Oof! That really hurt you big ball of fur!" She exclaimed. She really wasn't hurt but it had startled her. What were you after, a mouse or a squirrel? She decided to change the subject so he would know she wasn't holding a grudge against him.

I don't really have a specific human." She told Koga. I actually sometimes live in the forest, but the humans have so much nicer food. It wasn't likely that many kittypets new her because she spent such a great deal of time in the woods near the twoleg dens.

Feeling less self-conscious Lonefire sat down on his haunches and got more comfortable. "Oh, I really haven't done much today I did a little solo hunting and caught a rabbit. It was a good chase and I shared it with the elders it was so big." He told the two listening cats. He was enjoying himself with the chattering and the relaxation something he hadn't been able to do for a while.

"oh, it's so nice." She said glad to have an interested audience for once it seemed like everyone these days new about the forest and what it was like. "I was born there actually, but when I was younger humans caught me and ever since then I kind of like going back and forth between the two. You can catch your prey if you want and if you don't you can go to one of the dens and they give you food." She said excitedly as if sharing a secret that she couldn't help but share.

Just as she was about to make her leap her tail brushed the forest floor, alerting the mouse to her presence. She cursed herself softly. If I had had real training I would have caught that mouse in a heartbeat. She thought to herself silently and went off in search of a new place to find prey.

She thought she heard him mutter something to himself, but she was so caught up in her excitement that she completely missed what he had said. "It tastes a lot better." She said catching that part of what he said. "Maybe next time I go hunting I'll bring you something back." She offered. This was her first time in front of another cat let alone a tom. She felt like she had been prattling on for ages and quickly shut her mouth.

Of course she couldn't help but notice the smile. I mean to break it all down he was a handsome tom and he seemed nice enough. He was actually interested in what she had to say. He didn't make fun of her like other cats did. "So I was rambling on sorry, thank you for understanding" She laughed and more of her nervousness vanished. "If you would like I could show you the forest maybe you could meet other cats. I could show you around." She thought maybe he would like that offer since he hadn't been out of his neighborhood that often.

"Ok we could go to the woods that are near the twoleg dens," She was all excited at this adventure and wanted to show her new friend the land that she so loved to explore.

Leev a female calico is joining the thread

Leev walked into the room and was struck by the amount cats that were milling around the room. as she looked over she saw a dejected she-cat walking out. She was wondering if she should leave to when some cats started approaching her.

So which one would be the lucky cat She wondered. The four toms looked positively crazy at trying to get at her like they hadn't seen another she-cat in moons. She waited to see which one would get to her first. "Hi, Guys." She said coyly. Watching there reaction.

Leev giggled to herself this is funny to watch, I wonder which one it will be. The toms were fighting for her this never happened. SHe licked her calico pelt smoothing it down and smiled attractively at the fighting toms.

"Oh, I live around here. I just wander I have no connections so I just live wherever I want to at the moment." Brutus said. "What about you?" He was curious he hadn't met any other cat lately.

Leev noticed the handsome tom that had come out on top. He will do just fine. She thought to herself. "Lead the way." She purred to him softly.

"Brutus Maximus, at your service Madam." He said while puffing out his chest. "What brings a fine lady like you out on a day like today?" He asked.

Leev followed Carbon into the room. And waited to see what Carbon's next move would be. It was all up to him.

"Hey were are you going?" Nightchime yelled after him. "I didn't even learn your name." She scrambled to her feet and scampered after him. "I could do with a bit of hunting myself" She said sniffing the breeze for any promising scent.

"Um, that why were called loners. We go were we please. And not where some clan cat tells us to go." He told them feeling like he was stating the obvious, but than again he was.
