The tabby tom had not been feeling very well lately considering his roleplayer was currently sick and suffering from, not only a cold, but horrible allergies as well. Not to mention that Hakuna was so busy with all his apprentice and deputy duties, also known as his roleplayer's homework, that the tabby had not been seen for most of the weekend. All the threads that his roleplayer had were cleared in order to make it easier to start off again, so she apologizes in advance and requests for anyone that is wanting him to respond to a certain one to message him.
He lounged in the center of the camp, sneezing every once and a while, wondering if arcy or drifting were around to give him something to help with his runny nose, puffy eyes, and everything else.

Hakuna read over the instructions for a brief moment, reading over each word and nodding his cranium a bit when it got to the next number. I mean, they all seemed like plausible solutions for his current situation, considering he was not going to be able to stop thinking about what he had just read for such a long time. The lion cub took a deep breathe, slowing his rocking to a slower pace in a fail attempt to calm down. he felt like crying just because it would not just leave him be. it was almost too difficult for him to think otherwise.

his cranium lifted slowly when he heard the familiar voice of midnight, shaking his cranium to clear it of the pounding headache riding his brain. he had not been able to sleep in a while either, explaining how tired and mopey he looked. water was another issue. he did not realize that mountain dew alone would be able to sustain him, no matter how delicious and fulfilling it seemed. water was a vital part of getting through a cold after all, right? "I . . . I am fine, Mid. No worries." he commented in reply sheepishly, raising a paw to rub his skull absentmindedly. The tabby himself had not yet heard the promotions, but his roleplayer would certainly go check soon. Hakuna had been feeling a little under the weather lately, but he was there when feliks made the announcement, nonetheless. the tabby pulled himself forward to listen, nodding his cranium in agreement with everything feliks mentioned. sometimes it felt like he was all by himself in battle, considering it was probably a big deal for his opponents to be attacking a high power of one of their enemies. he could hold his own a lot of the time, but he was not perfect. he got tired. he got worn out. he could not take a multitude of injuries and still keep on going, no matter how much he would like to admit he could. having a bit of help here and there would greatly stop that from happening. it was wonderful when others did show up and immediately join in as well, no matter if it was two versus one or not. that just pushed the enemy farther and farther back, no matter how unhonorable it might seem.

hakuna could not be happier for his sister to say the very least. the tabby, despite the raging cold he was battling right now, pulled himself out from his slumber to hear the announcement. when he heard that it was her to be appointed the new vice-leader, a grin formed on his features at the wonderful news. "congrats, sweet! I am proud of ya!" he managed to get out before getting yet another sneezing fit. dang allergies he did not even know he had. another thing he did not understand was how he got allergies just before winter. was pollen not for the spring? gah, things were confusing. the deputy sat back when he was finished, glancing up with feliks with a curious grin on his features.

Despite the fact that Hakuna was not up to par health wise at the moment, he still wanted to show up just so he did not worry anyone with his sickness. it was not like he was gonna die or anything. he was just short on sleep due to all the mountain dew, drained of all his caffeine due to the sickness. it was as if he could pass out at any moment, topped off with sneezing, coughing, and sore optics from what he assumed was pollen in the air. the tabby strode forward quietly, beginning to push together a bundle of snow to act as the base.

hakuna hoped that it was alright for him to just sit there and dig into the ground searching for bones because he was not feeling good enough yet to actually take the time to make something out of them. The tabby sneezed every few minutes or so, holding back the tears welling up in his luminaries from the sudden case brought on by his allergies. the dust in the air obviously was not helping very much, but he was not gonna pass up the opportunity to come across a dinosaur or something awesome.

I think I will be able to make it." the tabby tom stated as he made his way over, attempting to act perfectly healthy even with the cold he was currently fighting. he was not going to let that keep him from participating in a raid though. it was his duty as a deputy to make an appearance there. not to mention he believed that it would help with his headache to get a bit of battling in. hakuna would take a few moments to go get his dagger, pluck a few tissues from the pile he had sitting in his hut, and then make his way over to assist colouredclan.

The sick tabby tom made his way onto the scene with a classic sneeze, rubbing his maw and tired features with a paw to straighten himself up. even though he was not feeling up to par for a battle, he thought it would be best to at least show and try to get some fighting in. the tabby would make his way forward, quietly scanning the clearing to try and catch sight of anyone that was in need of assistance. his optics quickly fell on the form of a spinosaurus and some other small figure battling a phoenix. that really did not seem like a fair match up. he would make his way over with the use of his super speed, a mere blur on the border of the fight. since he was unsure of who to attack first, he believed it would be best to get the attention of the larger opponent. he would conjure up a bunch of water from the ground, lowering the temperature to just above freezing to quietly bring it above the form of the dinosaur. the tabby was unsure of whether or not they were cold blooded, but if they were, then this would greatly affect the body temperature of the oversized dinosaur. hakuna would aim to drop the freezing liquid on top of the huge form of the dinosaur.

hakuna was awoken from his fitful slumber with the excitement happening not too far off. a single bright orange optic opened when he finally recognized who the voices belonged to. midnight. the tabby tom practically leaped to his paws, having to take a moment afterwards to relax unless he wanted to faint. the pounding headache he had was not letting up anytime soon, but he was determined to figure out the source of happiness. not to mention he had no idea how she could be responding to someone, unless . . . the tabby's eyes widened in surprise when he saw she was now a cheetah. "I'm here, feliks." hakuna piped up as he approached, putting on a cheerful facade for the time being. his bloodshot luminaries and runny nose were clear signs of what he was currently going through, but he was not going to let this stop him from performing his duties as deputy. arcy was probably gonna beat him up later about not getting enough sleep though. if he was not careful, the allergy cold would probably turn into something a bit more serious. the tabby took a seat beside feliks to think over what he had just heard. shadowclan. that meant kissingkit. that was a bit of a shame to him. he just hoped he did not ever meet her in battle. she seemed pretty cool despite her . . . well, overpowering personality. second thought. boneclan, stormclan, riverclan. stormclan and riverclan were great in his opinion, but boneclan he was having a hard time forgiving for their actions on him in the past. christian and two others had ganged up on him, and in every raid against them he had been double teamed up against. it was as if they could just not get enough of him. the tabby tom, however, wanted what was best for the clan, and if that meant putting aside his differences with boneclan, then he would do it.
