"I haven't brought an eyepatch but I do have a cloth you can cover for now." She offered, voice friendly as she entered, stopping near Kira as she gave Julian a light tail wag. She didn't stare, nor did she judge due to all of her past experiences with lost body parts and gory wounds; she had seen it all. She'd say the most common gory experience she had come across were missing legs; it still made her shiver whenever she first saw it however. Though it was the thought of the pain that really disturbed her, she couldn't imagine the feeling of a limb being ripped off.. or an eye. Nymeria easily made usual eye contact as she drew her attention to him, but it made her remember when she was all beat up, Regis having to stitch and staple her wounds in order to stay closed. She had many clanmates stare, she understood it was hard not to when you had a giant exposed wound though it still made her uncomfortable at the time. She was scared of her own shadow then. Nym imagined it was worse for Julian, a missing eye was more than noticeable; perhaps the first thing you would notice if you looked at him. She did feel bad for him, it was hard not to have sympathy for others for her, especially the ones she cared for. But she didn't try to show it, she believed he would want to think of something else rather than the whole situation. She didn't want to make him feel uncomfortable so she tried not to show any pity. "Want me to fetch anything?" she asked, looking over her shoulder to the exit.
She stood quiet as she listened to Kira talk about an attack of the Flights, cocking her head to the side with a small frown pulling at her lips. So this was the problem? She wondered how they got ahold of explosives, or rather how they figured out how to make them. She assumed only humans knew how to make them, the thought was quite interesting- but concerning. Unless they used some kind of power.. It was still worrying nonetheless. "Wondering the same as Julian. But more of how they got ahold of explosives if this wasn't a power. Not many know how to make something such as that." She hoped they didn't turn out like the exiles, they were annoying as it was. But from the looks of it- it did seem as if the group was becoming that way, explosives? What the hell did Volary do?
-
So better interaction or they'd drop them? She understood the situation and at the moment they had a lot of allies so it wouldn't hurt as much if they did end up dropping them. But they also didn't have great relationships with many allies, maybe she would give it a try. A thoughtful frown softened upon her lips, pausing for a moment before she chose to answer, "I think we should continue and see where it goes for awhile, maybe we should host an ally event together sometime?" she asked, sitting down with a barely audible huff. She didn't want to loose the sanctuary, they were good allies in the past, therefore she decided to try and strengthen the bond a bit. But if it didn't work out it simply just wasn't meant to be, atleast it was nothing personal.
-
It was another long week for her, she was a bit shaken by the two intruders; a bit on edge. She was doubting the security of the clan for awhile, especially hearing about how Ascendency attacked Volary. It made her a bit fearful, particularly because this all somehow happened in one week. Was it because she wasn't around as much? Were they starting to look weak? No it couldn't be, they were growing like nobody's business. Should she do something about it? There wasn't much to do but keep aware, atleast from what she saw. Her ears laid flat against her head as she leapt upon the rock, her eyes drawn up to the sky in thought. "Thunderlands, it's time for a meeting!" she called, gaze pulling beyond the temporarily empty space, searching for faces.
She tried to make a friendly aroma, forcing a smile on her face for her welcoming part. She was truly proud and happy that they got a good amount of newblood, however she was still lost in her stress. She just didn't have the capability of shining a genuine good feeling, "First off I would like to welcome and introduce ~EMMA~
, Pandora..
,
gilda
, wanderpup.
, Dante VS
,
peachtea !
, Mark
, anna.
, and
Glitteringgold.
We're glad you are apart of our clan." she barked, gingerly wagging her tail.
" Laika E.
, I'd like to thank you for fair activity, and since we lack Thunderguards and I see your potential I'd like to jump you there. OSIRIS
, I'd like to give you the same position, congratulations... I have also seen some good activity from Dante VS
, if you'd like I will move you up to Raindrop. Thank you three. And shoutouts to JULIAN
and ~EMMA~
, great job you two." she announced, dipping her head before moving on, " SKY!
, I would like to see your face more, if you can do so." she cleared her throat a bit, body swaying lightly as she scanned the group over. "Any words or perhaps news before I close this meeting?"
-
She offered Kady a smile at her wave, dipping her head before her smile dropped, listening to Aleksei speak. Feliks murdered a blizzardclanner. Her eyes widened a bit, she hadn't known- she didn't even get an explanation when she saw Feliks getting pounced on by her former lover then. But what was she supposed to do now? He was already quite the useful clanmate, he had given her needed information and lead the raid to the exiles when Samuel was taken. She didn't want to just suddenly push him out of their clan right after she decided to give him a chance, wouldn't that cause her clan members to doubt her? She was stuck. "I'm sorry Aleksei, I wasn't really around as much then, therefore I had no idea. Is there something I can do about this?" Exiling was something she would apply to since she had already given him a chance, he had proven her to trust him in her clan. Ally or clanmate? She hoped that nightmare wouldn't come to life, the situation was difficult.
-
She smiled to Laika in a proud way, tail waving with pleasure. "I believe in you." she mused in response, dipping her head in giving Laika respect. She had seen her work hard, and she was quite pleased she carried out the traditions. She hoped some would look up to her, she trusted she was fit for the position.
The tensed voice of Bramble rose her alarm, blinking softly as her smile fell and pressing her teeth together under her lips in her own rising tension. She supposed she deserved that, she was lost in her own stressed thoughts- forgetting quite a couple of things. But the attitude wasn't quite acceptable in her eyes, sure she fucked up a bit and it was disheartening to not announce Kira's leave. But this was really her first trip in a meeting, and she gets snapped at for it? Although she stiffens and decides not to correct her, it wasn't worth it infront of a whole crowd. Even though bramble had embarrassed her she wasn't going to do the same, she was sure it was hard for a friend to leave. She was a bit upset herself. But she was going to keep it calm like she always did, "I'm sorry, Bramblemask. I clearly messed up.. And we got news from the Sanctuary; they want us to interact more or they'll drop us so I need an ambassador going there more often, or I will take that job if no one's up for it." she barked, exhaling softly in attempts to release her tension; hoping to calm the feline down by admitting her mistake. She truthfully didn't want to, however she wanted to keep everyone happy even if it meant her discomfort.
Ah, and a more calming voice, nonetheless a friend. She seemed to settle down as she listened to Julian, humming in approval at his words. "I'd appreciate that, Julian. I'll handle the Sanctuary since they need alittle more attention. So no need to leave that space open." she insisted.
She drew her attention to the other voice, which she suspected to be Deutschland. She had expected the announcement, therefore there was no special reaction from the report. She had noticed Clarence's lack of presence, though she had left it up to Deutschland to decide on that until next week. Bramble had deserved the position, despite her attitude with her. She did internally have some resentment, but she didn't have any disapproval on the idea. She simply nodded towards him, standing to her paws before speaking again, "Does anyone else have anything else to say? Questions?" she spoke in a softer voice, ears twitching to listen out for anyone else.

The collie was a bit upset that she had to return to the rock the next day, upset about the news that she recently received. And she was still a bit embarrassed about her forgetfulness yesterday; soaked in her stress of politics. Sky had dropped down. It.. was really bittersweet, Julian deserved this position and she was excited to see him serve under her, she trusted him. But then again she thought Sky would've been a good leader.. she trusted him as well. It was always difficult for her to drop others, especially friends, hoping every time they wouldn't hold anything against her. It was something that came along as leading, she agreed to this, it was her duty to move on. Luckily he dropped down himself, there wasn't as much weight on her as there would be so she was thankful for that. Her ears angled back as she stood upon the rock, heavily sighing and giving herself a moment before she decided to call, "Everyone! I have an announcement." She was hesitant, but at the same time she was excited for her friend, her tail slowly wagging but her face expressing something else; she didn't know how to act.
"Sky has dropped down, therefore Julian will take his place. I am thankful that Sky served under me despite his short time, although JULIAN
, I'm pleased that you get the chance and I trust you will do well." She tried to search for the feline, allowing a smile to replace her uncertain expression. The announcement was short but she hoped it was sweet, she didn't want to embarrass him by being too dramatic and enthusiastic about it. That.. wasn't her in the first place, she wanted to be true. She wasn't exactly the bubbly type.

/lmao, I can't stay up past 10:00. It's 8:00 here.
Also rushed postt..
Damn it, she had her suspicions with the group, hearing that they had some kind of beef with the Volary already. Her body tensed, sitting down with her ears angled backward, "Thank you for the announcement, Feliks. No one shall investigate them on their own. Seeing that they attacked two allies already, it seems we might be a potential target. And... wondering the same as Bramblemask." she barked, attentive eyes locking on the wolf. Nym had kept an eye out for them since Kira's statement to her, them and the Ascendency. But the Order seemed to be a bit more of a problem seeing they had caused trouble in two familiar clans. It was alarming.
-
The yowl made the woman's eyelids shoot up, clumsily scrambling to her feet in alarm, tail high in alert as she caught her balance. She was a bit disappointed that her nap was interrupted, knowing that the rush of adrenaline wouldn't be any help with going back to sleep. But her powerful sense of curiosity and worry almost immediately drove her to the source, eventually stopping to find Julian in her rush. "Julian are you o-.....Oh..." Her eyes widened as she caught the sight, cutting off in mere surprise. She expected to see an attack, or really.. anything else other than this. It wasn't that bad, he didn't look ugly to her, it just.. caught her off guard. It wasn't everyday you came across someone who suddenly grew feathers. "How'd this happen overnight..?" she asked in bewilderment, particularly to no one. "I mean, you don't look bad. I'm just confused. Er, but you grew your eye and leg back too?" New body? Well... It didn't look like it. It almost looked the same, just with feathers. She had come across many odd experiences but this was alittle new, the world was so unpredictable..

Things were going down hill pretty quickly with the clan and their security, she felt kind of helpless and weak when it came to attacks now that she had dropped medic rank. She was known for sucking at battles, her petite size not really helping at all, not to mention she lacked skill as well. Nym could only really run or rely on her athleticism; she felt useless, it clearly wasn't enough. The thought dawned on her when she saw Ladon and Tokyo fend off Julian's attacker, she pushed it back then- but it had come back to her later on. It kind of hurt thinking about it. Samuel had died awhile back just trying to protect her, he came back but.. she wasn't that strong when she emotionally tried to battle the attacker, she was kind of still broken by it. She wondered how she was still alive at times, why she was alive. She was cowardly, cowards didn't deserve to live was what people said, right? She was trying to fix that and her confidence was getting better, but it didn't really fix on how she battled and it for sure didn't fix the past.
Nymeria had climbed up a lower branch of a tree, laying down on it and scanning the border with tired eyes. It had been awhile since she sat there in guard, waiting for someone to come across it or atleast something to happen. She had looked away for a couple of seconds, attention gluing on a bird that was rustling the bushes, but once she turned her head again she saw a dark dog-like figure standing in wait. She cocked her head to the side, eyes widening in surprise at the quick appearance. She slowly arose, stretching carefully and jumping off the branch, landing on her paws with a huff before going to greet the stranger. "Hello? Name and bus-" the stranger was gone, and a scent was no longer able to be detected. Her eyes narrowed and eyebrows furrowed, freezing in place, "What in the actual fuck.." she muttered, growling in uncertainty. Now she was just waiting to get jumped on. "Come out, I clearly saw you. Don't fuck with me now.. I know what's going to happen." she called, tail swaying impatiently though her eyes darted around in a sense of anxiety. She heard a rustle in the bushes again, head sharply turning in direction of it. But all that jumped out was a buck, front hooves ramming right into her side as it tripped over her. She yelped in pain, turning her head to bite the deer's back leg as she was flipped onto her back. It got up, making a pitiful cry and spinning in direction of her. However it was looking around as if it didn't see her, nostrils flaring and tail flagging up. Nymeria stared in bewilderment, waving her paws while she remained on her paws; no response. "Um... Hello..? D-Down.. here!?" The buck ran off at the sound of voice, Nymeria slowly lowering her paw in defeat, drawing it up to her gapped mouth.
//srry if this is sloppy!! ^^
Also the figure will show up in one of her development posts later in the future.

She could hear her heart beating now, rushing through the forest as fast as she could when she heard the screams. She ignored the stings of jungle vegetation slapping her in the face as she brushed past, satchel flying behind her. She slowed early once she came upon the scene; not wanting to knock anyone over, but she kept a fast pace and eventually stopped beside Emma when she caught sight of Ladon's body. Her mouth gapped open in shock, staring in disbelief but defeat at the lifeless body. She could feel her heart shatter into tiny pieces, tensing up and letting out a soft whine. She held her breath as she hesitantly turned her eyes to Julian, claws digging as she noted his reaction. It killed her straight away, regretting that she even bothered to look up. She considered Ladon as a friend, though one she honestly didn't know as well. And she... she regretted it, she wished she had put aside time to form a closer bond with the other dog. She really felt guilty about it. Tears started to form in her eyes, taking a step back and finally letting go of the breath; it was shaky and rough. It was always the good ones that went, Ladon was really pure in her eyes. He was like a flower to her, innocent and pure, kind. It was really hard to imagine him gone, murdered, she wouldn't have believed it herself if she didn't see it herself. She shook her head, blinking and stared at the body again... and then moments later back at Julian.
She swallowed, taking a stiff step forward, head low as she approached Julian. She attempted to ever so gently place a paw on his shoulder; trying to indicate that she was there. She wasn't sure what else to offer, she knew just by a glimpse of the body that she was late. She had seen this too many times to too many people, but somehow it made her choke up every time. She wasn't sure if Julian wanted a shoulder to cry on or support from a friend, but it was the only thing she could offer in this moment.
-
Nymeria probably didn't feel as affected by Ladon's death as some of the others did, she had known Ladon but she didn't really become close to the dog. It made her feel guilty, angry towards herself that she didn't initiate many interactions. It made her feel selfish, selfish wasn't her, it wasn't ever her but she knew not setting enough time to get to know him was. The act was selfish. She cherished every one here, she cared for every single clanmate, but she was always so distant. Atleast she came off as that way, she didn't try to be, she tried her best to get to know others. It seemed as if she didn't try hard enough; the collie wasn't great at setting aside time, she was almost always trying to tend to things and doing tasks.
At the call of medic she rose her head and looked around to see if she could catch sight of Deutschland or Bramble, no one. She supposed she would see them at the scene soon, right now she would offer help atleast little enough to not take their place. And once she appeared on scene she ran up to Laika, sniffing her to see if she could detect sickness. And it just seemed as if there was. She frowned, nudging the wolfdog's shoulder to see if she would react at all. "Tokyo, you and I carry her to camp. Or atleast to a more comfortable place until the medics come." As most knew she had experienced knowledge but it was no longer her job to treat others. "Emma, you can assist if she's too heavy. Though I recommend fetching the medics, either one is fine." she ordered, attempting to gently prep Laika's head and left leg on her shoulders if the younger canine wasn't reacting.
-
She was hopeful once she heard the faint voice of Laika, but concern wrecked the woman as she murmured of coldness. Her body was in fact under temperature. It was... odd, bewildering to have someone be cold at this time of season. It was getting hotter, and.. more humid, soon it would be miserably hot once summer struck. Jungles were known for accumulating heat, so it was definitely her first coming across someone being this cold. She hoped their warmth helped as they carried her, she was a double coated dog so she was sure it would aid good warmth. She flicked her ear as she heard her murmer more, frowning more as she mistook her as her mother. She didn't say anything about it though it made her feel worse for her, she was typically family; having heard Samuel being related to her. Though she was far from blood, but it made her wonder where her mother was. So far, she hadn't seen her around. She could assume either death or they ran off somewhere, "We're going to get you to camp, you'll be warm soon."
She nodded in thanks to Tokyotower as she agreed to her command, but her attention drew to Mark as he approached the scene. It seemed he had taken Emma's job, but that was alright, atleast the deed was being done... And it didn't take long for Deutschland to show up, dipping her head in note towards his command. "Right..." she murmured under her breath, starting to move if Tokyo had taken her other side. "On we go." she warned in a quiet tone, nosing Laika to assure she was secure on her side.
-
She cringed at the sound of voice, eyes darting in the direction of where it came from. She caught sight of Bramble, ears flattening against her head and rolling over onto her paws, shaking the dirt off. Great, she was looking for her- just what she needed. The woman wasn't sure how to approach the situation, she didn't want to scare Bramble but she also didn't want to confuse her. Surely, if she stayed like this for too long someone would end up sending out a search patrol. But could she see her? Was the deer just blind? No, she hoped but she was clear in Bramble's view range. She was just standing a couple of feet away, having to step out of the way in order to not get in the feline's way. "Hey-... er.. I'm right here." she announced hesitantly, nosing a nearby shrub to give away her spot. "Just don't-! ..-come this way, you'll step on me." she warned, backing up a bit more as she searched for the feline's reaction; lowering her head.
-
When was she ambassador last? Well, it had been quite awhile, she didn't think keeping track of such a thing was necessary. She had definitely slowed down on it since her leadership, but it seemed as if the Sanctuary required more attention for the while. So she had made it her responsibility so she could assure activity between them, it would be a shame if they dropped them to neutrals. So, with some gifts in her satchel, she made her trip, it was alittle long but Nym had found herself wandering most of the territories before she dropped medicine. She was used to taking those long walks, she missed them in all honesty. The collie's cyan irises slowly scanned the area, ears occasionally swiveling in search of paw steps, waiting for someone to approach her.
//Rushed! ^^"

-
She shifted uncomfortably when Julian spoke in, looking down at her paws and then back up at Julian. "Y...Yeah... I guess that's the only possible explanation." She could atleast see herself, obviously they couldn't; seeing Bramble and Julian look right past her. Nymeria bit her lip at Julian's next question, pausing. She honestly didn't want to answer that, she didn't want them to worry. She didn't want to make the situation seem worse. However she couldn't lie, she couldn't even manage to make up a lie for this, but why would she lie to a friend in the first place, "...Yes. I don't even know how long I've been like this in all honesty.."
She wasn't sure how the plan would work out, them not knowing where she would be in the first place. She wasn't sure if she wanted to return to camp as well, as there was the most going on there and she had more of a chance of being a hazard to others and the other way around. What would Samuel think of having an invisible fiancé for a day or even longer in their home? Damn, she could almost see the rest of the day unfold for her. It.. wasn't going to be a good one for her. She'd most likely end up locking herself in. She did eventually need to go home, and an offer was already set for possible protection, she didn't think she could push it to another time. "I'd appreciate it. I'll warn you if you're too close... lets hope this doesn't play out past a day." she wasn't going to be in the best mood with this happening and everything else. However she supposed there was some positive attributes to this power once she figured out how to control it, it would do her best in combat and hiding away. She could really use Sasha's knowledge at this time, she was the most knowledgeable about power control. "Don't try to yell it out and cause too much attention." she spoke in a half joking way, although she wanted people to know she was there she didn't want too much attention as if sirens were to going off. She was sure they weren't that way but she wanted them to know.
-
It didn't take long at all for someone to approach, almost surprising the border collie as she spotted the feline. Dear. She certainly hadn't heard that in awhile, it was hard to find someone older than her nowadays, atleast in her camp. There was only a handful that were, the rest were atleast her age and younger. Her physical body was young, though if it aged she would've looked a lot older; atleast around in her thirties. She smiled, shifting her back legs to sit down, "I'm Nymeria, leader of the Thunderlands. I volunteered to be your clan's ambassador, also I'm here to deliver gifts and check up on everything." she responded, nosing her satchel open, "It's not anything big; just sweets, daggers, and herbs that grow in our area." she added softly, tail slowly dragging across the meadow's ground.
-
She too had remembered the activity of ambassadors back then, though with everything going on she had never found time to be one. And back then she was too shy to even cross the border for quite awhile; traumatized by her attack. But now that things had slowed down a bit for her and she found her confidence she supposed being one wouldn't be as difficult, she just had to remember to come every other week and so on. Her tail swayed quicker in a type of greeting towards Showstopper, ears perking attentively, "Ah, hello." she barked, nodding in acknowledgement. She hummed once he inquired about their clan, gaze flicking to the side and then back again. "We're doing decent. Just came across a couple of problems, but it's dealt with." She shrugged, a thoughtful look replacing her friendly face. It had come quite chaotic for them for the past month; Fyodor having a seizure, Laika collapsing, two trespassers, a death... the list went on. But she didn't want them to worry, it was personally hers and the rest of the clan's business to deal with. They were already dealt with as she mentioned, they just had to wait for the two youngsters to get better.
And there was Lavendercrown, certainly a more familiar face over the new acquaintances. The smile had returned to her face once more, gapping her mouth open to answer, "Oh, I appreciate the offer but I can make it home without rest. I've grown used to the long trips while being in medical work, but water would be nice." she normally had good stamina to begin with, she was sure she would be tired until she returned home. She was sure her clanmates would like her back home as well. Her attention then flicked to Survivalinstinct at the next sound of voice, waving a paw towards the other leader. "Pleasure to meet you, Val. And no problem, I hope you all enjoy them." Ah, she supposed she had to respond to this again. Her body swayed a bit, smile slightly falling again, "Some things had happened, it's been quite an week but everything's dealt with now. We have two in the medic den currently, I'm quite sure they'll make a full recovery soon. Also erm… Ladon has um passed away, but he returned really recently... How's the Sanctuary?"

Loveletter was one of Nymeria's close friends, at that time he was one of the few that she actually trusted and felt comfortable around. One of the few she opened up her feelings and weaknesses about. And it had killed her when she saw him pass.. to this day Nymeria wished for him to return. She had to admit, she was angry at Feliks for taking him at first. But she had forced herself to throw the past behind her, she wanted to give the clan a new start once she became leader, she had forgiven Feliks and let it up to him to regret it. Feelings were at times their own punishment. She remembered Loveletter's goodbye to her, when she was trying so hard to save her friend.. and for awhile she had thought it was her fault even though she had tried her best. She wasn't sad anymore, her grief for him was long gone by now, but she certainly missed him. She would have loved to still have him, Kismetpaw and the others around. But she was becoming used to getting over people by now, in her time here she had watched many friends disappear or die; she was adapting emotionally. She.. wasn't growing cold, no, she was just less effected by it; she was quicker to move on.
Breakingcrimes did in fact look just like his father and for a moment she was convinced it was him, cyan irises brightening for a moment as she approached. But they slowly softened as she realized the scent didn't match up with his father. Wasn't she there when Breaking was born..? Or was that the other litter? She... unfortunately didn't remember all of the kitten and raptor's names. However she definitely knew she was there for one litter, Loveletter only allowing her and Regis to know about the pregnancy and experience the birthing. That was hard to forget... She was almost like an aunt to the hatchings, but they were around for only such a short time and it had been quite awhile since, therefore she couldn't remember each and every name. It was embarrassing.. But she definitely remembered Gracie, and Breakingcrimes was quite familiar to her ears, she was sure she interacted with him- she just couldn't remember how well she knew him and how long.
Nymeria slowly stopped by Julian, a smile gracing her lips, "Welcome to the Thunderlands, glad to see you here. I don't know if you remember.. but it's Nymeria, your father's friend." she barked in a friendly tone, sitting down with a relaxed sigh, seeing if he could recognize her. If not she supposed she was thinking of the others, her memory has been a bit hazy lately. But she was sure it was just her being overwhelmed by all the stress lately, Loveletter did have quite the amount of children.
