"I am lets go" Redstripe said standing to lead the way. They all walked to the freshkill pile Redstripe picked a vole "do you want to share?" he asked Rivergaze
Frostheat got a mouse that seemed to be a little plum and started to eat
Dustfur picked out a vole "want to share this with me Flameheart?" he asked with a smile
"S-sure" Flameheart stuttered and started to blush and sat really close to the tom
"Are you okay" Redstipe asked "you seem that somethings bothering you" he said
The two cats shared a nice meal "do you want to take a little walk?" Dustfur asked Flameheart "yeah of course" she replied
Frostheart looked at the two love birds "be careful you two Dustfur take care of my little sister you hear?" frostheart called out
"Don't worry your safe from him as long as your with me you'll be okay" he said smiling and nuzzling her
The two cats went walking out into the woods maybe finding a couple of prey to bring back to camp "H-How long have you known my brother?" Flameheart asked Dustfur looked at her since "we were kits we grew up together until our father attacked him we were only Apprentices when it happened you were just going to become an apprentice and we were going to be warriors but we both ran even though Frostheart was injured bad we still went i helped him patch up his wounds and gave him poppy seed for the pain" he said "oh well thank you for all that Dustfur if it wasn't for you i wouldn't have met my older brother" she said giving him a little lick on the cheek
Dustfur blushed he gave her a lick back Flameheart blushed back "come on lets head back to camp i have to check on some special cats to me" Flameheart said referring to Sandpelt and Riley both cats headed back to camp talking and getting to know each other more
"Anyone want to play?, play fight?" Redstripe asked "hmm i'm willing to play with a mossball" Frostheart replied "Any suggestions Rivergaze?" Redstripe asked
"alright mossball it is. should we go play with Riley and the kits? or just between us?" Redstripe asked
"i don't mind Riley and the kits joining in" Frostheart replied
Both cats padded to the nursery "hello" she said with a smile 'this is Dustfur" she said looking at him "Hi" he said smiling
Riley went up to Dustfur "Hi! I'm Riley" Riley said with a big smile
"Sure! i would love to!" Riley said with a smile
"hello im Frostheart" he introduced him self to Sandpelt and the kits
"can we join?" Dustfur asked "yes of course" Redstripe replied
"Sandpelt is it okay if we take Riley a foot away from the nursery?" Redstripe asked
Redstripe and the other gave a little nod to Sandpelt and said they with be careful with Riley
the cats padded out side of the nursery and started to play mossball
Riley got the mossball and tried to do his special move he's been working on he tossed the mossball up in the air and backflipped passing it back to Rivergaze
Redstripe, Flameheart, and Dustfur were in shock that the kit can land it perfectly
He laughed alright the ball was coming toward him he did the same move kicking with more with is hind legs and kicked it hard towards Dustfur. he wasn't ready and it hit his nose his eyes started to water "owww" he yelped he grabbed his nose in pain "ow ow ow ow" he began to yell "oh my gosh Dustfur I'm so sorry!" Riley said "no no your okay it was my fault for not paying attention where the ball was" he said whincing
"okay" he said with his ears down he felt really bad "I'm just gonna go back to the nursery" he said trying not to sound hurt
"Riley you don't have to leave I'm okay" Dustfur said trying to reassure the kit
"No its alright i feel bad that my siblings have to watch i'm gonna have a game with them" Riley said with a fake smile
"Riley...are you sure? i mean we could ask Sandpelt" Redstripe said
Riley acted like he did know what she was talking about "W-what?" he stuttered "Its fine I'm kinda tired too so I'm okay" he said "ill come play later" he said walking to the nursery
Flsmeheart and Dustfur felt bad for Riley " i know he doesn't feel like he's welcome there with his other siblings they seem like nice kits but i've seen how they treat him when Sandpelts asleep it happened yesterday when he tried playing with them i guess he's just too big for him to be playing with them" Flameheart said with her ears flat
Duster looked at Flameheart then Riley "how old is he?" Dustfur asked "we aren't really sure we assume he's a moon old" Flameheart said "Really? he looks a lot older than 3 months Flameheart" Dustfur said with a worried voice
"he still seems young" Flameheaart said "Well like you said we aren't sure how old he is" Dustfur said
Frostheart felt bad for the young kit "wait Riley?" he said with confusion "he sounds familiar" he said looking back at the forest
"Midstar! you must not remember me I'm Redstripes older brother" he said dipping his head to the leader
Riley lied down and thought to him self for awhile before drifting off to sleep
Redstripe nodded in agreement "he was only an apprentice when he ran away from here because of our father Jagedclaw" he said sitting by his brother
"thank you Midstar its great to be back here in Whisperclan" Frostheart said dipping his head to Midstar
Riley was asleep he was dreaming of some tom that he's seen before when he was abandoned by his mother the tom helped him with food and shelter and protected him when no one was there he took him here where Flameheart found him
"does anyone know what happened to my mother when i left?" Frostheart asked
Flameheart and Redstripe hung their heads then Redstripe said holding back the tears "Um she died from wounds from dad" Redstripe said he didn't want to mention that she just gave birth at that time and died after Flameheart was born
Redstripe couldn't help but let tears fall it was hard talking about his mother its been moons since he last mentioned her
Frostheart went closer to Redstripe "I'm sorry i never should have asked" he said dipping his head
Redstripes crying made him mad thinking of that mouse brain he calls dad "its alright" he said his green eyes where flaring with anger
Frostheart saw the hurt and hate in Redstripes voice "Redstripe are you okay?" he asked
"yes I'm fine" he said in a angry/scary voice he ran toward the forest trying to find his dad to set him straight
Flame heart tried to go after her brother but both Frostheart and Dustfur stopped her "No ill go after him this time we don't know his intentions to Jaggedclaw" Frostheart said he didn't want to use the term dad the tom ran after Redstripe looking for him when he was jumped by a 2 toms and a she cat he yelled for help "Flameheart! Dustfur! Redstripe! Rivergaze!!" he cried as he was tackled to the ground by a tom
Redstripe Flameheart and Dustfur all rushed to help Frostheart the tom whom had tackled frostheart was their father jaggedclaw Redstripe grunted and leaped toward the tom and tackled him "Why! Why! Are you here! I told you to leave and bot bother us!" he yelled at him scratching his belly once
The she cat leaped toward Flameheart who was distracted by the other tom Flameheart tried to get the she cat off her back but couldnt the she cat tackled her and started scratching her belly and face Dustfur attacked the she cat abd started to scratch her Flameheart wasnt doing well but leaped toward the tom that was going toward Frostheart
Jaggedclaw struggled when Redstripe scratched him "Why do you think mouse brain, you brought Frostheart here i want him killed! him and Dustfur are the only ones who have proof that i abused them and killed your mother!" he said growling and pushing Redstripe off "Yea? well he's not the only one idiot i was there too!" Redstripe said leaping on top of him Jaggedclaw scratched Redstripes pelt, face, and belly with anger "then i should have killed you when i had the chance!" Jagged claw yelled kicking Redstripe off of him.. Redstripe lied there in pain and bleeding.. he was still recovering from the last attack and not eating
The tom yelped as Flameheart bit him and sunk her teeth in his neck and her claws were digging into his pelt being the coward the tom was he pushed her off and ran away.. Flame heart lied there next to her brother as she was in pain too but not as bad as Redstripe "come on we gotta get you back to camp Redstripe" she said getting up when she was attacked by the she cat once more the she cat scratched her multiple times before Redstripe got up and was filled with anger and attacked her "Never EVER attack her" he yelled slicing at her pelt the she cat ran in fear Dustfur and Frostheart were doing just fine Flameheart and Redstripe not so good they both collapsed bleeding very bad
