She scoffed, rolling her pale optics in the process as she trained them on him again. "You're climbing up the wrong tree there Hadrian." She spat out his name, face having transformed from worried about this situation getting out of hand, to being the one wanting to kick his ass. The jaguar felt her claws digging into the ground and her ears flattened against her head, "If my beloved is jealous, then I should assume that I'd be insane." And she was, Hadrian had though Catalyst was the overly jealous one in the relationship, well he hadn't seen the way she would glare at other women if they even glanced towards the regal canine's way. It was true, they weren't exactly the same species and not particularly made for each other, but they fit well like a puzzle piece and that's all that mattered to her. His jealousy and her own would be dealt at in a later time.

Currently, her full attention was on Hadrian, her ears having now stood up as her snarl relaxed into an emotionless mask. But the anger still stormed within her green depths, he had stirred the pot that was Catalyst and Vera's relationship. She had choose not to acknowledge all of his words, seeing as she was still fuming over his words from earlier. Her emotions were becoming a little feral currently and her senses sharpened, she could feel the anger rolling off of Alexis.

Before that, she had been trying to face her fears of the ocean. It seemed ridiculous that she feared the large body of water when she lived fifteen feet away from it. Each day she did that, walked into the water till it reached a part of her legs, it wasn't till her discomfort grew to fear that she would leap out and abandon her attempt that day. But she had made it up to her chest for the first time in a long time, and she was feeling quite nausea until she heard the screaming of the sunguard. She hadn't recognized it, no, not at first. But she could recognize the pain and anguish that was in such a mournful scream, fear gripped her as she thought the worst.

Despite there not being a dead clanmate or a mauling, her heart still broke at the scene of Hunter on the ground and Gameboy trying to help him. Vera hadn't even bothered to take in her surroundings, with the scent of iron strong in the air, she could tell things were broken and blood had been drawn.

"Gameboy, do you need help." She said softly, coming closer as pain dripped through her voice. Watching this hurt her, but not as bad as Hunter was hurting. She could never understand his pain.
