Rubypetal and Woodclaw's eyes met.They both felt in love for the first time.

"H-hi." Rubypetal said."Hello." Woodclaw replied.They smiled and stared.

Foxstar crouched down and smiled "Did I scared you?" I didn't mean to." She giggled.

Woodclaw and Rubypetal shook their heads."Well,I'm going hunting." Woodclaw said.They both walked away in different directions.

Foxstar giggled."You are one brave kitten.You'll be a great warrior one day." She smiled.

Rubypetal went hunting and didn't follow Woodclaw.She muttered "He looks so...so.....awesome!" A wolf pounced on her and she screamed.

"Good." Burnstar got a mouse and swallowed it in one gulp.

Woodclaw heard screaming and ignored it.Then he drank some water and remembered the scream."Rubypetal!" He yelped.He ran towards the noise.

Rubypetal kept kicking the wolves face but it wouldn't run.

Woodclaw pounced on the fox,freeing Rubypetal.

Rubypetal panted.

Woodclaw and Rubypetal went back to camp together.Rubypetal thought that some cats in the clan would think they're mates.
