[size=8]She wanted to say the same thing, but jazzy beat her to it. Paramedicpaw started down, noting Jazzypaw's technique. "Ayy mate you should have conjured a trampoline," She muttered loudly, although she wasn't picky. Solid ground was welcome in whatever the in between stage was.

[size=8]She looked at Diana with alarm. Paramedicpaw accepted a horrid, horrid fate then and there, and her eyes traveled to John, her pale green gaze a mix of horror and determination for what was to come.

[size=8]"Dare," She choked out without a moment of hesitation before internally cursing herself.
-
[size=8]could you? I won't be able to reply until morning in the central time zone though or I can make it then
-
[size=8]"Talk about it," She mouthed to Jazzypaw after his later reply and shuddered as she looked back to John.

i'm just laughing too hard for the circumstances
Paramedicpaw's jaw dropped at John's words. She cursed herself for putting herself in this situation. She cursed the reincarnated war doctor. She cursed every snicker and word that was passed in her awestruck silence. The apprentice jumped to her feet as the styrofoam cup inched its way closer to her paws. She wanted every atom that composed her body and soul to disconnect- she wanted to cease to exist more in that moment then she ever had before in her life-, and that was the closest the feline could manage without conjuring a saw and dismantling her own body limb by limb. Powerpaw would probably cut off her head if she asked kindly enough. Her heartbeat could be felt pounding through every inch of her seven moon old body. It was almost as if an entire heard of woolly mammoths had awoken in her vital organs, and were now frantically stampeding around as they scoped out the changes of the Earth since the last ice age. Straining her neck, Para stooped down to retrieve the cup filled with ice. The prank Powerpaw had delivered to John went only as fast as John could. Her prank though- it was not up to her pace. Physics reigned over her life, it was in the driver's seat as to how quickly she could return to her spot and curl up and hopefully die after the melting of the ice. Sinking her teeth into the white material with as much force and hatred as she could without ripping it and losing her grip, she walked over to the one who had undoubtedly been screeching as the cup obstructed her view. The ice slid a bit and came into contact with her nose, and a violent shuddered ripped through her nervous system. Man, it was so cold. Already accepting the fact that she was definitely going down, the female decided that she may as well go down in a blaze of glory. She padded over to what she could make out of the figure of Jazzypaw, ready to nail him, guessing that he'd likely make the largest spectacle out of everyone. Returning the cup and its frigid contents to the ground, her pale green gaze flickered up to the tom with a mixture of an apology and numbness in her eyes. "Jazzypaw, I choose you," Paramedicpaw deadpanned after a sigh, her words perfectly fitting in with the theme of Pokemon week. -
[size=8]Paramedicpaw was aware of the cries and ill-intentioned stare and the general aura of hatred radiating from Jazzypaw. It didn't faze her. In a different situation, she would have minded a lot more and apologized and felt bad for an eternity, but not in this case. The apprentice felt as if her soul had left her body and she was nothing more than a walking mistake of a zombified Shadowclan cat. The ice was painfully cold on her tongue, but she was impatiently waiting for it to melt as she stood in such a close proximity to Jazzypaw.

[size=8]Paramedicpaw blinked in relief when the sensation of liquid water found its way onto her tongue. She'd voice her thanks later, saddened once again to not have telepathic abilities like the dragon did. The quicker this was over, the better

[size=8]Trying to capture all of the information Rookfeather was spewing out, Paramedicpaw nodded. The concept seemed simple enough, though the details proved to confuse her. College? Maybe it'd become more clear when the game started to pick of. She agreed with Diana's suggestion, and nodded once again to it.

[size=8]In the lapse of time, Paramedicpaw continued inching along with her descent. She was no more comfortable with the rocks than she had been at the beginning, but was coming down quicker than she had gone up. Standing on the firm cave floor was all she could think of. After a handful of bounds and near-slips, she made a final leap to the ground. Pretending to give the floor a hug, she dramatically muttered, "I missed you," to the cool surface when she was close enough- hopefully- for no one around her to catch. Then she stood up and stretched before padding over to the snack table. Para figured she deserved something for the spider web of trouble she'd caught herself up in.

[size=8]"Ayy," Paramedicpaw started, dragging the word out as she approached her clanmates. Noting the makeshift fire pit, the female cocked her head, curious. Her gaze then traveled to the frying pan, something used traditionally by humans for preparing food. They were cooking, then? "What are you guys trying to cook?" Inquired the apprentice, hoping her deductions were correct.
-
[size=8]"Got it, Aiko," Paramedicpaw assured as she marched over. The clan was certainly a vast one, and she was meeting new faces all the time. She'd never actually interacted with Wikipedia up until now, so the change of his moniker wasn't an adjustment to her in the slightest. Aiko. Repeating the name a few times in her head, her head bobbed. She liked the way it sounded.

[size=8]The scenery was lush and a palette of every green imaginable, displaying the effect that summer had caused on the Shadowclan territory beyond the fence of the amusement park. Paramedicpaw wandered between the trees without much of a goal or destination. Maybe she could hunt or catch up with some of her clanmates. They always seemed to be doing something interesting, no matter the time of day or circumstances. Despite her thoughts, she couldn't bring herself to veer from the straight line she'd been traveling. Solitude could be addictive sometimes. A sudden thirst came over her dry throat, and she shifted, picking up her pace and heading in the direction of the river. Para hadn't been far off from the water, could hear the swiftly moving water in addition to the swaying leaves. Slowing down and looking at her fragmented reflection in the current, she lowered her head to take a few drinks.
-
[size=8]Paramedicpaw tipped her head to look at John as he approached. "Hello, John," She responded with an equally kind tone. She'd never been on a blind date before and her roleplayer was museless. Admittedly, she wasn't too sure how this would go. "How have you been?" The apprentice questioned curiously.
-
[size=8]Paramedicpaw had been bustling about the area aimlessly while the sun warmed her fur. She halted when Jazzypaw came into view, studying the situation before deciding what course of action to take. Her fellow apprentice seemed relaxed and at ease in his solitude, save for the beetle crawling past his face. Maybe I should leave him be The feline reasoned before becoming more curious. Padding closer, she took a seat and curled her tail around a set of ivory paws. Para slouched over to get a better view of the bug instead of offering a greeting, almost sure that Jazzy wouldn't miss her entrance.

[size=8]Scenting a mix of pungent marigold and blood, Paramedicpaw trotted over to its source with morbid curiosity. Upon seeing an injured Diana attempting to patch herself up, the apprentice decided that assistance was needed, and that she should be the one to offer it. "How'd that happen?" She hadn't attended the clanwide sparring and hadn't heard any news from it through the grapevine. "Want any help?" Delivering her second question, she waved a snow-colored paw in the direction of the cobwebs. Despite her name, Paramedicpaw wasn't too knowledgeable or helpful in the medical aspects of the world. A far cry from an EMT, without a single doubt. Not even an EMT-Basic.
-
[size=8]Paramedicpaw sprinted as fast as she could, while simultaneously trying to keep track of everyone. Diana was near the trees, and everyone else was just scrambling in whatever direction pleased them. A bit concerned for the klutzy Jazzypaw, she pounded in attempts to stay on his heels, maybe even tap him with a paw that stretched out as she started each new running cycle. Maybe she could get her fellow apprentice stationary for a bit- keep his faceplanting on her watch to a minimum.
