"And as for the allies, pro clans tend to be more kind, it seems, and not to mention, there are more pro-clans out there. It really is for the benefit of the Union. I want to make sure everyone is protected. The union is a family, and family takes care of each other." He spoke truthfully, and from the heart.

" I want us to stick to tradition, but i don't want us to be murderers on a daily basis. Sticking to tradition shows we're strong, while being aware of what we are doing makes us smart. "So, alliances update; windclan and riddleclan are our allies, and we are currently neutral with Sunclan and The Skulls, so don't touch any of them." He stated, shifting his paws. "Go buck wild on the exiles and the League of Crowns/Anathema though." That seemed about it for their alliances, colouredclan and shadowclan pending.

"Now, on to demotions and promotions," Leo barked after a short pause. "Doodlebob, renard, advancedwarfare, kirkland and firewatcher are demoed to civilians until i see activity again. You'll have to make your way back up the ranks like everyone else. Maizepup is sage now, and Francis is a summoner." He stated the last bit with a smile. He wasn't a fan of demoting others, but hey needed to know activity was important, and since he'd become leader, he hadn't heard squat from any of them.

"Lastly," The male barked, remembering his interview with Francis, and when he'd gone over this. "Our 'weekly' sacrifices will be pushed back to monthly. I don't want The Chaos Union to be seen as cold blooded killers with no rational behind our ways, but i want our enemies to know we are strong. We sacrifice long term prisoners and live prey from now on. I know some of you might think i'm 'converting' us to proclan, but trust me, i'm not. I'm making us smart. At least, that's my goal." He really hoped they understood what he was doing. And it's not like he was saying they worshiped starclan now. i mean, if some of them worshiped the stars, that was not his business. They were free to believe whatever. He waited for questions and congratulations to echo through the camp before he'd say any more.
