Hail is accepted, but I ain't fully comfy of deer part of clan. however, being an character itself I wouldn't mind. In all sense, the clan wouldn't really kick him out. (he's an deer! what prey is he going to steal?) So hail, Jonathon can hang out, or other character talk to him. But most of the time not really consider, or part of the clan action. (though I can image hail talk to him, or some plot events might ask of his aid)
