Willowpaw slipped out of the apprentice den and out the entrance to go hunting. Her nose almost immediately picked up the sent of squirrel. She pounced and came up successfully with her catch. She buried her catch and kept hunting.

Willow paw looked up at Cloudsong " I don't know where my mentor is. I just went out hunting alone like I did yesterday." Willowpaw gave Cloudsong a look of confusion. " Hang on I will be right back." Willow paw slipped away and grabbed her catch of 2 voles, 1 squirrel, and a mouse. Willow paw came back and set them near Cloudsong's feet and sat with her tail on her feet.

Willow paw picked up her pray and walked back to camp after leaving Cloudsong to finish whatever she was doing. Willow paw slipped into camp and immediatlle saw mystery song's sticky pelt. Willow paw dropped her pray on the pile and padded over to mystery song. " what happened? Do you want help getting that off?" She asked mystery song.

Willow paw had seen nebuladrop's nod but didn't respond because she was curios about what happened to mysterysong.

Willowpaw shook her head at mysterysong and turned to nebuladrop. "Hey" willow paw said as she approached the warrior.

Willow paw smiled at the presenter. " right now I don't need help with anything I just wanted to say hi." She said to nebuladrop

Willowpaw nodded quickly and obediently to the leader. " I'm going to see what's on the prey pile." Willow paw said quickly finding any excuse to not be next to the leader. She respected him and was edgy around him. Willow paw noticed tidal pool and broke spirit sliding into camp and knew something was up be the look in their eyes. Willowpaw padded over. " you guys okay?" Willow paw asked the young warriors.

Willow paw smiled at tidal pool. " okay if anyone asks I'll be in the apprentice den." She said padding to her nest. Curling into a tight ball she sighed. I wish I had some apprentice my age that I could completely open up to. She thought flattening her ears so she looked like an earth colored ball in a nest.

Willow paw woke up at stretched after dozing off. She slipped out of the apprentice den and went to the prey pile and picked up a mouse. She lay down to eat her prey.

Willowpaw finished her prey and padded over to breezestar after thinking about what the clan was like. " sorry about earlier I wasn't really thinking. I wanted to ask you a question." She said finally look at his eyes. They were soft not harmful like she always thought them like." If...if I had any...kin in the clan...would you help me find them?" She said stumbling over her words in sadness. She looked back at the ground in worry that he would say something she didn't want.

Willowpaw looked up at breezestar and smiled. " thanks. I'll go talk to them now and get back to you later." She said running to where dreampaw was. "Hey dreampaw can I ask you to ask our warrior ancestors about my possible kin at the quarter moon? " she asked looking the other apprentice in the eyes.

Willowpaw's face broke into a huge smile. " thanks dreampaw. Your a really nice cat." Willow paw faced away very happy and excited when she noticed mysterysong's face and walked over confused " you okay you look like a kit came back to life before your eyes!" She said

Make a action and wait for a murge into what is presently happening. Willow paw is talking with mysterysong, dreampaw is in the medicine den with Cloudsong, and breezestar is wandering around.

Willowpaw looked into mysterysong's eyes and could tell something amazing had happened. " okay if you want to keep a secret I don't really have a best friend in the clan and would never share a secret. You know that. Don't you?" She said looking into her eyes for any change of emotion. " I promise and I will be fine if you want to keep it to yourself right now." She sat down and smiled at mysterysong." you're different just like me. You and I are the odd ones out, but not by a lot."

Willowpaw slid into the apprentice den and sat in her bed wondering what to do

Willow paw flicked her tail excitedly, it was the night of the quarter moon and the group had left. Willow paw paced in the center of camp impatiently. She was tired but didn't want to go to bed before they returned.

It was the night of the quarter moon and willow paw paced in the middle of camp her mind was swirling. What are they going to say? Will dreampaw find any answers? She told herself to calm down and of course that didn't help. She was going to stay up until they return no matter what. She paced, she sat looking out of the tunnel, she sat outside the tunnel, and she paced again.

Willow paw stepped into the nursery to try and ignore the fact that the group that went to the quarter moon gathering wouldn't be back for a while. When she saw vanillakit practicing her power she smiled. She sat down next to poisonberry and watched the kit. It was fun to see someone practicing the same powers as you from a different perspective. " vanilla kit watch this!" She said as a group of vines sprouted from the ground and weaving together to make a little hut like cave of vines. She smiled she always liked doing that for herself and sitting in it most of the day.
