    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 350px; font: normal 8pt verdana][justify]i am currently crying, and shaking because my niece left a rubberband tied tightly around my dogs leg(Chihuahua mix) last night without me knowing, i came home from school to find his paw extremely swollen and red and frankly don't know what do; i of course cut off the rubber band but my mom(who's at work) just told me to search on the internet for something but i can't seem to find anything from all the shakiness. since the rubberband was a tan color, it blended with his fur so i must've not seen it when i went to bed yesterday night.

    edit: in the picture, it also looks like it's oozing something, but it's just warm water i applied while messaging his paw.
