[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]Capri was in the front of her little group, unknowingly leading them all to the other trio. She wondered how long it would be until Ireland would shut up about how well she could memorize all fifty states. Meanwhile, Dakota dropped behind the two and sat down. She'd catch up with them later, or maybe if she got lucky, they'd forget about her and she could wander off by her own.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]Capri gave a tiny squeak in surprise, startled. "Who. . . ?" she started, but was cut off by Ireland. "Who are you all, trespassing into out territory like that? I suppose you have a very good excuse, don't ya? I demand answers!"

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"Can't disagree with that," muttered Ireland under her breath. Capri silenced her and stepped up. "Who are you all?" she question. Dakota peeked out from behind her group and spotted Cherrybomb. She gave her a look that said 'Really?' and vanished back behind her friends.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"Weird. Us too," Capri meowed. "Well, uh, bye then." Then she walked away. "Wait!" Ireland hissed loudly. "They could come with us! That would be fun, right?" Dakota flicked an ear and pawed at Ireland's face. "Shut up! I'm pretty sure we can all hear you."

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"Oh, I could go on forever, math, science, history, drawing, painting, dancing, singing " Dakota shoved her away. "I'm just gonna clarify right now that if you mess with me, there'll be consequences. Besides that, I like books and peace and quiet and blueberries." Capri rolled her eyes. "I pretty much like everything any normal teen would like, I guess."

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"Is there any way we can leave her behind?" begged Dakota.

Capri ignored her. "Well, now that that's settled, let's go wait, is there any specific place that you guys are heading for? 'Cause we were pretty much just wondering around."

"Yeah, why were we doing that?" Ireland added unnecessarily.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"You know, in this case, you'd probably be most in a place that's low and with no windows, so I suggest a cave." Ireland took a moment or two to bask in her glory.

Capri rolled her eyes. "Or maybe anywhere but here?!" she hissed, scanning the forest for a safe place to stay.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]Dakota was sent flying by an enormous cloud of dust and branches. She yelped as she was lifted up higher into the sky, having no recollection of who had survived the wild tornado.

It felt as if everything had gone by in a split second to Capri. One moment she was in the forest, and the next she was laying on her side in the middle of a street jammed with huge skyscrapers and honking cars.

Ireland was still on the ground, but jut barely. She scrambled around the area in search of her friends and finally found a rabbit's hole she could slip into easily. Just as she was about to do so, she spotted a blurred figure in the distance. ". . . Harlequin?" she mewed unsurely.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]Evelynn sat down after unpacking her clothes, suddenly realizing how hungry she was. She got up to find her twin and grabbed her by the wrist. "C'mon. We're eating," she told Olly, dragging her to the camp.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]Evelynn spotted Luke by another half-blood a split second after her saw her. He motioned them to come and sit by him, and they did. "Hey. So. . . uh, where's the food?" she asked him.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"How'd you" A plate of steak and mashed potatoes materialized right in front of her. "Woah."

"Pretty cool, huh? Well, it all you want. There's lots to go around," said Luke. "Oh, and just tell your cup what you want to drink. I'll be over there if you need me." And he left.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"That is so cool!" Evelynn said in awe, then glanced at her cup. "Hmm, chocolate milkshake with whip cream and sprinkles. Oh, and a cherry." Her cup automatically filled up with a chocolate milkshake with whip cream, sprinkles, and yes, a cherry too.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]Evelynn, full for the first time in what felt like ages, gave a great yawn and gave her extra food to the Gods, like Luke had told her to. She sat back down next to Olly when a holographic war helmet appeared over both of their heads.

A few kids around the campfire gasped and locked their gazes onto the twins. Luke noticed it after a while and widened his eyes. "You've been claimed!" he said. "You're Ares's daughters!"

Evelynn raised a brow in confusion. "What?" she looked around, then noticed a blue glow above her head. "Olly! Look!" she said excitedly.

    [justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]The next morning later. . .

Clarisse was soon announced their new guide. "Okay, we'll have to get you two some weapons first. Capture the Flag's coming up soon, so you'll want to get some armor too. Follow me."

Evelynn did as told, but eyes Olly when Clarisse mentioned Capture the Flag.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]Clarisse giggled a bit, then opened the doors to a worn out shed. "Funny, but stop joking around. We need to find you some gear. See anything here that looks suitable?"

    "We weren't joking."

"Oh. Sorry. Keep forgetting you're all new to this crap. Anyways, our version of Capture the Flag is much more complicated then the mortals' version. We actually use weapons in this. To hurt people." Clarisse looked serious, and somewhat angry. "Anymore questions?"

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"Nice choice. I always prefer a spear, but swords and daggers are always good too," Clarisse said casually.

Evelynn's attention was caught by a silver and gold charm bracelet with various different weapons as the charms. "This is cool," she said, trying it on.

[justify][fancypost borderwidth=0][size=9pt][font=times new roman][color=white]"You two should've learned by now. Nothing, and I mean nothing, is ever what it seems. Unplug the wire," she ordered Olly, then turned to Evelynn. "Unhook one of those charms."

Suspiciously, Evelynn unhooked a dagger charm, and in less than a second it transformed into a full-sized, deadly knife.
