    Appearing in a bright flash, it was clear to Fifly that Wingspan could not take on a bear by herself. While the bear was distracted by his starry presence, he would attempt to physically nudge Wingspan to move. "You have to run! Go!" He still had the same authority in his voice as when he was a high position, for it never really left him, being a leader. Being Wingspan's mate, he still wanted what was best for her. He wouldn't let her die a premature death by a measly bear.

    If only he had a physical body, than he could fight off the bear for her. But he didn't want to come back yet, it was something forbidden. Of course, everyone knew that anything that was forbidden was also tempting, so it was up to Wingspan's fighting abilities for now. He wouldn't leave StarClan unless it was necessary. For there were stories being told already, stories about how Wingstar's peaceful reign brought harmony and tranquility to the Clans. Maybe that wouldn't just be a rumor one day, if she could stay alive.

    [size=8]
    Except, it was suddenly eeriely silent after a loud, crunching noise could be heard. A white rhino stood in between Wingspan's body and the bear, and there was blood on his blunt horn. As the bear had tried to bite Wingspan, Fireflyspark came in and smashed his horn against the bear's muzzle, causing it to break.

    The bear roared in agony seconds later and rose back on his hind paws, clearly going for the kill by coming down with all his weight onto the rhino. However, before he could smash down, Fifly charged forward and shattered several ribs in the bear's chest. Thrown back, its heavy body would thump heavily on the ground a few meters away.
    Now clearly defeated, it would limp away in pain.

    "Wingspan! Are you alright?" Shifting back into his snowshoe body, he would sprint over to his mate and attempt to shake her gently with his paws.

    > Hope it's okay if I role-played the bear x3

    [size=8]
    "Where are the bad men, I'll fight them for you," the snowshoe huffed as he arrived, his head slightly tilted down in respect for the fallen warriors. It was a gruesome sight, but it was too late to hide it from the kit now. Perhaps they sacrificed their life for the kid, having him carry on their legacy.

    "Your parents are dead, they can't wake up anymore. But they're spirits now, they'll always watch over you and protect you," Fireflyspark explained with a firm, yet gentle voice. He would protect and fight for the kit in his parent's place.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "There's no need to hide the truth. Kits have a right to know that death exists, and there are cruel acts in the world," Fireflyspark responded calmly and without hesitance. It was immoral to lie, even if for a good reason. Animals couldn't live without heads.

    "This kit was found here with the two decapitated bodies, and he's saying that they're his mom and dad. He also hinted that there were enemies here who killed his parents, so keep a close eye out for any loners or rogues," Fifly suggested, although it sounded more like an order. Even if he was only a warrior now, his leadership skills haven't left him.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    Blinking in contained, mild surprise, Fireflyspark responded, "Who are you? Are you here to fight WindClan?" Shifting his position to stand in front of the group with a protective, guarded stance, he would wait for an answer. Yellow fire circled his paws, controlling his elemental powers with ease. He had eternity to practice in Starclan, although he had never used them on a physical being before.

    "I suggest you leave if you're here to cause trouble," he stated calmly, his ice blue gaze not leaving the unfamiliar animal now. Fifly was still reluctant to fight, even as he saw the animal's display of power. Why? For he still saw the wounded, lonely kit in spite of the danger.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "Hello, name and business?" Fifly inquired as he padded over, eyeing the calico with curiosity. There was something familiar about him, although he couldn't place his paw on what that was. Maybe it was just his imagination, for he had met many animals of all shapes and kind in his previous life.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "And lion against tiger," he responded with coolness in his voice as he jumped back to avoid the claws, controlling the wind to blow him back further in case the claws came closer than he expected. As he was in the air as he leaped back, white fur and rainbow stripes would cover his pelt in a fraction of a second, then he grew larger until he was of the same size with the lion beast.

    Now, he was a rainbow tiger with sharp, curved sabertooth fangs. It was only fair to have equal size as well so that he would not be one-sidedly overpowered.

    Racing to the side in order to shoot lightning bolts towards Mephisto, he would call out, "If you are in the way, I cannot guarantee your safety." It was not safe for others to get in the way of this deadly, elemental battle.

    [size=8]
    "I didn't choose this form, although I can admit that it wasn't the first thing on my mind when I was allowed to fight alongside with this body," Fifly agreed with a small chuckle. He hadn't realized that until now, how strange the world was these days.

    "We don't have to fight, just go back peacefully," he insisted.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "It's nice to meet you again, Beartooth. I'm Fireflyspark," the former leader recounted the previous apprentice with fondness. He had always been brimming with new ideas and concepts, Westeros was lucky for sure to have him serving them.

    "Polarispride is here now." Taking a couple steps back, he would be ready to leave in case they wanted some privacy.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "I don't mind if it's boring, as long as it works," Fifly said aloud to himself as the lion teleported away. To him, a boring battle was better than a long, senseless one. But, fighting the demon would indeed be interesting some other day. He would stick around and help with the injured afterwards.

    "Are you alright?" he asked Polarispride, hoping that the vice-leader wasn't in some sort of shock.

    Tapping his paw softly as he recounted the story, the snowshoe responded with a small, wry smile. "Wingspan was getting into her usual near-death experience, so I jumped in to save her. I think I'll stay this time though, just to help out with the territory change and moving." He didn't want his mate to die a premature death, and speaking of premature deaths. . .

    "I haven't seen Fourfears face to face in StarClan, but I have heard from other animals who saw him that he is up there. I can't guarantee that they saw him for sure, but with his heroic and righteous life, it would be difficult to imagine him being anywhere else other than StarClan. I'm sorry for your loss, although I am proud of how much you have grown."

    He never really left WindClan, as he was constantly watching them when he was up in StarClan. Sure, there was no physical pain or aging in StarClan, but it pained him to see WindClan's members being captured or dying during times of war. Yet, it was necessary.

    "I know that we're moving somewhere else, but after the moor regrows, is there a chance of us returning? The long system of caves have kept us safe for many moons, and the moor has always been our typical territory. Our ancestors have adapted through many generations to survive on the moors, and now that we're moving to a forest, there's going to have to be new training sessions devoted to tree climbing to learn how to hunt squirrels. As soon as we settle, it's going to be essential not to let one's guard down, as it is easy to when we're all exhausted after a long move. Patrols should be sent out daily to mark our new territory, make sure that we're not living unaware right next to a den of loners. Of course, these are only suggestions," he waved his noncommittally. Surely, she already knew these things.

    "It'd be great to set up a training system more devoted and active for kits and apprentices. They don't have any real motivation, perhaps after learning a certain skill set such as hunting, they could receive a badge for that rewarded by their mentors. There should be a closer bond between mentors and apprentices, and you should make sure that each apprentice has a mentor so that they receive a proper education. There are still some mentorless apprentices running around, you should send out the message that having a mentor is a good thing as they can be a guide through life and a source of encouragement. Probro was the best mentor I could have possibly ever had. He was like a father figure to me, and he made apprenticeship fun and something I actually wanted to do, not something I dreaded to do. WindClan should have more warriors like that who are uplifting and enthusiastic.

    I also noticed a lack of meetings and events in WindClan. Meetings are what a Clan always looks forward to, gathering around and listening to weekly news. A healthy, active Clan should at least have one meeting per week. Promote any welcoming, active newcomers so that you reward them for being active. It gets disappointing after a while if they don't get promoted and their efforts are not seen, so you should be sure to acknowledge the individuals so that they feel like they're noticed. New members should always get the attention. If they're not active, simply demote them. They can always re-earn their position once they're active again."

    A lack of meetings in general was what he felt like was bringing WindClan's current mood and activity levels down. Animals had nothing to look forward to, and a meeting always kept them on their toes at the prospect of being promoted.

    "A Clan is like a kit. You have to constantly feed it, nurture it, motivate it. Kits are often bored easily, and they like having a job to do. Kits like being rewarded as soon as they do something good because it shows that they are doing something right."

    [size=8]
    "I missed you too, Wingspan," he answered, returning her fond licks with a few of his own. "I'll be staying until you recover, maybe even longer. I'm bored of StarClan, it's much more fun and exhilarating to be down here with WindClan."

    Fifly also wanted to spend more time with Wingspan, which he never really had the chance to do when he was leader. Now that he had no responsibilities except that of a warriors, he had much more time on his paws.

    "Let's go back to camp. Do you need a Medic to give you a check-up?"

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "Okay," he agreed with a nod of his head. "Well that's easy then, just marigold and cobwebs." Fifly had been well educated as an apprentice, also having knowledge of several useful herbs. It wasn't hard to memorize a few to treat warriors in battle.

    Not far, there was a patch of marigold basking in the sun. Nipping one off, Fifly would chew it into a pulp and take it out before attempting to apply it onto Wingspan's pelt. "This might sting," he warned beforehand, also having a pawful of cobwebs by the side.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    There were so many people talking, all having different perspectives of this event. One saw the dragon flying in the sky successfully, the other thought that she would injure herself, and the rest were just watching. "We're watching Lilystar," Fifly explained to Rhys as he arrived with a small frown. It must be quite pressuring to have so many animals around watching, although maybe not since it was something leaders were somewhat used to.

    "Why don't you try doing exercises and warm-ups first instead of trying to fly on your first attempt? If you can strengthen the wing muscles and get used to the feel of waving it up and down, it can perhaps make it easier for you to fly when you actually try next time," Fifly gave some helpful advice.

    A lot of animals saw birds flying in their lifetime and thought it was easy, but after trying to copy them, almost a majority of them would find it difficult. It was only easy to them because they had been practicing and flying the majority of their lives, their forepaws were their wings, and their bodies were built for that. However, cats on the other hand, most of their wings sprouted from their back in between the shoulder blades. It would be difficult trying to move them because muscles existed where they didn't before, it was a sudden, drastic change.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "I'll carry you on my back. Hop on," Fifly offered Sharkkit as he stood by the kitten, crouching down so that he could get a ride. He was just about to leave, so it was a good thing that Dandelion rushed over so that he knew where the kitten was.

    [size=8]
    Finding the gruesome sight, Fireflyspark would shift the earth around her lifeless body so that the ground holding her body was lowered. Thus, an dirt grave was built, ready to have earth poured over her body to close the space.

    "May you find your way to StarClan," he stated respectfully, not knowing the warrior's name. Glancing briefly over the five letters so that he knew what they were, he would put a small rock on them to anchor them to the ground so that the wind wouldn't blow them away. After all, it was her final messages to her friends and family.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "What happened?" Fifly asked with a small frown as he came over, wondering what could've gotten the kits so agitated. Did something happen to Rhys? Glancing over to the Medic Intern, the snowshoe analyzed him. There was a new eyepatch in place of the bandage, and he sensed something different about Rhys even though it was an unexplainable feeling. He gazed at the tom as if he would start providing answers to their questions.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify]

    [size=8]
    "Or you could try starting some easy training early such as learning the hunting position or basic fighting moves," Fireflyspark suggested with a small shrug, unsure about what kits liked to do these days. He had always found parties and bonfires to be quite bland, and Spin the Bottle was inappropriate, setting up two animals to kiss each other. They only did that for fun, not for love. To him, it seemed barbaric.
