June sighs. She didn't move for a long moment. "Harlan?" She said softly. She needed to tell him the truth.

"I didn't mean to snap. Its just when I was a girl, I was made to watch as they killed a slave. They enjected him with poison. They said it was a meaningful death but it was murder. They didn't even give him the chance to fight for his life. Ever since, I have feated a needle. I refuse to die in that way and so does my sister." June tells him softly. The moment she realized she had told him of his sister, she swore. How could she? No one knew of her sister. It wasn't even in her file!

June didn't say anything for a long time. Finally, she sighs. "I won't deny it. Yes, I have a sister. But I won't tell you anymore. "She said, her words softly. She pressed her hand to her side then lifted it to look. She was still bleeding badly. She gulps in fear. She had lost a lot of blood.

My character, a young female human named Alice, has just moved into the supernatural town of Hartford. Unknown to her, but she faces a great danger. The prince vampire, your character, has 'connected' to her. This is when a vampire finds their mate. But Alice has anything but love for the young prince. She is struggling to get over the recent lose of her mother and father, and is focusing on school work and getting her life straight. And, she doesn't believe in the supernatural. So, its up to you; will your character kidnap the young human and force her to fulfill the destiny laid out by the ways of the vampire world, to have his children and then became a vampire herself? Or will he let her go and live the life she desires and longs for?
I have a few things I would like from you. First, please be active. Second, please be somewhat advanced. Three or four sentences per post. Third, your character is a prince. He isn't going to be shy and timid. Also, he has to be between a year and 3 years older than Alice. Other than that, have fun! But keep in mind this is a love story!

I think I have an idea. So Harlan comes back MAD one night and takes it out on June. June in turn tries to run away but he catches her right before she gets past the gate. He finds himself even more mad and realizes the reason he's so mad is because he doesn't want to lose her

June looked like she couldn't believe what she heard. Wordlessly, she goes over to the bed and sits beside him. She gazes at the ground, unable to meet his gaze

June held as still as she could. She honestly did. But the longer it took, the more pain she felt. Finally, she couldn't take it. She gave him a gentle warning growl before trying to sit up and get away from him

It had been two weeks since June had been hurt. Despite her protest, Harlan had made her stay in the room even though he had been letting her out. It had been nearly two months since he had bought her, and they had a routine by now.

The first thing Harlan did whenever he came back from a place was let June off her chain. So when she heard him opening up the door, she jumped up, eageres to be allowed to walk around

June couldn't understand why Harlan was acting the way he was or what he was talking about. When he nipped her, she yelped. That wasn't him. Moving her head away from his, she looks at him. "What are you talking about? "She asked, her voice a bit shaken. She had never seen someone change so fast. She had seen Harlan mad plenty of times before but him attacking her for it was unheard of. And it made her shake

June couldn't stop herself from whimpering. "I-I never said anything about it!" She tells him. She could tell this was going to end badly, no matter what she said. Yes, she did lash out a lot, but only once outside the room. And that time there hadn't been anyone around! She didn't have a clue how anyone knew.

Gulping back her fear, she slowly tried to get out of Harlan's grasp withouthim knowing. She didn't know what she would do, but she couldn't stand there defenseless

"I don't know! "June cries. She felt his fangs at her neck and something in her snapped. Her eyes darken to wolf yellow. She brought her knees to her chest and kicked Harlan's in his, sending him off of her. She jumped to her feet and glares at him. She was ready to fight.

"I don't know how they know Harlan but I haven't said a word of it. No one would believe the word of a slave anyway. But I will not let you hurt me for no reason." She tells him in a low growl. She sensed she had gone too far but she didn't care. She had never allowed anyone to treat her like and she couldn't let him start. But what she wasn't counting on was for her side starting to burn. She had torn it.

June closed her eyes againstthe pain. She knew her fight was over. She was at his mercy. Whether it be good or bad

I have two ideas.

Idea 1
After June tries to get away, Harlan goes to her first owner and buys her little sister to use against June.

Idea 2
Harlan makes June preform at a party to humiliate her but she stuns everyone with what she sings

June felt several different emotions hit her at once. This was her chance to escape. But she hated to leave Harlan in the state he was in. Despite everything, he had truly been kind to her. But she was still a slave.

Sighing, June turned away from him. "It doesn't matter. "She said softly. She glanced over at him. "I'm sorry. ' Then she took off. Shifting into a werewolf, she jumped over the railing and dowm five stories.

June landed with a groan. That had hurt her worse than she thought it would. Standing, she shifted into a wolf and ran for the gate. That was her way to freedom.

It was a cloudy cool day in fall. Alicewas at the park, sitting at one of the old run down pinic tables. She was hunched over a notebook, writing about her dreams. Taking a moment's rest, she tucked the hair behind her ear. She sighs and sat up. She closed her eyes as a gentle breeze blew. She smiled to herself. There was still some joy in her messed up life.
