[font=Georgia]Rainpaw jolted a bit at the indication that Ventus would kill him, but allowing Feniks back to the front with him he growled a guttural sound, their ice blue aura joining the gold and black.

They sprung towards the pair and would attempt to haul Vanitas off of Ventus with claws dug deep. They would then jump off and attempt to manipulate the Bloodclanner's blood so as to thin it out to weaken their opponent while also shifting the ground underneath Vanitas from dirt to quicksand. Even if failed, they would still gain a bit of a bloodied nose from the effort.

Rainpaw decided that this would be the day that he truly began to train and work out. He would need the strength to be of any use to his clan. He thought back to the regiment assigned for the first day. [color=white]Morning run first.

After glancing around the camp, he trotted out into the pale light of dawn and began his jog around the territory. It really was quite a lovely morning, the birds chirping and creek bubbling as he passed it. He was sure that he would enjoy this.

He did every stretch he could think of, taking it all slow and doing them all multiple times, especially holding out the ones he really felt.

He began to slow down, and by the time he got to the last set of fifteen he was wheezing lightly. Once he finished the last stroke, he let out a huff and let his head fall back. After a long while, he found himself back in his little clearing, panting hard due to his relatively quick pace that he had been maintaining throughout.

Everything sore and aching, it didn't particularly matter which stretch he was doing at the moment- he could feel them all now. Lunges, squats, all the odd positions, everything. When he finished, he flopped to the ground for a few minutes to catch his breath all the way before heading back to camp. [color=white]Well, that wasn't such a bad first day!

Deciding to ponder upon this later, with this new and stronger form and Feniks quieting down for the moment, he would attempt to hoist Ventus up and drag him back towards the camp and the rest of the clan so that they could leave relatively safely.
