You could advertise it in your signature (like you're doing), have your friends advertise it in their siggy and/or profile, adoptions, and spread the news! You could have your friends ask their friends on joining, and such like that. Allowing certain power's and such - also catches other's attention, so that their character can be in the clan. Creating chat thread's also help - with growing closer with each roleplayer; or even adding some ooc laughter! This goes for joining them, as well.

I'm sure there are many possibilities that I am unaware about, but these are just some ideas! Hopefully I have helped in some way possible.[/justify][/fancypost]

There are powers allowed in the clan, it's fantasy based ~^^~ thank you for the ideas! I'll take them into considerations.

you could have mass adoptions, i think that was what noah was suggesting. how those work is that you have a bunch of litters that are pretty much auto-accept, i find that it helps getting the clan out there and stuff. offer stuff like exotic animal species and hprs to get people's attention.

The clans hpr's are all hp's themselves because it's a monarch-based society, and there's princes and princesses and stuff, and I'm holding try-outs for high positions, so I can't really adopt out hprs, but I can adopt out some neat characters. Thank you for the idea!

as for ooc things, perhaps you could use them to buy merits for your character, and the more merits you have for your character, the more respect they get, and they have more of a chance to be promoted later in the roleplay?

I think that exchanging silver for tokens is a good idea, like if you don't want to write out a one shot for a quest.

And we could totally turn this into a video game.

so, one of my clans has currency that can be earned through quest. i this currency, tokens, can be spent in game for protection, accessories, favors from the wishing well, and other merchandise. however, the tokens can also be used to buy things out of game to advance your character in the roleplay, buy extra powers, extra familiars, mini-plots for your characters, things like that, using tokens.
i was planning on making a shop, and i was wondering where it would go. because it's not art or anything, it's like the ff shop, sort of. so yeah, where would this go?
