They wanted to draw out a ghoul, if any resided here. The purple dragon carried the leg of the member he tortured, he'd give it to any ghoul, and then bargin with them.

[justify][font=arial][color=black]What a perfect place to start their regin of 'justice'. Jasper knew that almost everyone here commited a crime, so finding a criminal would be extremely easy. A npc came by, and asked the 'name and business' question. they gave an alias, and the npc gave their name. The npc was a bit of an idiot, and started to talk about their crimes. Jasper would start up their own molecule manipulation, and harden the npc's blood, causing the criminal to have a heart attack. The cream point carved the word 'kira' into the npc's flank. After that, they took their notebook out and wrote the name of the npc they killed down. after finishing, Jasper would run off, not wanting someone to find them.

[justify][color=black][font=arial]this 'job' had gotten fairly easy. get information about criminals, and show up and kill them. true justice. jasper came across a thief in this group, and lucky them, the npc spoke her name. they wrote down the thief's name. after finishing, they hardened the blood of the npc, causing her to have a heart attack and die. jasper jumped down from their hiding spot, scaring the word kira into her flank. after finishing, they'd run off.

Finding someone who was a criminal in the Ivory Tower was hard. Jasper had to do large amounts of research to find anyone. They eventually did, an npc who was an ex-r*pist. Honestly, what was with the amount of npcs that did shit wrong? They walked up to the border, and gladly, the cat they were looking for came up. They'd do the normal thing. Say they we're joining, give the greeter an alias, kill the criminal by clotting the blood, write the name down in their own notebook, scar the word 'Kira' into them, and leave. And that's what they did. Best leave the members of the Ivory Tower to pick up the small mess they made.

The white cat smiled, his olive eyes shining. "I'm Horribleluck, and I would hope to join the Exiles." He would say, his long tail wrapped around his paws.
