A joiner, then? He'd seen plenty, but he still always got excited at them, since it meant new friends. Well, he was still a little dull from his grieving right now, but he was currently getting better. As a result of that, he felt a familiar twinge of excitement as he heard the others welcoming the joiner, and his smile came a little easier than it had been over the past few days. However, unable to conjure up quite the peppy response he usually would, he settled on a more straightforward and polite approach to the situation. Nodding slightly in greeting, he kept his smile as he greeted, "Welcome to BlizzardClan. I'm Momotarou, but you can call me Momo." Feeling more into this joining than the other recent ones due to his happiness beginning to come back, he then reached to his shoulder, something crawling onto his paw. He held it out to display the beetle to Kingdomkit, adding quite cheerfully, "And this is Pyunsuke - he doesn't mind nicknames either. We both think it's nice to meet you."

Padding over, the fox figured a game was just what he needed. His old personality was quickly starting to shine through again, and he felt certain that a game would speed up this recovery of sorts. Deciding not to ask about playing and instead just get into the swing of it since he'd heard the question and all, a smile played on his maw. That was an easy question. Being unable to communicate with anyone would be awful, since he wouldn't be able to make any new friends or hang out with current ones. Besides, it wasn't like he had any thoughts that he'd want to keep hidden. He was a fairly honest guy anyway, his thoughts were innocent as could be the majority of the time, and he wasn't easily embarrassed. So he replied, "Speak all my thoughts out loud~"

Oh wow, they looked pretty cool. Eyes glowing softly as he padded over, he gazed at the stranger curiously as he sat by Amaryllis to wait for their answer. Hm, he hoped it was a joiner. He liked joiners. It meant new potential friends, and at the very least new Clanmates. That was always pretty exciting to him. Plus, he couldn't help but wish for it even more because of their awesome appearance.

He sat. He stood. He sat. He stood. Wait, wait, no! Quick to realise his mistake, he tried to sit again. But, being the clumsy dork he was and moving too fast, he toppled over onto his side in his attempts. Laughing softly to himself, he stayed laying on his side, looking at the others that had been caught out. He'd kinda been expecting to fail at this game, since his skills in concentration were somewhat lacking at times.

Momo was starting to get back to his old happy self again. Today though, he was rather exhausted. He just wanted to rest for the day, in all honesty. He felt so close to 'recovery', if he could call it that, that he felt as though he'd be pretty much fine tomorrow. So maybe it wouldn't be so bad to take a bit of a break today. If he did feel better tomorrow, then he'd probably be using up a lot of energy in running around again. He didn't want to be tired for that then, huh? Maw stretched wide in a yawn despite it only being about midday, the fox flopped down, resting his head on his paws. His eyes glowed softly in content, sleepy gaze surveying the Clanmates walking by.

Ah, he didn't know? Hm, then that made the decision of whether or not to introduce him to Pyunsuke a little more difficult. Deciding to check with him, since he didn't want to make his new friend uncomfortable or something, he asked, "Would you like to meet my pet stag beetle? He's friendly, I promise~"

He glanced at her to see her reaction, and could almost feel his eyes brightening again at the sight of her smile. Ah, so she did like it. It made his smile widen, suddenly unsure of whether he'd rather look at the sunset or her smile. Quickly pushing the thought away though, he turned back to watch the colours dancing across the sky until it finally faded into night. Ear twitching when she spoke, he glanced at her with a grin, nodding vigorously in agreement. He was glad that they'd been treated to a good one today, and he had to admit that he was really happy to have gotten to share the moment with her when she saw her first one.

Looking up to see the first stars beginning to faintly show as the sky continued to darken, he wondered if they should be heading back now. After all, some of their Clanmates could get worried. Ah, but then... "Wanna stargaze?" He usually didn't stay up this late, being one that usually crashed at the end of the day from running around so much and using up all of his energy. But he wasn't tired right now and there was something very appealing about looking at the stars. He wouldn't mind if Lostpaw wanted to go back, and he would escort her back to camp if she wanted to. But even if she did go, he wanted to look at the stars tonight. It'd just be nicer if she did so with him.

Ah, a raid? Eep, he didn't like the sound of it. He was one for peace, and the idea of fighting sounded pretty nasty. But he had to try for his Clan, didn't he? Not that he knew much about fighting. Nodding to show that he understood, he'd glance at his friends with a vaguely worried expression.

The fox had been feeling kinda tired all day today, and that afternoon was no exception. There was a strange impression that he gave off that he would roll over a lot in his sleep, or sleep in weird positions. But in reality, he slept very still and normally. It was for a reason, actually. He'd naturally been fairly still, but he'd actually almost trained himself to be quite as motionless as he was. Since Pyunsuke often slept with him on his shoulder or back, rolling around would be dangerous for the beetle. Of all things that could happen in this world, rolling over his precious pet was surely one of the most awful things possible.

So there he lay now, curled up. But it was evident that, in this moment, he was resting rather than asleep. The best evidence for this would be his mouth opening wide as he yawned. He wasn't usually nearly this tired, but the exhaustion of his grieving had caught up to him today.

Reaching awkwardly to his back, he sat in that strange position for a moment as he let his pet crawl onto his paw. When it finally did, he brought his paw back to the front of him, holding the stag beetle between him and Brokenpaw with a grin. "This is Pyunsuke!"

Styx. He wasn't sure how, but it seemed to suit her. Smiling a little more brightly now, though he still wasn't quite as bubbly as he usually would be, he spoke, "Welcome to BlizzardClan. I'm Momotarou, but you can call me Momo." Tipping his head slightly, he added, "Nice to meet you~"

Lifting his head slightly as he heard Tama, he gave a light smile. Honestly, he didn't think he'd have been doing so well now if it hadn't been for her and Matty's words. Stifling a yawn and unable to find the energy to sit up, he greeted, "Hey Tama~ How are you doing?" She sure seemed pretty smiley again, but he'd still like to check up on her. Sinningtrash had been important to both of them, and he knew that he wasn't the only one that missed him.

He glanced at Styx in surprise as he felt something being draped over him, peering at the blanket curiously for a moment. Quickly a smile formed, almost wide enough to be a grin. Holding back another yawn, he thanked her in a slightly drowsy tone, "Aha, thank you. Styx, right?" He couldn't have forgotten the rainbow tiger if he tried. A pelt like that made her stick in your mind.

The fox paused to move Pyunsuke, holding him on his paw as he lay on his back beside Lostpaw. Placing the stag beetle on his chest, comfortably, he peered up at the stars with an expression akin to awe. It wasn't often that he got to see them, and rarely from such a good place either. They were so pretty and so far away. Not being as educated as some of his Clanmates, he was honestly quite clueless as to what stars actually were. He'd like to guess that they were sparkles from fairy dust. Though it seemed a strange thing to think, he found something alluring about believing in things that didn't seem real. Magic was fun to believe in. It wasn't like things were totally regular in his life anyway, with glowing eyes and a friend that could control water or become a dragon. So stars being made of fairy dust didn't seem that illogical to him. Perhaps one day he would inquire as to the actual answer, but for now he'd like to just believe that. It was more fun that way.

Breaking his gaze away from the sky to look at Lostpaw, he blinked, trying to recall. Oh, oh, he did know it. His big brother had told him what it was a long time ago. Laying his head back as he thought, there was concentration etched in his expression for a few moments longer before he blinked in realisation. Smiling, he looked back at her as he replied, "Sagittarius. What about you?"

He'd seen her jump. His breath had caught in his throat, stopping him from crying out. Terror had gripped him, frozen still as he watched his friend go over the edge. But then he saw her wings, saw her flying, and relief washed over him at once. His heart was still pounding though. Watching her land, he cried out in complaint, "Tama! You scared me!" Taking a breath to calm down, he padded closer now, smiling nervously as he added, "But... you did really good with the flying." Thank goodness she did, was all he could think for a moment. He was admittedly proud of her, but still felt frightened from the initial sight.

Giving a still slightly shaky chuckle at the apology, he shrugged, deciding to say no more about the scare he'd gotten from it. Ear twitching as he listened to her description of flying, he tilted his head slightly. Free...? Ahh, that sounded nice. Too bad he didn't have wings. Though, in all honesty, he probably would be awful at flying even if he did have them. If he'd done that, he probably wouldn't have been able to fly in time. Peering at the wings, he wondered if he'd ever be able to get some. "Were you born with the wings?"

He'd seen Arcade around, but he wasn't sure that he'd actually ever introduced himself. Unaware of how he usually behaved, the fox simply padded over with a faintly curious expression. He looked visibly uncomfortable for a moment at the cuss that Jack used, but he didn't comment on it, aware that others were allowed to cuss if they wanted to. Putting some friendliness into his voice, he greeted, "Uh, hey. I'm Momo, by the way."

Oh, Seapaw. Staring for a moment at the strange sight, he couldn't help but crack a smile at the octocat. Though he'd never talked to Seapaw that much, he was definitely an easy one to remember too, for his appearance was pretty unique. Ah, of course, it reminded him of... Pushing his memories of Sinningtrash away quickly, he greeted, "Hey, Seapaw~ I'm trying not to fall asleep, ehe."

Nodding at the question, he placed the beetle back on his shoulder before asking, "Do you have any pets~?" Aha, this event was fun. If it weren't for the bonfire party, he wouldn't have met his new friend or been able to talk to him. The thought of that was kinda saddening, since he was enjoying talking to Brokenpaw.

Oh, shape-shifting! That was what Lostpaw had, right? That was how she turned into that awesome dragon when she wanted to fly. A light smile on his maw, the fox commented as he padded over, "It's a cool body anyway, though~" That helped, right? Aha, he sometimes wasn't quite sure whether he was helping or hindering, in all honesty.

Birds? Why would birds be anyone's favourite when beetles, well, existed? Blinking in surprise at the sudden announcement, he put a paw to his shoulder as if trying to shield Pyunsuke's ears from the words. Tilting his head slightly, he asked in a friendly tone anyway, "Why do you like birds?"
