[omg your muse is so beautiful]
Sadly, Inuyasha also had to deal with the heat that came with Riverclan. He would honestly rather deal with the weather here than he had to deal with the weather that was in Windclan. It was ironic that the hybrid had originally resided in Windclan for a good amount of time. Inuyasha never considered the fact that he was actually a real member at the time, as he was only using the place for a shelter and trying to find demons. Other than that, Windclan had been nothing to him. Everyone there had been extreme asses, and it was all that the large male could do to avoid them at all costs. It was fairly hard for someone like him to do that though, as he was always the one to approach others without hesitation. The male didn't like the open plains of Windclan though. He had been born arond the thick forests of the feudal era of Japan, and so he wanted to find a place just like this. he could lay up in the trees, and he didn't feel as exposed. yes, it meant that it would be easier for creatures to try and sneak up to him, but he wasn't about to be outsmarted like that. He mostly had some of his powers turned on, such as super senses, and then his great sense of smell kept him out of danger as well. Sometimes he had the powers on, but sometimes he relaxed a little bit too much, which wasn't a lot, and they turned themselves off too. Since he had left the plains though, he almost felt more at home. Not like he would ever have a home though. He was completely utterly alone, and there was nothing that could happen that would change that. He believed that he would end up living till he died in battle, and even there, no one would care if he was severely injured in the first place. No one would mourn for his death. He would just be forgotten so easily, and Inuyasha had come to terms with this. He wasn't going to try and change it, as he was tired of being stabbed in the back countless number of times. Chess wasn't the only one that had to deal with the heat though. Inuyasha was indeed a hybrid, part dragon but also part dog. What others didn't know though was that underneath is fur, was a fairly thick hide that protected him from most attacks on top of the kimono that he wore across his body. The thick skin that he had made it hard for him to regulate heat all that much. But it also meant that it was hard for harsh elements to be able to get through to him and sink through his skin to get to his inner workings. So, being in a blizzard never really had an effect on him, as his thick double layered fur coat helped with that at the same time. So, he occasoinally had to cool off from time to time, whether it was producing his own water with a flick of a claw, or just taking a small dip in the river. It made no difference to him, but he wasn't going to completely wash himself either. He wasn't extremely hygienic, and just took a couple dips in the water, especially if he was trying to get a stench off of him as well.
The half-demon also had to worry about a buildup of dry blood that wasn't uncommon. If there was dried up blood on his pelt, that meant flies would soon find their way toward him, and those stupid insects were a nuisance that he never wanted to have to deal with. The feeling of his own blood sticking to his body was enough to make him want to go take a dip in the river, but so far he had yet to be officially crippled by any of the wounds he had gotten since the time he had been unsealed from that stupid tree. His vibrant gold gaze looked down at his side, and he grabbed hold of the sheathed katana that he always carried with him no matter where he went. The demonic blade was completely useless in its current state, but if he was going up against a demon, then it could transform itself into a massive sword. He was still getting the hang of using it though, as sometimes it seemed to work with him, but other times it never really worked out all that much. It was frustration because his father had left his sword to him after he had died a long time ago, and he still couldn't figure that damn thing out. Inuyasha put the sheathe through a small area on his kimono where it was able to hold the sword. Then he unfurled his wings a little bit, and flapped them once to get more water out of the feathers. Too drenched feathers meant that he wouldn't be able to fly, which would be a problem if he had to get somewhere fast. Then the wind changed direction, and his entire body stiffened. His nose scrunched up in distaste for the scent that now filled his nose. His gold orbs raised themselves and turned to look to the right of him. There was the black wolf from earlier. He didn't know the other males name, and honestly didn't care either. He recognized the other scent like it was nothing. There was one creature that he remembered in Windclan that he absolutely despised more than anything. The domestic cat had the smell of wolf, and he didn't remember her name, but she always thought that she was able to win against him in a fight, and he always tried to kill her, but there was always someone there that would end up stopping him. He lashed his tail behind him, and wondered what the male was doing. They weren't that far away from each other, probably at least a good couple feet. His white dragon claws flexed into the ground. Even though the other had expressed fear when he had talked to him last time, that didn't mean the other couldn't be plotting something against him. Wolves weren't to be trusted, that was as much as he taught himself from when he was a lot younger. Had the other been keeping tabs on him? Or had the other been waiting for a moment trying to steal his sword away from him? Ha! Tough luck if he was trying to do that because the sword didn't work for mortals, but they were able to steal it unlike demons were anyway. Was the other challenging him? Or was the other just blatantly ignoring him? Either way, Inuyasha didn't approve of any of it. "Oi wolf pup. Stinking up the river with your stench?" Inuyasha decided to leave with an insult. A small smirk spread across his jaws as he sat himself down where he was standing. He wasn't going to move any closer unless the other started to really irritate him. Inuyasha wasn't good when it came to reading others emotions, and when he did, he never took them into consideration for what he said to them.
