A soft hurt draws him to the border. Jacob's was familiar, or, at least he knew what it felt like, looked like to him but this? This was new. This was soft, and old, and it reverberated between two rather than just one. The albino wolf steps quietly against the snow, making very little sound as he comes to a stop next to Jacob.
His red gaze settles on the newcomer, and then looks towards Iselotta. They're connected, a hurt that curls and threads them together, whether they liked it or not. Words build at the back of his throat, wanting to spill from his mouth like water from a broken dam. But he's already made others uncomfortable with his words and so he sits in somber silence, the words dying on his tongue just as they reach it.
It's after just a few seconds does he remember that they can see him and he needs to introduce himself. "My name is.. Cole. It is good that you're here." The wolf doesn't specify why, however.

She is speaking, looking, commanding attention from the way she moves and the albino wolf almost, almost, doesn't pay attention. It doesn't help the hurt, so why should he? But common courtesy says otherwise. The warrior is settled on the ground, curled in a small tangle of limbs and watching the leader quietly.

It burns. Maker, does it burn. His breath flutters in his lungs, his heart skipping a beat as he stumbles where he is. He's tried to get used to the pain reverberating off of the ghost, it's a constant drabble of pain coming off him. But this is different, this is different and Maker help him, it hurts. The one-eyed wolf not so easily makes his way over to the pull, his paws shaking. Mumbled words form on the tip of his tongue, tumbling out faster than he can stop it.
"Shaking, silent, scared. Can't get down, let me down, pl--" He can't breathe, taking in shaky gasps as he comes closer. His spine burns, screams with a phantom pain of being shot and for a moment, he falters in his steps, slipping in the little bit of leaves. "Freezing, friendless. Why me?" Once he actually reaches Chesspieces and Beck, the wolf looks.. haunted, tired. "A downed dog, bloodied and bruised. It's okay, it's over." It's not meant for Chess, it's not meant for anyone but the ghostly clanmate.
Cole has to sit down quietly, trembling faintly. "They didn't give the boy what he wanted." A soft murmur, his gaze moving over the deputy. His legs are shaking from the pain stabbing between his shoulder blades, his head feeling like it was going to explode. "You are safe here, there are no monsters." Cole considers those who'd strung him up monsters, and those that had turned him. A child, too young to really fend for itself, brought up by things it couldn't control.
He remembers, too suddenly, that Beck had told him to stop talking in riddles, ears pinning slightly to his head. They had come out faster than he could stop them, they had come out because it had hit him too fast. Cole wanted to help, he just wanted to help but he couldn't do that if he just kept making people uncomfortable.
i literally cant look at that anymore without seeing the tiddies
my eyes are immediately drawn to it
Cole is sitting at the creek, watching the small, slow-growing turtle go about it's business when he hears Loviatar's voice ringing around camp. He doesn't turn to look at the larger creature, doesn't really feel the need to. Honestly, he finds the little animal more interesting than his half-sibling. Nothing against her, of course, but she wasn't in any pain. She didn't need his help.
At the sound of his name, however, he turns his head slightly, looking up to where she was settled and tipping his head. Honorguard? Cole doesn't know what that entails, hasn't ever really held a position within a Clan. If he's honorguard, can he still help people? The white wolf frowns just slightly before it's wiped from his expression. He already lives in BlizzardClan and figures he could tell them what happened. Jersey wouldn't be very happy, perhaps, and Cole opens his mouth to protest before closing it. Halo wanted to be alone for a while, surely Jerseyboy would understand?
Cole doesn't know how close the two are, but they were friends, right? Based on their interactions together, or what he's seen of it.
He doesn't.. really know how to do this, or where to find the authority. He hasn't done this before, but Lovi wanted help. The white wolf settles near the biggest den, shuffling his feet quietly. He hesitates just for a second, not really knowing any of their names, not even Sweetophelia's. He had met Jacob, and knew he was a medic but the others? Awkwardly he just sits there, waiting for someone to notice him.
He's aware that he makes Kellogg uncomfortable when he looks, so the white wolf, appearing like a ghost next to the Advisor, shifts his weight and tries to focus on the young ThunderClan pup. Cole offers her a soft smile, but otherwise, remains quiet. She is not lost, or scared really, he would've have been able to sense it.
Cole didn't think he was sneaky, but his actions spoke otherwise. He stepped lightly, quietly, all without really thinking about it. The albino wolf does this out of habit, keeping himself quiet so he didn't frighten others off or freak them out by following loudly behind them. Like he'd undoubtedly done to Kellogg a few times, not that following silently helped either. Cole approaches the group then, watching the cub curiously.
Cole doesn't really pay attention to Clan politics, it doesn't have anything to do with helping his clanmates. Nor does he really pay attention to anyone's rank, current or former. So hearing the words 'former advisor' from Fernando's mouth did nothing but cause Cole to stare at him blankly. But he feels a vague flare of anxiety from Kellogg as the albino approaches the group, turning his path towards the Advisor just slightly. He was discomforting to the other, but Fernando was large and just a little triggering, and Cole wanted to help, soothe his fear. The Honorguard keeps quiet, just watching the others.
The albino finds himself laying beside the creek, watching the turtle play around in the water before voices catch his attention and he's rolling over to look at the others that had started to gather around a cub. He really only knows Lovi, Bo and Kellogg. Luke a little, but he had only seen Luke once, besides now. Cole doesn't get up from where he's settled, feeling like they would be able to hear him just fine from where he's at. He likes to keep Finn's turtle company, after all. "I am Cole, it's nice to meet you."
im slowly replying to zeke's sad thread
