the sound of someone flailing in the water had been brought to albert's attention. he was a laid back guy, so the urgency in his step should have brought the whereabouts of something fishy going on to everyone he passed. "what's going on?" the male's eyes got wide when he noticed odin, and immediately plunged into the water without hesitation. he swam out, his sure footedness coming in handy, for he kept his footing until he came upon Odin, and aimed to grab him by the scruff.

using his heat vision, albert spotted the exact location of dawnpaw, and aimed to slash her shoulder, hopefully distracting her from staticpaw, and giving his friend an idea of where she was.
