In a way, it was a little irritating for the young kitten, as most everyone was taller than she was and it was simply infuriating! A mostly white tail was flicked in thought, also reflecting them.


    "Why are you all so... so... tall?!"


    Maybe they'd know why they were so much taller? She was frustrated from having to then sit herself up on her haunches and look almost all the way back to look into their eyes. They weren't just taller, but so much more different! It was intriguing!


    "Why do you look different from me?"


    The questions were quite blunt, and Fight's tail lashed in anticipation for an answer.     Fightkit would demand, attempting to poke a few gathered people in curiosity. There were so many things she didn't know that she wanted to- and this included her... um... what were they called? Ah, who cared?! They were people.


    Though Marius grabbed her attention the most, and she tilted her head in curiosity. "Why are you all yelling at him?"     There was a small screech that came from nearby as Fightkit came bounding across the grassy landscape after hearing her dad yelp after falling in a giant pothole. Was he okay?! How did that happen?! Though the child was intrigued about how something like this could've formed, she was more concerned about Edward.


    Why wasn't anyone going after him?!

Most of her siblings were probably taller than her, but she wouldn't say that out loud.


    She put on a confident smile wherever she went, and, admittedly, admired her dad. He was so cool- and it was funny whenever he and that Jax guy got into arguments.


    Today was a little boring for her though. Everyone was still busy finding a home and setting everything up. It was like no one had time to play! Maybe dad would be around some place. He was always busy with his Advisor duties or whatever or reading.


    It was very nice out, yes, and Fightkit was enjoying it. Her golden eyes scanned the surrounding area, before taking in a breath of fresh air. Then- a scent! It was dad! A grin came upon the child's face, then setting off to find the other cream and white tabby through the tall grasses.


    Ah ha! There he was! The Advisor was just laying there reading like usual. What if she were to... say... pounce on him? Would he be impressed with her? She had been practicing on the mosses and little beetles that she found, so maybe there was a chance?

    The child didn't have time to finish that sentence, as she was gently scooted off of him, much to her dismay. At the scolding by Ed, Fight put her head down, embarrassment and shame heating her face. Though this was quickly replaced with a bright smile as he praised her.


    "Thanks, daddy! I wanna be just like you." Then- a simply brilliant thought came to mind- "Can you teach me battle moves? Or can you help me read your book?" So many things that she could do!     The daughter of Edward protested, tail lashing once more in irritation. She still didn't get how Shifting being a snow leopard had anything to do with height! To her, these weren't antiquate answers! They just weren't reasonable to her! There just had to be another reason behind it.


    Why were they bending down to her? Was it to make fun of her further?! The cream and white kitten stood up then, holding her right paw in mid-air as if about to bat at something, ears pinned to her cranium. Were they purposefully doing this?


    "Fight me."


    It was sudden, and without further ado, she aimed to swat at either of their noses, though it probably wouldn't hurt them, but she didn't know that.
