    Kamikazi was not oblivious to the wild dangers of the world. Thanks to her multiple run ins with hostile animals, she was experienced enough to know that the world was big and scary, even for a wild dog such as herself. That was why she checked these borders frequently, checking for threats. Not to mention she didn't like hunting in the forest. She got lost in there too easily and there was no big game for a big dog like her.


    She would have missed the pup completely had her nose not have been sniffing. It was cold out here for her, her species meant for warmer climates instead of this snowy one. At least in he forest the snow didn't touch the ground and it was humid in there. Okay, back to the point. Her nose had happened to pick up the scent of something, someone on this border. She began looking around, not at all looking down before at last she realized they were either short or flying. She looked up first before down, brown eyes landing on the pup.


    Maternal instinct took over and she looked around for any parents to possibly chase off. This was her pup now, her pack. The long legged creature crept forward nose put to the ground as to sniff the pup. "[b]Hi there! I'm Kamikazi Omita, call me Kami.

    		 " Her name was a fun tongue twister. "What's your name, little one?" She added, nose just inches from his face.
