[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The multi-colored feline remembered her mother and father well, but the one she was stuck with until now? The evil step-mother, as they would be called. Maddie's Mom had died from an unknown sickness, and her father was depressed for awhile. She tried to take care of him, but he was still upset. He met a she-cat, and they eventually got together. Oh, how Madison dispised her step-mother! After her father died, she ran away, and now, the feline was walking. Walking to where? She didn't know. She would walk until someone found her.

She'd been going for months now, only stopping for a shelter here and there. Madison had eaten some, but she neglected to hunt as the fem wanted to continue forward with determination. Now, you could seen her rib cage from under her wild pelt. The loner needed a place to stay, and she needed it very soon. Little did she know that she would come across a friendly place, and she would stay there for a long while.

Madison's paws were shaking, and she leaped back in surprise when she scented something besides trees. It was like a ... marking. She gasped with surprise. Dad had told her about these, these ... groups! She forgot what they were called, but she didn't care at the moment. The tortie sat down, feeling relief to be off her paws for once in a while. She would have to write to Dad soon. Madison waited, her fur bristling with a huge anticipation. Were they going to let her join? Mad die would be devastated if they didn't.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The fem was overthinking what she would do if they didn't accept joiners. She was completely zoned out, and the multi-colored feline didn't even know someone had come. A voice cut off her thinking, and she jolted back. "Ah!" Olay, maybe the Windclanner was right, joiners were funny! Maddie sighed, refixing her posture. "I'm Madison ... and I'd like to join, if I can," It came out a bit awkward, but it was better than more walking. She attempted to pull off a polite smile, trying to make Camerashy forget how terrible she had spoken.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]Madison couldn't believe her ears. "Really...?" Was she a warrior of WindClan now? Seriously? The multi-colored feline didn't care what she did, but the fem attempted to tackled the Snow Leopard in a hug. "Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!" Maddie stepped off of her, and had a huge smile on her face. Okay, maybe she was a bit crazy. The bright-eyed cat listened to his question carefully,"Some food would be nice, if that's okay." The femme practically acted like nothing happened.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The female licked her chops with hunger, glancing towards all the food choices. Holding herself back from tackling the female in a hug, she smiled softly. "Meat is fine," she stared at the food, eyes wide with anticipation.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The small female remembered her mother well. She didn't have a father figure, as it had been an alchohol situation, and the male ran away shortly after. So, Claire was born as a loner. She loved to explore and discover new things. Her mother loved her dearly, but died in a fire, letting Claire escape. The femme was devastated by her mom's death.

Now, the fem approached the StellarClan border, eyes down to slits. She needed a place to stay. She wasn't a kitten anymore, but she wasn't an adult yet. Claire sat down, her ears perked. The female curled her long tail around her paws. She pushed her huge glasses up her nose, pulling her huge satchel full of books next to her. She remembered reading about these clans, and now she was going to explore them.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The femme glanced up at all of them, eyes wide with excitement. "Can I join?" Claire asked, ears perked wildly. She opened a book, flipping through the pages quickly. "This is ... Oh! SylvanClan, this is SylvanClan! You guys are pro-clan, correct?" The feline smiled widely, yet she didn't know that this book wasn't updated. 'This is so interesting!' The nerdy cat thought silently.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The female glanced over the shy apprentice. She offered him a friendly small smile. "Not SylvanClan? Anti-clan? Oh well, it shall have to do!" Claire flicked his nose with her tail, stifling a giggle. The femme looked at the others,"Thanks for letting me in your clan!"

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]She closed her book about the clans, packing it back into her huge satchel full of them. She had dragged it with her. The fem smiled widely,"I am Claire, what about you?" She gave another smile,"My name means 'bright' in Latin." Claire motioned towards one of her books.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The femme had her special magnifying glass out, a huge smile on her face as she stared at a spotted ladybug with interest. Claire circled it, tail lashing happily. She didn't really mind that this place was anti-clan, as long as she could still have her fun. The fem kept staring at the bug.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The femme sat down, leaning against a tree. She flipped through her book, eyes wide. She pushed her glasses up her nose,"I didn't know they did that..." Claire murmured to herself, tail curling around her paws. She buried her nose into her book, ears perked with interest.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]The fem glanced up at him, eyes wide. Her magnifying glass hovered in front of her face, making it look huge. She giggled. "I'm Claire," She smiled widely,"What's your name?" She pulled out her huge book,"I can tell you what your name means."

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]She looked up,"Oh! Hello! I'm Claire, and as I've read, I'm an apprentice!" The femme offered her a wide smile in a rushed post.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]"It tells me all about the clans and tribes or groups! I think my dad was a traveler, and he learned about them all, so I guess he wrote this." The fem smiled at the familiar face. She pushed the book in front of him,"I need to fix the SylvanClan section, it's not updated."

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; width: 425px; height: auto;][justify][font=arial][size=8]"It's from about three months ago," The fem replied with a wide smile.
