Rainpaw hoisted himself up, still sore from his first regiment the day before, before padding out into the cool, open air. Once out of the camp, he began the morning run, alternating between jogging and running. Even though it was super early and he didn't feel too fantastic, he had to admit that it was in fact nice out once again.

[font=Georgia]Sighing yet again though more awake after the warm-ups, he thought of the next step- lower-body. He trotted over to the same tree, but this time instead of using his front paws, he clawed fifteen times with the back left, then fifteen with the back right, and finally, with decreasing energy and raising temperatures around him, fifteen with both.

After the last one, he looked around some and felt relief upon spotting a small pool of water. [color=white]Thank the good forest, he thought as he went over and took a sip. Today he wouldn't be able to stop on the second run to grab a drink from the creek.
