    like what if once every couple of months they held a huge event for like allies and stuff, and it was like the casino was still running. So there would be entertainment and gambling (like for food and stuff) and all that kinds of stuff?

    [b][color=#889999]A QUICK OVERVIEW The Badlands is a new and AntiClan group which resides in an abandoned hotel/casino on the outskirts of Vegas. We use a combination of hotel and casino rank names and hold a variety of traditions, which can be found on the following post.

    The Badlands reside in the abandoned Stardust Hotel-Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. It can be found on the edge of the desert, off the Colorado River. It was beginning to The lights on the exterior of the building and the large sign do not work. The casino itself is a single story, while the hotel is three. Acting as a bridge between the two is a large dining area and a swimming area.


    There are two penthouse suites: One on the third and one on the second. The penthouse suites contains king size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a Jacuzzi tub, and a master bathroom. Both also have a balcony, glass doors leading out to them, and double doors to enter the room. The third floor suite is Room 93, which is a significant number in the Badlands.


    Due to the lack of certain power in the hotel, none of the room doors lock and therefore no keycards are needed to get into any portions of the structure. Each resident room is equipped with two queen size beds, a nightstand with a lamp, small TV, other furniture, a desk, and a standard bathroom. They also have one large, central window which come with adjustable blinds and curtains.


    The pool area is mostly indoors, and is accessible to the right of the casino's entrance through a glass door. There is a locker/dressing room area, where members may opt to keep small possessions such as jewelry when swimming. The lockers are organized by rank and the higher ones can be accessed by a step ladder. There are ninety-nine lockers: thirty-three lockers take up a row and each row has three family lockers that can be claimed if a) no lockers available, or b) a few members desire to share. There are three rows with the normal members taking the bottom, the semi-high positions taking the middle, and the high positions taking the top. It is set up in that manner for organizational purposes. It is a major milestone upon joining to claim a locker, as is selecting a room.


    The pool itself starts at two feet and, at 3.5ft, ducks under a large glass wall panel to the outside of the hotel, where it drops to 5ft. Members are encouraged to keep it clean to best of their abilities to improve usage and enjoyment. To the left of the pool is a fenced-off hot tub, which is only allowed to be used by high positions; to the right is a children's pool with a depth of three feet. All pools can be entered and exited through both ladders and stairs. At night, there are lights which turn on in the pools and hot tub for better visibility.


    The casino is your typical, standard, Vegas casino. It has tens of hundreds of slot machines, as well as craps tables and poker tables. Minors and below, including pregnant females, are not permitted in the casino unless accompanied by a Gambler or above. Attached to the casino is a dining area, which includes a fully stocked bar. Members may volunteer to work the bar during large events if the Bartenders do not wish to. There is a buffet table, which is normally not in use, and the kitchen is out of service. The dining room is lit primarily by natural lighting and has small to large seating options.

    [color=#889999]Prized Possession Gambling Night in which Gamblers+ gather up their prized possessions to gamble off. Minors and below are encouraged to watch and contribute to the Possession Pile.
    [color=#889999]Colors Night every full moon at midnight, smoke bombs of every color of the rainbow are set off from the top of the building. A dance is held beneath the smoke.
    [color=#889999]Alliance Initiation to kick off the beginning of a new alliance, it is customary to have an alliance litter, dual alliance from either Clan, or a joint raid.
    [color=#889999]Biweekly Raids every other week on a Friday, there are raids with a close ally on a common enemy.
    [color=#889999]Mating Seasons once a season, there is a mass adoption. This is to bring in new members and to make it easier to keep track of when such thing will take place.
    [color=#889999]Family Pampering when a female announces a pregnancy, they are moved to their own suite on the top floor where they are constantly looked after. Little ones are celebrated and sent to school to learn how to gamble.
    [color=#889999]Fertility Dance to celebrate existing couples and the possibly of new ones, allies are invited to a themed dance.
    [color=#889999]School for Minors all Minors may opt to take part in school, held in the casino lobby. They are taught how to gamble, marry couples, or heal members and take care of the Mothers.
