Weaponry: Hotshot Lasgun with a Bayonet, Along with his faith in The Emperor.
Semblance: He has strangely effective regenerative powers, bringing him back from the brink of death time and time again. The More damage he takes, the longer it will be before he heals fully, but the only guaranteed killing method is to behead him.
Personality: Almost a Blank Slate. He does the job infront of him, then goes. He will talk, but for the most part, its going to be either pledging devotion to his God, or something strategy based. He keeps himself to himself mainly, but he is a normal human, so he can Love, Hate, Be compassionate and everything else Humanity is capable of.

History: A Soldier who served his Emperor faithfully, He stood between the Arch-Traitor and His Lord, Imposing himself in history by holding the line against a Demi-God who could snuff his life out with the slightest movement. However, as the blade fell, some form of energy enveloped him, tearing him away to the world of Remnant.
Theme: Sabaton-To Hell and Back.
Other: For Clarification, While a Lasgun is weak in the Setting of 40K, its up against things that outclass it massively. So, it would probably be somewhat effective in the RWBY timeframe.

A green fatigued soldier walked into the building, hearing the noise generated by the battle within. In a few seconds he assessed the situation. A Bullhead craft, leaving the area fully loaded along with a figure stood in the centre of the floor, looking at the ceiling with seemingly no reason. Upon closer inspection, the figure seemed to be sparking with energy, along with wielding some kind of Chain based weapon.

Ollanius swung his rifle from his shoulder and snapped a shot off towards the energy ball, a red lance of plasma like energy plunging towards it.

"Chain Blade. Some form of electricity based projectiles." Ollanius made note of Steels newly revealed weapons as he rolled clear, coming up into a firing crouch. "1 chance. Drop the Weapons, I won't shoot"

"A stream of Super-Heated plasma would turn your flesh molten where it makes Contact." The Example given by Ollanius was somewhat graphic, but he was a Soldier and had seen the results many times before. "Death wish you may have, I doubt you would want to experience that level of pain." He fired a shot at the mans leg experimentally, checking his alertness prior to fully engaging.

IC: Ollanius gave a short shout of pain as the first ball of electricity hit, falling to one knee "You... You just made this a lot worse for yourself." he watched Steel generating more power and muttered an expletive under his breath.
