Riptide flinched at her mom's harsh words, though they weren't directed at her. This wasn't how she knew Harmony; these murders must have really driven her up the wall. "I- I understand, Mom..." She said in a small voice.

"Hey, I'm Riptide." the bold cat introduced herself. She politely dipped her head to her mom, also.
-
Riptide could do a thread with him, if you want. Friends, maybe?
-
Monsters, could u make the thread with Riptide?
-
Thanks for making the thread, but I will have to reply later as I have things to do.

Riptide
She's a slender, rather small four month old savannah cat. Don't let her size fool you though; she can trash talk like nobody's business. Usually, she's only kind to people she likes. And her mom, Harmony. She's lived in the Mansion all her life, living the spoiled life of the Regent's daughter.
Sorry there wasn't much, but I'm still developing her character. I only adopted her yesterday. So, Storm could just be visiting the Mansion temporarily... an open thread might be better for his arrival, though.

"Yes, ma'am." Riptide said, sounding slightly sarcastic.
-
You should probably make a new one.

Riptide was sitting just outside the Mansion, under an overhang that kept her relatively dry. The slim savannah cat was examining her reflection in a puddle, just wondering how she would look with blue eyes, and bam!, she had them. "Weird..." Gimme a blue pelt, she thought; she was now a blue savannah cat with blue eyes. She doubted that even her mother would recognize her.
"Um... Does anyone know what's going on here?" Riptide asked, not talking to anyone in particular.
-
"Yeah, Mom?" Riptide asked sarcastically, coming to sit at the foot of the throne. Her pelt and eyes were still a bright shade of cobalt, so she doubted that Harmony would recognize her.
-
"I, uh, don't know what that means, but thanks!" Riptide acknowledged.
-
"I think so..." Riptide replied. She looked down at her fur, which had turned bright red for a moment, before flashing back to blue.
-
Walking up, Riptide regarded Stone. Her eyes narrowed, she observed him carefully, greeting him with a simple "Hey." Hmm... pretty good-looking.
-
"Hey, Mom. What'd the rabbit do to you?" Riptide questioned sarcastically. Like her mother, she was small for her age, making it hard for her to be noticed. Her rude mouth took care of that, though. Also, her pelt was a bright shade of cobalt, so she wasn't even sure that Harmony would recognize her.
-
Riptide frowned slightly at the male. "It's quite rude to stare, you know."
-
"Hmmph." Riptide said coldly, and turned away.Silver's mention of the gardens brought them to mind; she really should get outside more often.
OOC Also, right now her pelt is bright blue

After collecting herself, Riptide was ready for another attempt at making conversation. "So, um, I guess Jasper's gonna show you around..." Nope. Still super awkward. "Uh, Jasper, I could show him around, if you like. You've probably got more important things to do."
-
"If you're done with it, can I have the rest?" Riptide asked, gesturing towards the scraps of hare.
// super rushed, sorry
-
"Thanks, Mom. I accept the position." Riptide said. It was one of the few times in her life when there wasn't a sarcastic tone to her voice.
