    The apprentice made his way over, a scowl settled on his maw. He wasn't too fond of strangers anyway, and this guy just looked like trouble. So Asterpaw sat down beside Firefly, his tail sliding across the ground the rest tucked against his haunch. Hopefully this guy wasn't here to cause trouble--they'd had quite a few joiners lately, much to the Belgian Shepherd's irritation. He hated joiners; they usually called him Asterpaw because they didn't know what he liked to be called. They knew nothing. They were useless when they were new. The male swallowed the growl that was trying to escape his throat, orange-and-silver eyes narrowing as they settled on the caracal.

It wasn't his fault; everyone was pressuring him to drink. So drink he did. And now he was stumbling around, smilin like an idiot. That was what should raise a red flag for anyone who knew him--he was NEVER happy. It simply wasn't something he allowed himself to be.

He wasn't sure, but it'd have to do. Finally, he turned to the pink thing and snarled, "I'm not too young to do anything!" And anyway, half of it hadn't been his fault. He'd drank enough to get mildly drunk, and then some asshole decided to pour motherf*cking vodka into the fruit punch bowl. He definitely did not need to be chastised by his clanmates.
