hakuna would peer quietly at midnight for a moment after her little stunt, blinking to himself with a somewhat stern expression on his features. oh, he was going to fight fire with fire. hakuna used . . . silent treatment! the tom would not respond, casting his luminaries over to kingdom and the others that were present. he would pretend she was not even there just to annoy her.

hakuna made his way over to listen in on the discussion, nodding in agreement with sweet's questions directed towards having a possible alliance. the tabby tom was currently suffering through a cold, but he would voice his opinions here and there when he was not sneezing or coughing.

hakuna, who was actually now in his feline form, wandered over when he heard the discussion taking place. the mere sight of christian brought flashbacks of the brutal beating he had taken from him and the two unknown predecessors that had assisted in luring him in. the tom was suffering through a cold at the moment, but his anger was visible in the way his luminaries instinctively glared at the mere sight of him. the typical happy-go-lucky hakuna was just not feeling well, and seeing one of his most righteous adversaries was not making him feel any better. the announcement of a cease fire was great to hear, but he was thankful they were not going to be an alliance, which he had heard a few rumors on. he did not know if he would be willing to fight with boneclan if christian or what's his face were there. nemo was alright . . . but he was pretty much the only boneclanner that was not persistent on killing for a living. he would keep his opinions to himself, knowing all-too-well what he had to say would not be very friendly.

even though hakuna was sick, he still lingered near feliks's den like the complete stalker he was in case he was needed. the tabby tom allowed a hint of worry to become visible in his bright orange optics, only increasing the frail appearance due to his current state. "are you alright, arcy?" he would question after he found a pause in his sneezes, wondering if he needed to beat some people to pulp for him. oh, hakuna wanted to make sure no one messed with arcy. arcy was irreplaceable.

He was a bit late to the meeting due to his cold making him want to sleep more than usual. the tabby tom would gather all the information he could from what he heard though, gathering the main topics of the meeting to form his own conclusion. first things first, boneclan.
"I am not the best person to be talking about boneclan. i guess you can say i am a bit biased towards them, but after experiencing first hand what they are capable of . . ." he paused for a moment to recollect himself, shaking slightly at the memory of almost dying from the injuries he had received,"I would not trust them to ever be a worthy neutral or even an alliance with their current high positions. Maybe if we waited a while things could change, but for now, it just seems like we would lend our assistance only to get back stabbed. they always seem to have some hidden underlying plan to every move they make, and so far it has been working for them. i am sorry to say I would probably not be willing to participate in any raids alongside them as well unless we were on opposite sides where we would not interact." as said before, his opinion was biased due to his horrible experience with them, but he was here to speak his mind. no one had a wrong answer, right?
"Raids I can definitely agree with. I always see allies and our own members get to the raid alright, but then sometimes they just stand around when they could team up with someone else to take down an opponent. sure, it really isn't honorable to do that, but all is fair in love and war. that is the only way to get a victory after all. if we don't use our numbers as our advantage, then there is not much else other than pure skill." hakuna had made sure to join in with an attack wherever he saw one after feliks had made a comment about it three or four meetings back about how people would just lounge about. same went for if an enemy happened to be on the territory up to no good.
"I still agree with the idea of having ambassadors. they sound like they would be a great way to increase relations with our allies. i would recommend not having any go to any of our allies that are too friendly with our own enemies, as it might prove to be used to our disadvantage if they held someone hostage. i trust most of our allies not to do that though, but i guess I am just paranoid about someone getting hurt."
he would then finish off with sunclan, allowing a sigh to escape his maw with the fact they had yet another enemy. sunclan, or new spain, just could not keep to themselves, could they?

hakuna made his way forward to test them out as curiosity got the best of him, luminaries widening in amazement at the heat that began to make its way up his paws. "Whoever invented these things need to be given an award . . ." he murmured with faint amusement, holding back a sneeze as he comfortably settled himself down on one of the pads. "kingdom, you gotta try this out." hakuna was definitely going to use one of these tonight. his cold made it so sleeping was difficult with the whole "too hot, too cold" moments, but this thing was just everything he had been needing. ah, kingdom was right! someone was beginning to notice. hakuna had been thinking of his mother and his lost brother reconnaissance a lot lately. adaline served as a wonderful mother figure, but it only served as a harsh reminder that snow and recon were currently nowhere to be found. thoughts of whether or not they were alright wandered his mind at random times, and due to his recent cold, the tabby tom had a lot of time on his paws to think. thinking seemed to be dangerous at times. hakuna himself was actually feeling alright for the time being with the news of midnight's new body, but he was still sick. cold, sick, and tired. exhausted even. he would find himself buried under a pile of chickens, too tired to pull himself out with the warmth the bundle attracted. just if he closed his eyes . . . for just a moment . . . to fall asleep . . .

the tabby tom's luminaries widened when he finally came across what appeared to be the leg bone of a larger dinosaur. the skeleton was partially visible underneath the layer he had brought up, and to his own amazement, he would end up figuring out how the dinosaur died. bite marks were visible in the leg bone, with teeth from a different dinosaur embedded within it. what appeared to be dried mud footprints were there as well, varying in sizes it seemed. a pack traveling dinosaur that was eaten maybe?

it seemed iffy to be considering them as allies then with the feud going on with shadowclan and them. it would probably appear to be threatening to writingsins and his clan when he found out about the alliance, even if they were going to be just neutrals in the war. in his mind he saw writingsins has asking them for an alliance in order to assist with the war, and if they got rid of that one thread, everything would break lose. it was probably more of a matter on who would serve to be a better ally, or who they would be able to rely on most. he kept silent to listen to sweet, cranium tilting to the side as he reviewed the facts.

hakuna did not believe he had ever met java before. he certainly did not remember having anything to do with him in new spain either, but he was the type of individual that would openly apologize for something like that even if he had not been a culprit. the tabby tom was taken aback when the paper was shoved towards his face, blinking in faint annoyance at the seemingly taunting attack. hakuna attempted to use his elemental powers to burst the piece of paper in flames, hopefully singing some of the scales on her hand as well.

the tabby tom raised his optics up to meet kingdom's when he approached, peering at his find with a muddled expression on his features. "I don't know honestly. I mean, i have my guesses, but they don't seem right. i wish i could just go back in time and watch what happened here however so long ago." that would be really cool actually. little did he know that some people were actually able to do that. going back in time would probably be one of the most amazing things he could ever think of.

hakuna would make his way over to the group as well, wrapped in one of the heating pads he had gotten from avenue with the gifts she had brought. the tabby tom had found uses for them in many ways, and he was proud to say he was starting a fashion line of heating pads soon enough. not really, but one would get the point. the tom would settle himself down beside toris to listen for the response from the newcomer.

hakuna was still fast asleep, exhausted from a day of just interacting with everyone even when he should have been at home resting. arcade or kingdom really were probably going to have to chain him into his hut. nala, his mourning dove, would flutter to the door to land on his limp sleeping form when they arrived, pecking quietly at the fabric that was covering him. tissues seemed to be everywhere. tissue boxes were stacked here and there as well. he was going through a box a night currently it seemed.

hakuna heard a sneeze off in the distance. to his own surprise . . . it had not been one of his own. hakuna was indeed suffering from a cold as well, and he made his way over with a tissue box clutched under one of his forearms "Toris? you alright? need some tissues?" hakuna's voice sounded raspy, as if it was under sand paper. hakuna had taken to conjuring a bunch of tissue boxes as soon as he had gotten sick, going through quite a bit each day due to his runny nose. even herbs only seemed to pause the flow for a short time. "i hope i did not give you my cold."

the tabby found himself glaring absentmindedly at the spinosaurus, ignoring the pangs of anger that rose up within his chest. the cold had made him a bit moody it seemed, which was obviously unlike the typical happy-go-lucky tom. for now, though, he could let out all of his frayed nerves on his opponent, and he planned on doing just that. the tom would attempt to use his elemental powers to conjure water up once more, hardening it into two three thick ice daggers. while she was distracted with java, hakuna would try and shoot the spikes towards her eyes to hopefully cause a bit of damage.
