I could of probably helped whoever this was." the thought of actually saving a dinosaur from another dinosaur was a strange thought to him, considering dinosaurs were still around even after their extinction. he was not aware that they had been extinct in the first place, which was why he was so confused about the bones being here. hakuna just assumed feliks had gotten them buried somehow for everyone else to find. hakuna made his way over as well when he saw the two in the distance. he was holding his cape around him to try and keep warm, shivering here and there because of the cold causing his temperature to fluctuate. it seemed one moment he had a fever and the next he was freezing to death, but he knew that it would be pointless to complain. arcy had too much on his plate already without being bothered by a sick hakuna. hakuna made his way over as well, repressing a sneeze when he noticed her appearance. it was so . . . horrifying, yet beautiful in its own strange way. perhaps because she was happy with how she was, when so many others were not satisfied with their normal looking features? hm, it was something to think about. he would remain silent for the time being, waiting a respond to sweet's question despite the curiosity pricking at his paws.

hakuna had not been eating a lot lately since everything seemed to make him want to get sick. lost his appetite, he supposed, but now that he was scenting something more . . . more reasonable, like soup, his stomach began to growl. mountain dew he had tried drinking while he was sick already, and the ultra sweet taste had just made him want to go cry in a corner. you know hakuna was not feeling well when even mountain dew was not helping. either way, he would remain fast asleep, purring nonchalantly with the blanket being placed over him.

Hakuna was taken aback with the sudden tackle hug, form wavering ever-so-slightly since his sense of balance was thrown off with the cold. it was strange to think that having a few senses blocked by a cold could affect something like balance, but hakuna was not aware of this fact. the tabby tom blinked to clear his vague thoughts, allowing a grin to come onto his features with the sight of clover. He straightened up and tried to cease the constant sensation of needing to sneeze, not wishing to worry her over something as meager as his health. Hakuna's bright orange optics cleared momentarily when he caught sight of kingdom's find, bounding over as his curiosity got the best of him. the tabby would plop down beside kingdom to peer at the discovery, wondering what type of dinosaur it had come from. "I feel like the spirits of these people are just shakin' their heads from up above right now." that was random. I mean, would one want their bones to be dug up and carved into? hakuna just thought of the weirdest things sometimes. "it is a really awesome find though. what are ya going to do with it?"

Hakuna was still feeling under the weather with his bout of allergies. The tom had been unaware of even having allergies until arcade told him it was most likely that. his optics felt like they were on fire, but the worst part was that his throat was so scratchy from the coughing and sneezing fits that his voice would waver in tone. he was determined to not give in to the illness, working himself to physical exhaustion which only seemed to be making him worse. nonetheless, hakuna found himself patrolling the borders, wrapped in a cozy scarf with a box of tissues hovering beside him with the assistance of his elemental powers. He was about to say the regular name and business to the figure in the distance when he caught the familiar scent that had been there not long before. "avenue? hey there. nice to see you again. everyone is enjoying those heating pads! what brings you back to blizzardclan?" he commented in a cheerful manner as he approached, settling down in front of her in order to rest.

The tabby nodded in agreement to Kingdom's own exclamation on how wonderful the devices were. He was practically on the verge of passing out with the warmth emanating from the depths. Of course, he was quite curious as to how they worked, considering he did not see any fire to keep the heat going. hakuna was not going to question something so miraculous though. was definitely not worth it. for now he would just say it was magic.

The tabby turned away for a brief moment to investigate an area that no one else was searching in. Hakuna ended up coming back empty pawed from the little excursion; however, he took to using the leg bone he had found to strap chipping away at it. the marrow within struck curiosity in him, examining the powdered substance within. the bone seemed to just fall away with each strike, eventually shaping into more of a spear-like device. hakuna would never use it obviously, but he had a story in mind for it.

since riddler beat him to responding, the tabby would merely nod his cranium thankfully towards the two. he was already beginning to lose his voice and the day had just begun it seemed, so he was grateful for any break he was given. fighting the sore throat required honey and tea, even though hakuna was not quite fond of the strange taste the latter. honey was not that bad, but too much of it just reminded him of a sweeter version of peanut butter. it got all over his paws too, which just attracted ants to his own surprise. hakuna could not help but give in with all the persistence of his clan mates, giving a sheepish grin in response to the caring atmosphere they provided. speaking of mountain dew . . . the tom had not had one in a while due to the effects of the cold. drinking or eating just seemed to make his headache feel all the worse. his peckish needs were met by a few bites of mouse over the course of the weekend. he had ended up backtracking to drinking water as it did not have the sweet taste he was used to. having something cold and refreshing without any taste was just what he needed to help with the illness. "I guess It'll be okay . . . just no shots or poppy seeds." Shots, first of all, were scary. he had read and seen them before, explaining his fear of them. poppy seeds he also avoided because being a hakuna master required him to become tolerant to pain. /
