I haven't been too happy lately. I've been piled up with so many things to do and I've been exhausted for the past few days with hard depression, though I know tomorrow my brain will hit a switch and I'll be perfectly fine and even cheerful for the next three days. This is very stressful and frustrating--that my moods switch like this. I don't think this is puberty because I'm at the age when puberty was finished about four - five years ago, and this has been happening for almost all of my life. My friends always want me to do a lot of fun things with them, and I have to say 'no' because I have too much work to do for finals, my physically strenuous hobby, and my bad moods. I want to finish my Tribe thread but I've had no muse or time for it, and I'm still depressed. I don't like to talk about my emotions a lot like this, I usually bottle them up, and I'm only doing this because no one in my family and friends really has time for me anymore other then when we hang out or I/they visit. My fiancee is currently in Germany for business and he has no phone service for the time being (the Jugendherberge, or hostel, he's in needs to get their Internet fixed or something).
I've been looking online, and I think I may have Bipolar Disorder. I know it's not right to simply match up symptoms, but I plan to discuss this with my therapist. If any of you have advice, please, tell me.

It's not mood swings, I'm affected physically as well. I'll have no motivation every few days or so, but then a week later, I'm loving the world we live in. Sometimes I'm so tired I can't move, and other times I could hike the APT. I know the difference between that and mood swings.

@♈Magician s Valkyria★❤♬ school- I have, but they rarely work. I did purchase a nature sounds album on iTunes, and I'll try that next.
@anna ♥ [depressed]- I did. She diagnosed me with Bipolar Disorder, but it'll take a month or so to confirm and get medication for it, if in case I don't.
