'I can hear MossPaw.... Great StarClan, if I feel this way, how is SilverKit?' Pine thought. The tom's paw shifted, and his tail flicked up and down in attempt to get back on his feet. 'I'm conscious, definitely... I should be able to get up by now...' His eyes opened slowly, but his legs didn't budge. "That furball is safe, is she?" he asked, his voice slightly scratchy.

"I think so.. A fall can't be that serious, right?" Pine answered, slowly rising to his paws. As soon as his left front paw hit the ground, a jet of pain shot up through his leg. The tom winced and gritted his teeth as he spread out his body for support. "I'll get back to the cave.. My left front paw really hurts," he whistled through his teeth. He limped to the safety of the cave awkwardly and flopped on the ground, already drained of his energy.

"A-alright.. Thanks," Pine whispered, forcing a small smile. "Do you know where the medicine cat is? Hopefully they'll help."

"Okay then.. Thanks MossPaw, I think I can get to the nest myself now," Pine meowed weakly. He staggered to his nest and toppled onto it like a newborn kit. "I didn't know that, Horizon," he told the she cat holding the herbs. "But that's a cool talent.. And, who died?" he asked, tilting his head to the side.

"Oh.... That.. That's pretty depressing," he remarked with a sigh. 'The day could've gone well..' Pine thought, staring at his paws and slowly drifting off to sleep. He occasionally glanced at either of the she cats, and soon felt his eyes closing bit by bit. "Thanks, both of you," he yawned with a smile. "Is it safe to walk again, Horizon?" he asked.

(And then--time skip!!)

Pine awoke with a drawn out yawn and a quick glance at his paw. Feeling too lazy to test it, he stayed put in his nest and rested his head on his right front leg. "Thanks for the checkup, Horizon," he called to the she cat with a smile.

Pine glanced at SilverKit, raising an eyebrow. Once he sensed her guilt and that she was actually sorry, his gaze softened and he grinned at her. "That's okay. But you learned your lesson, right?" he asked, nuzzling the kit with his nose.

Pine stifled a giggle as the kit called him "Sir," yet he took pride and told her,"That's good. And, yeah, I agree with the 'listening to the older cats' part. A lot."

Pine nodded and smiled again before testing his injured paw. He stood on his hind legs clumsily and toppled over right after his unhurt paw hit the ground. "Okay, the hard part.." he muttered, trying to stand on three of his paws and failing a few times. He carefully set his left paw down, then winced slightly. He sat down on his nest and was on the verge of sleeping again.

The tom smiled at SilverKit and nodded in agreement. "True.. Well, see you later," he told her, yawning and waving his tail as if saying goodbye.

OOC: Oh! Just Another Shout In The Void, DireWolf said they'll be inactive for a while.

OOC: He's 6 moons old. :)

Pine slowly woke up from his nap, his ears twitching at the sound of the two cats talking. He noticed their expressions, and couldn't help but ask about their conversation. "What's going on?" he meowed, still half asleep.

Pine tried as hard as he could to keep from bursting out into wild laughter. "B-BlackRose," he started with a snort, "We're not in this clan. We're in NightClan, remember?"

"Sounds good, it might work--as long as it doesn't take too long to form. No one wants to spend until sun-high to make a formation!" Pine said as the laugh turned into short giggles.

OOC: Not much is going on. BlackRose and Pine were asking about MossPaw's and BrackenPaw's conversation. Then SilverKit came looking for Horizon. Once she found her, they went swimming together.

OOC: Oh. Okay. :)

OOC: Not yet.

OOC: Recap, please?

OOC: Time to go skydiving into the RP! Whee!!

IC: Pine blinked, envying the others as they enjoyed themselves. 'I should test my paw now. I can't sit around like crow food hidden under rocks!' He took a deep breath and stood on three paws, gasping as he tilted over multiple times. Once he was stable, he put his paw on the ground and closed his eyes, waiting for the pain to start. To his surprise, it didn't feel like anything had happened in the first place. "Finally!!" he yelled triumphantly--and much louder than he wanted it to be.
