[ ic: Nasus had taken his place on the balcony once more, his eyes dim as he examined the desert beyond the walls. He supposed it was high time that he got this meeting out of the way, considering that they were supposed to be weekly and he hadn't had one in a bit longer than seven days. No matter - it wasn't his fault that his RPer sucked majour butts. "Gather!" He barked.
"It's high time that we start to venture further than the walls. Our names must be known, written in history forever. I want raids, skirmishes, territories stolen, etc. Do it in the name of the Loa - make them proud of the Horde once more, for they feed on such energy. Strike fear into their hearts, my comrades, and ensure that we are remembered for many years to come.
"Betelgeuse has stepped down, and thus a new War Chief is needed for the Horde. I have thought on the choices laid out before me - of which I was in short supply, for one of such positions must have especially proven themselves to me - and have come to a decision. I have chosen Nivata to take on the title of War Chief, and I do so hope that she does not disappoint. You all will show her respect, and it is highly recommended that you attend her ceremony when Shax and I have it prepared.
Speaking of Shax, it has come to my attention that, when given her position as Shaman once more, it left a void place in who our Witch Doctor was. That being said, I would like to announce that Shax will be turning to the Loa in order to seek visage of her successor. I would keep that in mind in the coming days, comrades."
Nasus paused for a moment, supposing that the others would need time to process what he had said upon gathering. "Do not forget that Halloween is coming soon. Not only that, but with All Hallows Eve, as it is called outside of our walls, is the Festival of the Dead. Such a tradition will be respected, as it is a time to celebrate the lives of our fallen.
"Because of this, and in accordance with the mundane holiday of Halloween, there will be a celebration. Starting on All Hallows Eve, there will be a number of events in which you can earn badges. The main event will be a costume party held in the market area, and the three best costumes will earn a seperate badge from the party's own. There will also be a haunted maze within the tunnels - but do not worry for the security of the pyramid, for these are tunnels specifically dug to lead away from our home. Our safety is in no risk, and a badge is offered to those who make it out without assistance. Ghost stories will be told at the oasis and special sacrifices will be made as well. Each will gain a badge as well.
"Our allies will be attending, which means that you are all to act with dignity. There will be no shaming of the Horde during this event, for it is a time of celebration and remembrance."
