[[ okay so i cant wait anymore so im going to start noodle's main story arc
the post is slightly based off of this song ]]
It was dusk, the night sky quickly growing as Noodle lay in her den. Another nightmare about Russel dying. The cheetah decided she wouldn't call for anyone no more, as she hated large crowds when she was having those panic attacks. Her tail lashed back and forth as she quickly woke up, heaving. Her paws slid over to her storybook charm, and she calmed down. No, Noodle. Everything's okay. You got Storypaw, and Del, and all of the other WindClanners that had her back.
Maybe she should take a walk to calm herself down.
She slowly made herself to her paws, and made her way from her den, traveling into the territory. Her small paws crunched the leaves that were left there over the years, the cold hair gently ruffling her fur as she went. This seemed okay, this was fine. She eventually found herself near the gorge, the steep cliff making fun of her and telling her to jump off. No, Noodle wasn't dumb. She wouldn't do it. The sky and area almost seemed silent, nothing but the gentle sounds of breezes and prey scuttling around. It seemed as if nothing would dare come and interrupt the silence.
Crunch. Never mind.
Noodle tensed, her fur slowly rising along her spine. Who was that? That had to be someone. Loner scent quickly bathed her tongue, and Noodle flipped around as a shape grew in the shadows, quickly materializing into a wolf. The same wolf that tortured her when she was tiny, was Beowolf was around and even before Storypaw joined the clan. It came back. To kill Noodle.
It couldn't be a member of the loner group, Black Cloud, could it? Oh no, Noodle remembered them when she was extremely tiny. Stupid bloke pirates.
The wolf then lunged, wrapping jaws around Noodle's neck. The female thrashed, and lifted a paw to slam it into the wolf's head. The creature yelped, let go, and went staggering backwards as Noodle snarled and streaked forward to claw at it again. But the wolf was too fast.
It grabbed Noodle by the ear and flung her aside, her ear ripping from her head and her body flipping over in the gravely dirt. It had begun to rain, and the dirt was beginning to turn into mud. he slippery substance stuck to Noodle's belly, and blood oozed from the now ripped off ear. Noodle disregarded the pain, and lunged again, ebony claws digging into the loner's flesh. Satisfaction welled in her body as the wolf shrieked, and Noodle swiftly climbed on top of the grey wolf and continued to rip fur and pieces of meat from it.
The wolf struggled wildly, yelping and twisting as Noodle shredded it. But, from the wolf's vision it could see a boulder, with a huge spike in it. It staggered slowly towards the boulder, Noodle still stuck on top of the wolf, still shredding and unknowing of what was going to happen.
The wolf twisted on its belly, and kicked.
Noodle's back made contact with the spike, and the wolf stood on it's hind legs, snarling in the confused and surprised cheetah's face as he slowly dug her deeper and deeper into the boulder. Blood gushed, and Noodle's sounds of triumph was replaced with screams of terror and pain. Her hind legs kicked wildly, and the wolf continued to push, until it just... Stopped. The wolf took Noodle by the head, pulled her out of the boulder, and with a grunt chucked her over the cliff.
Down Noodle went, still screeching.
THUMP.
The wolf looked over the edge, seeing a mangled and bloodied body that was Noodle's. The wolf sneered at the body; before traveling away to go to WindClan.
The creature eventually made it to camp, and thrust inside the entrance, still bleeding all over, still Noodle's scents all over it. The wolf then traveled to the exact center of camp, collapsed, and died. Right in the middle of WindClan camp.
---------------------------------------
Meanwhile, at the bottom of the gorge, Noodle lay, dead. The silence that continued before went on as if nothing happened, nothing but the sound of rain pounding on the ground. The mangled body twisted at impossible angles, her mouth slightly ajar. She was dead. No pulse. No heartbeat, nothing but the cold and lifeless feeling of a dead body. She was dead, and that was all there is to it. One more lifeless corpse to add to the party. The rain turned to downpour, and as the mud and blood mixture left from the now blood covered boulder over at the top of the gorge, nothing happened.
Noodle opened one eye.
