[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]A magical girl. That was what she was. Plain and simple; fighting evil, right? Haha, if only it were that easy. If only being a magical girl was being a hometown hero, protecting the ones you loved all for the best cause. It would never be a good thing, would it? No matter how hard you try, in the end all magical girls are doomed.
And so that was how things were. The cream point stepped forward onto the border with a warm smile. The curvaceous girl seated herself as she awaited for someone to discover her. "Hello? My name is Mami Tomoe and I'm here to join HawkClan." she called out.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]A witch? My, Mami was no witch. That was for certain. She slayed witches, the "evil-doers" of an abstract realm which tied its way into the mortal world. Witches looked nothing like she did, at least not the ones that Mami knew of.
"Thank you, Des." she spoke in a sweet tone as she then surveyed her surroundings while others gathered. "It's a pleasure to meet you Meenah, Cytus." And while it was all a pleasure indeed, she knew well that she walked alone. She was alone, that was true. The solitary, veteran magical girl with a kind heart.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Mami didn't exactly prefer the mass amount of summer insects herself. June bugs were okay, but... mosquitoes were a whole different story. Nobody likes mosquitoes. Unless you are one, of course.
The cream-furred magical girl approached Sayaka with a pleasant smile. "Hello." She knew almost right away this was a fellow magical girl. Instinct, she supposed, but also a peculiar string of fate seemed to cling to them. ...Perhaps she was reading too far into her assumptions.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]More magical girls. Of course, it was just a hunch, but their auras were unique. They weren't completely...mortal, so to speak. But anyways, there was another one of them. The Veteran trotted over with a smile upon her maw. "Yes, who might you be?" she asked in a much gentler tone than Kazuya.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Kyoko Sakura. So that was her name. Oddly familiar, to some extent. Huh. She was hotheaded and brash, however also seemingly cunning and sharp. An interesting one, surely. "Welcome back to HawkClan then," the Veteran spoke, "I am Mami Tomoe. Delighted to meet you," she offers the girl a smile, though slightly narrowed her amber eyes. Not in aggression, but to gesture towards a single thought: You're one of us, aren't you?

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Mami never found herself in complete tranquility. While she attempted relaxation, all that lingered in her mind was that there could be a witch lingering nearby. She now shared this territory with two other magical girls, but she still had to keep her guard up. She wouldn't allow anyone to get hurt. She didn't want anyone to be wounded anymore.
But it wasn't like Mami spent her entire time hunting for witches and familiars. She had other things to do, just as any ordinary being. And at times she would find herself in a state of peace. Perhaps this would be another of those times. The cream point strolled amongst the vibrant, green grass as a smile allowed to slip across her maw. It was not just for the sake of happiness, however. She saw someone who seemed to be enjoying themselves just as much, if not perhaps more. "Hello, Eisuke." the magical girl greeted them.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Meetings were always fun, as long as you had a good amount of friends or relatives. That's what Mami thought, and that's what Mami would probably never truly know of. She hadn't any friends, nor was any of her family alive and around. That was just how it was, and she was fine with that. That was why she chose to be a magical girl. The femme nodded in understanding towards Prism. "Congratulations," she called with a petite grin.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Mami Tomoe is a Veteran magical girl with all of the powers. She's mature and composed, and while she typically isolates herself she is kind toward those who approach her. Arguably one of the most wisest magical girls next to Homura. She fights for her own sense of justice for the people and her fellow magical girls.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Eisuke was lucky. All ordinary beings were lucky. They did not share the same inevitable fate that all magical girls possessed. One day, she would die. One day, she would become a witch. But Mami was okay with this; she knew it was going to happen. She exchanged her life to become an entity so surreal to society. She would continue on like she had been for a long, long time.
Mami sensed Eisuke's uneasiness and widened her amber eyes at that, though relaxed herself with a smile once more. Some people were just like that, weren't they? "No; I was just passing through," she explained with a slight nod as she continued to pad forth until she was next to the Shakai. The cream femme crouched down next to them and focused her gaze on the blue sky that shimmered inbetween the branches. "How are you fairing today?" she then asked.
[color=transparent]COLOR: fde322 -
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Mami had no time to sleep. She had things to do, things to watch for. Nightmares could be lurking, couldn't they? Witches too. Therefore she had no time for rest, and that was fine, really.
The creamy femme trotted along the dry territory until she caught a glimpse of something peculiar. Was that...someone? The Veteran inched closer with a concerned expression. "Who are..." Mami was about to ask until she finally recognized the scent. Ah. "Eisuke?" she murmured, "Are you alright?"
[color=transparent]COLOR: fde322 -
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 500px][justify]Mami was similar to Eisuke in some ways, too kind for her own good. Too accepting for her own good. Too lonely for her own good. She had many faults, and yet, there were those who looked up to her. In the end, all magical were foolish, but Mami was special in her own way.
"I'm glad that's so," she commented with a giggle as she then completely sat herself down. "I'm doing quite well too. I enjoy the company of the HawkClanners, and I've even found some of those whose arrival shocked me," Of course, she was referring to Kyoko and Sayaka. She knew right away they were all the same, no doubt about it. But still, something wasn't completely right with how she felt towards them... Odd as it was, Mami simply shrugged it off for the time being. Now wasn't the time to be thinking of others when she had Eisuke in front of her. "Funny though how despite it all I've yet to make any friends." Her gaze then moved straight towards Eisuke, locking gazes with the Shakai. Her gaze was soft and kind, though shrouded a peculiar mysterious vibe that vaguely hinted at the secrets she kept. "Thank you for asking."
