"Playing games, are we?" Wasptail asked, grinning. She darted after Birchstar, her fur being pushed back by force. She didn't know why they were doing this cat vs. mouse thing, but it was a fun game. She could see Birchstar's golden pelt in the morning light and picked up speed. Wasptail was a few whiskers away from his tailm, and playfully she tackled him.

Wasptail laughed, but then noticed something; they were in a familiar spot. "I think we ran all the way to camp." She wasn't too worried, and she nuzzled Birchstar's forhead. "Tonight, we do the same thing." Wasptail stood up and flicked her tail for Birchstar to d othe same. "Sucks that I have to organize patrols, but it's for the clan. I'll see you later," she told him, licking his ear and then turning to pad away.

Okay. How come no one else is joining? Over 200 views and nothing. People, there is still room for more cats! (@ Lion King: There is room, right?)
-
(OOC - Why?)
Wasptail padded towards te Highledge. Cats were already waking up, but none of them seemed to know the events that took place last night. She yowled to wake up the rest of the cats and started to shout out names of cats that would go on different patrols. In all this, Wasptail wore a smile o her face and she kept thinking about how handsome and wonderful Birchstar was. -
Wasptail nodded, trying not to show the happiness she was feeling with being with Birchstar, even if it was only for a second. She padded away and found a tom warrior with his apprentice. She told them to join her on border patrol. The young apprentice was talking to her about being an awesome fisher, but Wasptail was day dreaming about Birchstar. After the apprentice was finished, Wasptail snapped out of it and realized that letting her thoughts wander would not get the border job done properly. she shook her head and led the two other cats into the forest.
(OOC - The warrior and apprentice are just random cats with no importance.)
-
(OOC - So what'll happen now? You know, to move the plot forward?)
It was sunhigh when Wasptail, the tom and his apprentice returned to camp. The border patrol had been successful, though there was a small fox den that might cause the clan trouble. Wasptail decided not to worry about that yet and took a juicy mouse from the fresh kill pile. She looked around the camp, but it seemed that Birchstar hadn't returned yet. Wasptail ate her mouse in silence. -
Direkit saw that Bramblekit looked a bit offended when Owlkit denied the fresh kill she brought. "It's okay. He wasn' trying to be mean, and he'll get himself some food, I guess. You can have that piece of fresh kill." Direkit looked at her mouse for a second before devouring it. "The mouse is delicious!," Direkit said, happily thinking about catching fresh kill. Maybe she'd learn on her own someday.

(OOC - I will most likely be VERY inactive until September 26th. I will reply now and then I will hope to have time to come on in the days to come.)
Wasptail was still a bit hungry, and she didn't want to be rude by saying that she already ate, so she took half of the fresh kill and licked Birchstar's ear. "I see hunting went well," she told him.
(OOC - Goodbye :() -
(OOC - YAYAYAY! I'M BACK! I might not be able to come on as much, though. Anyways, I'll continue where Birchstar "nuzzled teh sparrow to her"
Recap: Wasptail and Birchstar fell in love, they came back to camp, they slept in the woods together, then they woke up, went to camp, went hunting, came back to camp and now it's the events after that. Rippedsoul meowed for cats to join his patrol and Wasptail asked Birchstar if he wants to join him.)
Wasptail ate her share of the sparrow and then stretched her limbs before standing up straight. She smiled at Birchstar, but suddenly a shiver crept down her spine. For a moment, Wasptail thought that she could see fire all around her, but the second passed and she was staring into Birchstar's eyes while the camp looked intact. Wasptail resisted her body's plea to run away and somehow hide from that vision. Instead, she heard a cat meow for someone to tag along with him to hunt. "You wanna join that cat?" she asked Birchstar. She already went hunting, but she figured that it could keep her from being distracted from that horrid vision. What did it mean?

I'm ba-ack! I might not be as active as I was before, but I will be enough.
So is there anything that I missed? I mean, besides a few more people joining Eclipsclan (hi!). -
(OOC - Will Goldenkit find them?)
Direkit thought about it, and then asked, "Should we walk around the forest? We can go on not-dangerous adventures." Direkit didn't want any accidents to have fun sneaking around while at the same time having no one get hurt. -
Stormstride smiled. "Alright. So I figured that to begin your training, we're going to take a tour around the camp and then the entire territory. I'll tell you about important things and then we might have time for some battle training at the end of the day." Stormstride couldn't wait to train Nimbuspaw to be the best warrior she could be.
(OOC - The "Gravelstar is needed" part is not needed anymore) -
Stormstride motioned for Nimbuspaw to follow him as he started off with the nursery. "This is where the queens have their kits. Once the kits don't need their mother as much as they did when they were really young, the queen will go back to her duties." Stormstride then pointed to the warriors den. "Warriors sleep there. You'll be seeing me slip in and out of that den every day and night." He continued from the medecine cat den ("medecine cats can't have mates) to the leader's den ("lucky leader has a den of her own") and finally the elder's den ("sadly for you, apprentices are the ones to tend to their ticks and other stuff"). Stormstride made sure that the new apprentice was listening. Finally, he came to a stop. "So before we travel through the territory, do you remember everything I just told you? It's important to know where everything is for a variety of reasons."
-
Thank you! It's touching to know that I was missed! *cries happy tears*
So, ya, I have to go off now, but I'll be on later in the afternoon (I'll just post in the rps I have to post in right now). -
(OOC - I left a recap in my last post...)
Wasptail straightened herself and licked her paws quickly before walking over to Rippedsoul with Birchstar. She could feel her body wanting sleep, from both the hunt earlier and from the vision of fire. "I'm getting a bit tired so let's make this unt as quick as possible." Wasptail hoped that a fire wouldn't come in and destroy teh camp while she hunted; she didn't know if she could outrun the flames. -
Stormstride looked aroudn and sniffed the air, trying to think about the best place to start the territory tour, though everywhere pretty much looked the same. "Just follow me," he whispered gently into Nimbuspaw's ear. Stormstride flicked his tail in the direction they were going in and started the tour.
(OOC - So, when does Nimbuspaw's story start to unravel?) -
(OOC - I think the Swiftglide prophecies should stop coming for now.)
Wasptail sniffed the air, eventually coming across the scent of a vole in a tree. Wasptail figured she could manage the climb, so she started to climb up the tree. The vole was in sight, but Wasptail's grip was loosening. She was just able to jump onto a branch before she felt her body collapse from exhaustion. Wasptail clung to the branch, and a short while later climbed back down the tree to the safety of the ground below. "I have to go back and rest," Wasptail told herself. Before she could take another pawstep forward, flames began to dance around in her head again. Make it stop. I need my energy and don't need it to be wasted on being frightened.
(OOC - So when will the fire start raging through the camp? Will there be a storm to cause it?) -
Direkit leaped onto her paws, tail twiching from excitement. It was time to go out for another adventure. "Hopefully, we won't get hurt. Now let's go," she meowed, darting for the entrance of the cave and then stopping, turning her head. "Come on!"

Username: Vetrazex
Name: HunterpawAge: 11-moons old
Rank: Apprentice
Appearance:

Personality: Hunterpaw is a very solemn cat. He learns very quickly and enjoys his apprentice training. Though mostly kind-hearted, Hunterpaw can become a vicious and merciless cat when angered. hunterpaw is a very loyal and trustworthy friend and can be considered one of the most skilled apprentices in DawnClan due to his determination and eagerness to learn.
History: Hunterpaw was born to a proud mother and father, along with 1 other kit named Direkit. Unfortunately for him and the clan, Direkit ran away and no one had found her, and Hunterpaw's parents were both killed when they were ganged up by foxes. Hunterpaw vowed to become a great warrior so he could claw the ears off of any animal that tries to hurt the clan or the ones he loves.
RP Example:
Don’t even think for a second that you can escape me, a young tom-cat with dark tabby fur and piercing yellow eyes said to the squirrel that was trapped under his strong paws. The squirrel squirmed and tried to get free, but Hunterpaw swiftly bit its neck., killing the first piece of fresh kill that he had found on the morning hunting patrol. Satisfied with his kill, Hunterpaw clamped it in his young, powerful jaws and padded a few mouse-lengths to where his mentor sat. Through the furry animal he asked, “So what do you think of my kill?” Hunterpaw hoped that she, too, would think that the way he sprinted after that squirrel and caught it in 3 seconds was outstanding.Other: Who can be Hunterpaw's mentor?

Wait, I don't understand the post. Who's my mentor? Whitesoul or Swiftglide?
