Cynderstripe purred as well. Would you like to learn about the medicines I use in here? She asked.

Lionfox tried to take her own mind off the recent death she heard while she worked on Kilo's leg.
-
Fudge let out a yelp of surprise when he got pinned by his son. He was not expecting that at all.
-
Liona didn't care if Logan was going to hear her as she broke down crying.
-
Then listen well, youngster. Cynderstripe said. Borage leaves: To be chewed and eaten. The plant can be distinguished by its small blue or pink star-shaped flowers and hairy leaves. Great for nursing queens as it helps increase their supply of milk. Also brings down fever. Burdock root: A tall stemmed, sharp smelling thistle with dark leaves. A medicine cat must dig up the roots, wash off the dirt, and chew them into a pulp, which can be applied to rat bites. Cures infection. Catmint: A delicious smelling, leafy plant that's hard to find in the wild; often found growing in Twoleg gardens. The best remedy for greencough. Chervil: A sweet smelling plant with large, spreading, fernlike leaves and small white flowers. The juice of the leaves can be used for infected wounds, anchewi the roots help bellyache. Cobwebs: Spiderwebs can be found all over the forest; be careful not to bring along the spider when you take the web! Medicine cats wrap it around an injury to soak up the blood asleep the wound clean. Stops bleeding. Coltsfoot: A flowering plant, a bit like a dandelion, with yellow or white flowers. The leaves can be chewed into a pulp, which is eaten to help shortness of breath.

Fudge stood back up and gave a light chuckle. Heh. Yeah, you got me. But now it's time to get some sleep.
-
Who in StarClan is Keen, Slate? Lionfox asked through the mind jump.
-
Liona continued to ignore Logan's presence. The only dog that was able to calm her down was the love of her life, Kracker.
-
Cynderstripe admired the way Vulpskit was paying attention to what she was saying. If Whisperstar allows it, I can take this youngster under my wing and teach her the ways of a medicine cat. She thought as she continued to tell each and every remedy and poison a medicine cat should know by heart.
-
Fudge watched the two go, and waited outside the den for his mate, once again.
-
Really now.? Oh, and don't be so surprised that you can hear my voice in your head. It's one of my abilities. The mind jump.
-
Ooc: Cynderstripe is teaching Vulpskit about the ways of a medicine cat, and Featherwhisker is dealing with Shamepaw.
-
Fudge followed in after her, settling down beside her.
-
Care to clarify that for me!?
-
Cynderstripe noticed the look Vulpskit was giving to the deathberries, and completely understood it. At least you're smart enough to not bother with those berries ever again. She stated.
-
Fudge woke up and chuckled in embarrassment. Heh. Sorry. He moved his tail away from Darksky's nose.
-
That's, her choice! What if she doesn't want to leave the forest that has accepted her!? Lionfox's tries of keeping her temper down was getting weaker and weaker as she reached the borderline of fuming, and lashing out claws and teeth.
-
Cynderstripe answered calmly. Knowing that deathberries are very poisonous, especially to kits and elders, we hardly ever use them. You can poison basically any animal. You can give these to an adder, when you have the berries stuffed into a piece of fresh kill, and they'll die due to the poison.

Lionfox was quick to finish with Kilo's leg before she stomped off muttering. I'll be right back, I need to claw something to vent out my current rage. She said, going to the upstairs area of her hut to go outside.
-
That's If Jayfeather will allow Oakpaw to leave the medicine den. Fudge mumbled.
