Pebbleear noticed Darkpaw come from the medicine cat den. The tom wanted to hear an update on all the sick cats, so he caught up with the apprentice. "Hello Darkpaw..how are all the cats who have fallen ill?" he waited for his response. and prayed to Starclan for good news.

A moment of silence passed before Pebbleear spoke again "Um..yes I know they are under the weather..but how bad is their condition.." the tom tilted his head and hoped the apprentice would give him a more in depth response. Does he think I'm mouse brained? or just doesn't feel like talking to me

Redfall's amber eyes rested on Lightfeather, who was a short distance away from him. "Bored too?" the tom already knew her answer would most likely be, yes. But he wanted to talk with her to pass the time of 'resting' in the medicine cat den.

"Well, I guess I'll just talk to you the entire time" he smiled. The tip of Redfall's tail moved slightly on the ground. He licked his teeth with his tongue and observed Vixenstar come from her den. "Something seems to be bothering her..maybe the raccoon...or something else"

"Ah...that's good to hear.." Pebbleear said, drifting off as he put his attention of the leader. Surprised she didn't call a meeting, even though it seems she's going to speak. he thought. The tom was expecting a normal meeting, possibly to address the fact that Horzianstar had left to the entire clan. Oh I forgot, a new deputy needs to be chosen.. he thought as Fadedstar spoke. The pupil in his eye constricted as he heard his name from Fadedstar's mouth. Pebbleear was shocked, it took him a few moments before he could put the fatcs together of why the leader called him. She wants me to be deputy? I am starting to doubt Fadedstar is making the right decisions for the clan the tom looked to the ground and avoided eye contact with any other cat. I guess I'll accept, but what about any other cats? I'm one of the weakest warriors..even my mentor told me that before my warrior ceremony... he nervously looked up at Fadedstar, but returned his gaze but down quickly. I have to..I have to accept...who knows how Fadedstar would react if I didn't he took a deep sigh.
Pebbleear stood up and raised his head confidently "I w-will accept" the sound of his words didn't match his brave stance.

"True, she usually always look like she's about to tear your head off" he chuckled a bit nervously, hoping Vixenstar didn't hear that.

OOC: Lightfeather and Redfall were attacked by a raccoon while hunting and were injured. Redfall told Vixenstar about the raccoon and a small meeting was held to aware the clan.

"Yea, Birdpaw here told us to rest up.." the tom slowly stood up, he wanted to face Vixenstar at the same level. "But, I'm willing to go if I'm needed" His amber gaze darted around the camp,"Unless there are any other cats that can serve in my place..." The tom was slightly disappointed an answer wasn't given to him, Vinxenstar had already left to talk with Birdpaw

Pebbleear nodded "Oh..thanks.." he said, his voice sounded stunned and afraid. The tom starred at the young warrior, he couldn't exactly tell what he was feeling. Why did Fadedstar choose me? I hardly know her.. he drifted off into his thoughts instead of continuing to speak with Littleflame. All his focus was currently on his new rank of Deputy.

OOC: Was Tawnypaw talking to Redfall and Lightfeather when "Do you two need anything" ? If so I feel really sorry for not responding.

Redfall chuckled at Lightfeather's awkward movements "Nice underbelly...very fluffy" he smirked and let out another round of laughter as she sneezed.

Owlpaw had fallen asleep in the nest he was placed in. The tom wasn't aware of anything around him.

OOC: He hasn't learned a single thing, he technically isn't truly a medicine cat apprentice yet.

Pebbleear sensed Cremestripes as she approached him. He slowly turn his gaze in her direction. The tom shook his head to clear away his dumbfounded expression. He shifted his paws and sat up straighter "Hello Cremestripes.." he greeted.

"Oh thank you Cremestripes" the tom tilted his head slightly and smiled. "What about Vinepaw? Is she doing better too?" he asked, in a concerned tone.

"Good, good" he meowed. Pebbleear's ears flinched as he heard Cremestripes muffled cough. "Are..you alright?" he could tell the medicine cat was hiding something "Cremestripes..if your hiding something you better not..care for yourself..medicine cats need to stay healthy in order to help to ill.."

Duckpaw had begun to worry about his new mentor, where was she and why hadn't she returned from the moonstone..? Wrenstar had already come back, he wondered what happened to Goldenwing. The tom had leanred form listening to clan gossip that a queen had injured herself. Goldenwing please come back, your needed Duckpaw desperately wished he had begun his training in medicine earlier, then maybe he could help Stormflight. Even if he was now the medicine apprentice, it would be pointless to try and assist the queen. He knew nothing about herbs and their uses.

Redfall noticed Hawkfang and Daisycloud return at separate times. It appears they didn't have any problems with raccoons...doubt any other cat will "Hey Lightfeather, I don't think any more raccoons are going to be a problem...Hawkfang and Dasiycloud returned..nothing bothered them" he brought up the she-cat "But I don't know how far they went into the territory..."

Owlpaw had awoken, but kept his eyes close. The tom felt like this was all he did, sleep and lay there. It's not like the clan cares anyway...I'm just a useless cat..they won't care if I die..my death will only make things easier for them..seems that's how it was in my mother's case.. he curled his tail and grinned his teeth together. Owlpaw felt suddenly felt angry, everything he thought about was affected by his sudden change in emotion. Maybe my mother died because the fox dung medicine cat didn't give her enough herbs..mayne the medicine cat wanted her to die..wouldn't be surprised..
