"Ok." She replied, nodding. But then something caught her eye. A glint in the dirt. It shone silver. She ran over to it, and starting digging at it.
"Hey, come look!" She shouted.

A rouge cat, Eclipse, lurked in the shadows. She hissed and watched the newborn kit.

"Don't call me a flea-brain!" Darkfeather said. "You are so immature using kit phrases. Fleabrain! What next, dungball?" .

Tulipflower was still grump, swishing her tail angrily. She glared at Iceleaf, then reluctantly pinned a passing mouse down. It struggled and squirmed in her paws. She looked it deep in the eyes. It seemed to be saying
"Let me go! Please!" She sighed and let the mouse go. It squeaked franticly and scurried off, turning to look back at Tulipflower. Tulipflower sat down and looked at the sky.

Brighteyes looked at the two mates and sighed. She was so lonely! She padded of to find a mouse.

" I think I should look after you," He mewed.

"Not really." She said. She sighed and looked up at the sky. "I better get going, the elders said it was going to rain within the hour. Wanna come and shelter?" She said.
