" now go to bed and i will take you to the river as soon as you wake up." she said in a kind sweet voice. " it's either then or never." shadowpaw heard the voice and walked close enough to the entrance to see who it was. " go away!" she said to the stranger.

she sank back into the shadows, going back to the kit. she watched her for a few minutes and then she layed down next to the kit and fell asleep.

shadowpaw was padding through the woods when she scented another cat. she clawed up a tree and jumped from tree to tree heading to the cat. when she got there, she watched closly and quietly in a tree.
