Life had been a meaningless blur for Daimao up until that point, but then again as a weanling that was somewhat to be expected. His eyes and ears had been closed up until a short while ago, and after that their mothers den had been their home. As a weanling though, everything was different. His mother was a clan leader and was very busy, as was his father, and so he and his siblings were left to get to know their clanmates on their own. This wasn't too much of a proble for Dai seeing as his wasn't exactly a withdrawn personality. No, he wasn't over-bubbly or super into conversations, but he would speak if spoken to and had no problem raising his own voice in order to get answers.
And right now, he would love some answers.
He knew who he was and who his parents were. Knew what his place was in this world. What he didn't know where the name's of the many people passing by him, or anything about the land they lived in or the world around them. Were there other kids to play with? Warriors that could teach him to be as strong as his parents? Red eyes would watch his surroundings with great interest, watching the doorways his clanmates dissapeared through and adiring the birds that they shared the treetops with. Finally, when the youths patience for simply watching came to an end Dai would make his way over an open area and sit himself down. "Meet and greet!" the child would mewl, sounding confident despite his inexperience.
