Starr was feeling particularly excitable today and it seemed as though there was nobody around to help sate that sentiment. Perched on one of the mattresses in one of the several log cabins, the cub was anxiously flicking his tail and counting dust motes in his time of boredom. It was times like these when he wondered where his littermates were. Was Blindingcub practicing his teleportation powers? What were Bastillecub and Littlepaw up to? It was high time he acquired some company, so instead of moping around all day, the nephilim lion hopped off the two-leg bed and headed out the hardly-functioning cabin door.

What was he supposed to do once he found the three of them? He was just a cub, he wasn't able to do much. Looking around the camp, though, an idea sparked in his mind. What about a party? Starr had never been to a party before, but he'd heard about them. Maybe he could make his own?

His brain went into overdrive as he started collecting what he figured would be at parties: in about an hour he managed to collect some shells[?] and smooth rocks on the beach, found some old party streamers in one of the supply cabins, collected (more like stole) a few pieces of prey from the fresh-kill pile, and even happened upon an old camper's vest that he figured could be used for something... maybe a game? Starr hadn't though that far, but once he put everything in its place, the cub bounded over to the center of camp and cried out, "Who wants to go to a party?" He didn't know what he was doing, but surely the minuscule event could provide some fun for he and his brother, sister, and friend, right?[/fancypost]

Defiant yowls were what woke him from his dispassionate rest, startling crystal eyes blinking sleep away as they came into focus. What was going on? The cub hopped up immediately and darted out of the makeshift den.

The sight before him was shattering. Foreign faces and hounds and some strange, massive reptilian creature he'd never even heard of before let alone seen, all of them, threatening his clan. His family. Blindingcub and Bastillecub and Bittersweet flashed before him in his mind before he found them in the crowd of bewildered SunClanners. "Mom!" Starr galloped over on quick paws, heart pounding heavy in his chest as his icy gaze surveyed the throng of creatures, looking to be on the brink of a war. Something deep inside the nephilim feline was screeching bloody murder in the face of this takeover, something powerful and angelic, something he couldn't put a paw on. What was going on, anyway? Vanillastar was stone and everyone else seemed worthless to do anything about it!
