the others around. "Mike, hey." He would greet softly with a sort of childish glee. "I-I'm Crashedpaw, or Will." He'd introduce briefly to Steve, not really recognizing the male since space was dumb and had forgotten to reply to their private thread. But, they would barely have time to talk to each other before the show would begin. The young boy watched with profound interest. He was learning about space and science in general still, so he had vague knowledge about this, but he had never seen it before. It was beautiful, but a weird feeling entered his body. Slight icicles unintentionally began to grow around his claws.

A call of a meet and greet would, as usual, grab his attention. He always found these to be quite useful, with so many joiners anymore. He would, however, be surprised to overhear them speaking about faith. He was always pretty unsure about others' religions in this world, but he supposed it shouldn't be too different than when he was human. After all, these dudes were smart enough to make their own civilizations and such.

The dragon was personally taught to believe in Heaven and Hell, along with God and the Devil. Nowadays, he wasn't so sure. Had God planned everything out for him? Did he intend to throw Crashedpaw from his family forever? He hadn't gone to Heaven or Hell when he supposedly died, but instead turned into a tiger with no memories of his previous life. However, upon seeing this so-called angel, his curiosity would raise, and suddenly he began to feel really bad for not praying lately. "Um, Crashedpaw, or Will." He'd mumble an introduction, since he already recognized both of them. "What's it like to be an angel?" he would quickly ask the male, interest in his soft voice.

The young boy had never experienced anything in terms of dating or romance, personally. He had seen others have crushes or love each other, but he hadn't really had it happen to himself. But, that didn't bother him too much. When he was human, he had just reached the age where others would begin to start dating for the first time, and now he was about at that age again, but as a dragon. He didn't exactly plan to use this for more than making a friend or two, since he thought it could be fun, but didn't really care either way.

The six legged dragon would immediately grab some animal crackers, a childish nostalgia coming over him upon seeing them. He felt anxious about meeting someone new in such an awkward way, but figured he'd gotten himself into this. He'd gotten this far, might as well make a nice first impression. He waited quietly for Yuri to arrive, shuffling his front claws.

He had actually lived in the Riverside for a while, despite having been incredibly inactive there. He was mostly there for his friends, after all. He was sure the people there were great, but he just couldn't fit in, and after his coma, he left. He had briefly met Elizabeth, not that she would recognize him in this body - or even in his previous tiger body, really. When he spotted the two, he would immediately be interested. Not only in the candies, but also just to see how they were doing nowadays. "Thanks for the gifts. I-I'm Crashedpaw or Will," he'd greet softly in a friendly voice, wondering if she would remember him. Probably not.

    //the boys are back

He had been incredibly worried about his friend, but after seeing him show up at their border to say hello and he spotted the male at BlizzardClan, his concern died down slightly and was replaced with joy that his friend seemed to be mostly okay. Man, weird shit always had to be happening to them, didn't it? Could never catch a break. Things had been going pretty well for the young boy, for the most part, recently though. He got his eye ripped out, but then it didn't matter because he turned into a dragon! He was making friends, all on his own, and learning so many things. He was a better person and didn't depend on everyone to save him so much.

He sniffed at the air, trying to find some prey to catch, when he scented BlizzardClan and heard that familiar voice call out his name. He quickly moved towards it, flashing a grin to his friend as he got close. "H-Hey!" he greeted in a friendly voice, seeming to already relax around his friend. He assumed the boy was here to formerly catch up with him, which made him happy. He didn't want to be left in the dark of what the fuckever had happened the past month. "What's going on?"

The dragon lowered himself so he was a bit closer to Mike's size, a habit of his nowadays. He was so much bigger than he was used to. As Mike casually got to the point, a sense of relief flooded him. It already felt like normal and the comfort he felt around his friend was reassuring. "I know. That's how it's always been for us, though," he sort of joked as he thought about his response, wondering what Mike would say himself.

"Things have been up and down, but...definitely better." He decided, nodding to himself. He felt more comfortable and confident, even if anxiety still flourished within him. He was just able to ignore it better. "I-I got my eye ripped out and eaten by some crazy lady, so we raided her Clan, and I turned into this. Everyone here is great. I got promoted to Officer, then to Lieutenant. Honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing but it's, um, cool. I have lots of friends, I think," Crashedpaw explained, words fast at first, but then slowing by his last sentence as he got through his thoughts. He didn't want to give out some novel about the past month, and figured that was good enough for now. He honestly just really wanted to know what happened to Mike and how he was doing. "What about you? How are you?"

The dragon listened as Archi started out the meeting, happy to hear the good news right away. They were in good shape, it seems, and they would only get better from here. He figured more allies were good, as it'd mean more friends and more people to back them up, though he wasn't too familiar with any of the Clans announced due to his own lack of experience. There were quite a few demotions, but the amount of others currently holding ranks didn't make it too much of an issue. Just the doctor problem that they've been having.

He personally was currently studying herbs for his exchange student program in The Frontier, so he was gaining more information in regards to medicine everyday. Still not enough for him to be confident in it, though. It's not like he really put it into practice lately. "I-I'm interested in being an apprentice," he would respond in regards to her request for others to state interest. In all honesty, he just wanted to help out the Clan. He knew that these skills could be useful for not just him, but everyone else, too. He shuffled his claws slightly.

A visit from the Wind Haven was not something he was expecting. He hadn't seen anything from them ever since he had accidentally left them, and seeing them here now would bring him some unwanted feelings. The young boy had technically been born there, as far as he knew. He had stayed mostly inside while he had aged, but then he turned 4 months and suddenly his parents just up and left him there with nothing to say but "make some friends". He had tried, and he actually started to, but he had gotten too cocky and got lost on a walk one day.

After that, he wandered between Clans until he ended up here. He felt happy here. He felt useful. The young dragon approached with a curious look on his features, stepping up near Archi. He wondered if maybe the new leader wanted an alliance or something.
