Well, maybe if she made some friends, they would be able to make her laugh like this little dinosaur. At her next question, Arcanum paused for a moment to think. She really didn't know where the border was, and that was a problem. Actually, it was more than a problem. If she didn't know how to take Polaroid home, then what use would she be? Well, maybe she could protect her. Although it made her sick to think about it, she knew there were individuals out there who would hurt the little child. So yes, that's what she would do. Protect her until she could get Polaroid home. "Well, no." She began. "But, I can definitely help you find it." She would quickly add. It probably wouldn't take too long, and she probably wouldn't be too missed while she was gone. Besides, this was an important cause.

The t-red blinked her eyes open slowly, and for a moment forget where she was. Then, as her eyes fixed on Isabel, it all started to come back to her. The female's face twisted with anger, and she let out a low growl. She had let her guard down, and look what had happened. As the scent of Westeros flooded all around her, she realized she had no idea where she was. This wasn't The Exiles, their main enemy, so where was it? Well, it wasn't like she could just ask about it and expect them to answer her questions. Arcanum wasn't going to just sit there and do nothing however, so she rolled to the side in order to get up. Although she had no hopes of defeating the whole clan, maybe she would be able to fight off a member or two and run.

The female pushed through a few bushes, trying to be at least a little bit quiet, though when she saw the other dinosaur, she paused. Arcanum kind of just stood there, staring. It was another real, live, breathing dinosaur. She had seen only two others, and only met one, but standing in front of her was a third dinosaur. He wasn't a t-rex like her, but something, although what did it matter? She had grown up in Sylvanclan, surrounded by only cats and the ocassional dog or dragon, and hadn't met any other dinosaurs until recently. She had always longed to meet more of her kind, and here was another one, right there on the border. She suddenly realized she had just been standing there, staring and silent, and quickly cleared her throat. "Your name, and reason for being here?" She would ask. Although this guy was another dinosaur, that didn't mean he wasn't hostile, or from some enemy clan she didn't know about.

Now had sent them that? Ah, there was a note. She leaned her head down just a bit so she could see it, and once she finished reading, she lifted it back up. A gift baset from The Exiles? Really? As she listened to the others' chatter, the t-rex silently agreed with them. She wasn't gonna touch that, no way. And was the note really true, or was it simply to sow dissension among them? The latter of the two seemed more logical to the female, as that was just like The Exiles to do something like that. And anyways, they weren't allowed to just go and kill Exilers, were they? She was pretty sure not, or else she probably would have paid them a little visit. So, Arcanum turned away from the basket with a slight sniff. She had already decided that the note was a fake, as she couldn't really imagine any of the Sylvanclanners to go that directly against Willowstar's word.

She gave a slight nod as he spoke. A deputy? He was pretty high up there in the ranks. At least, she thought so, though she didn't know the ranking system of this Knights of Eden. "As I don't believe you've officially crossed the border, it's fine. Arcanum, of Sylvanclan." She would say.

And besides, it he was leading the patrol, right? As she walked, the female tried to move quietly. Ehh, she had never really been all that great at hunting, being so large and all. She had a tendancy to scare away all the prey before she even found any, and not being able to catch much but the large things. If she even tried to catch a mouse, it would just end up crunched and squashed inside of her jaws. She assumed it was the same for Frostbite, being such a large creature as well. Maybe they would run into some deer or something.
