Omg I can see it xD)

Alex was cooking eggs and bacon for the first time in his life. He had never had to cook when he was alive cause back then women did all the cooking, and when he was changed he only had to drink blood. Heck, he didn't even know what happened when he ate human food. He flipped the egg with a little struggle but let out a woop when he did and didn't break the yolk in the middle. He did a little dance without knowing that Kiko was looking.

(Omg the 900 something year old vampire is dancing because he flipped an egg xDDDDD)

Alex blushed hard from Kikos laughter but saw him freeze. He narrowed his eyes, trying to see what was wrong when he saw it. He blushed more before he started laughing too. Kiko was only in Alex's shirt but it looked more like a dress on him. He hated to admit it but it looked cute as hell. He stopped laughing and said "Morning Kiko, want some eggs?" He turned back to the eggs that looked a little burnt and placed them on the plate with the cooked bacon.

Alex set down the plate of eggs and bacon on the island in front of him and stood there, leaning on the counter just watching Kiko. He hadn't had someone in his house in a long time and he really didn't know what to talk about. He was brought out of his thoughts when he saw Kikos ears and tail out and before he could stop himself he reached out and stroked his cat ears.

Alex quickly noticed the look on Kikos face and drew back his hand quickly. He had a blush on his face and quickly said "Sorry." He went back to the stove and started cleaning up when he remember what he was going to ask Kiko. "Oh, I was wondering if I could try some of your food?" Even though he had made it, he had made it for Kiko, not him, so of course he was going to ask.

(I can't stop giggling x3)

Alex could see the disappointment in his voice and turned around. 'His ears where down like he was sad' that was all he could think. He huffed, blushing, and walked over to Kiko. Before the boy could do anything he grabbed him like a princess and sat down in front of the food, Kiko on his lap. Still blushing he said "I'll pet you but only if you give me a bite of your food."

Alex let a slight smirk on his face before eyeing the food carefully. He had never had human food when he was a vampire before. He didn't know what would happen to him if he ate it but he deiced right there that he would try it. He opened his mouth, his fangs showing, waiting for Kiko,

Alex closed his mouth around the food and pulled back, chewing on it. He put a hand on Kikos head and gently started petting him, and started coughing in the other. He swallowed the food and decided he would just stick with blood. Still petting Kiko he took the fork from his hand and picked up some food with it. He then waved it in front of Kiko, "Now I get to feed you."

Alex smiled at the boy. "Thank you. Its my first time making food." He laughed at the boys face and carried on feeding and petting him. He looked toward his fridge when he felt the first bite of hunger hit him. Of course he would need blood. He hadn't drank nearly as much as he needed last night and it was coming back to bite him in the butt.

(Sorry I've I haven't posted in a bit, I've been a bit busy with some family stuff :/)

Alex nodded along with what Kiko said. "I don't kill when I feed so I usually have to go out 2 days in a row. But don't worry, I have some blood stored up for me." He smiled down at Kiko before saying "so your a neko right? I don't know much about them but that they are half human half cat or some kind of animal. So what else can you do?"

"Huh, well thats pretty cool." He thought on it for a bit while still petting Kiko before taking another glance at the fridge. He quickly went back to Kiko, trying to distract himself until Kiko was done eating. "Vampires are pretty boring compared to that. Sure we don't age after were turned but we only get one chance at life. The lower class vampires only live for about 600 to 1000 years old. We have four types. Pure Breeds, those are the royal family and they all where born, not bitten. They all live to be about 2 or 3,000 years and take care of the government aspect of vampires. Then there's the next class that we call the Golden because they were bitten by one of the royal family. They live to be about 1,000 to 2,000 years old and usually work for the royal family. The next class are called the Chosen, its a stupid name." He let out a sigh at the thought of the name. "They got it because they get bitten by a Golden so yeah, and they live to be about 700 or 900 years old. They're pretty much the lower class of the vampires. And the last class are called the Bitten. They only live to be about 200 to 500 years of age because of all the fights that go on between them. "As he talked about the Bitten his face became angered at the thought of them. He quickly shook it off before caring on. "The Bitten are the worst of all of us because there lust for blood starts growing when they reach there 200eds and most of the time they have to be hunted down. It's illegal in most of the world to make a bitten but sometimes vampires are stupid and do it anyway." He let out a breath after he was done talking. 'I haven't talked that much in a LONG time' he thought to himself.

Alex couldn't help but stare at Kiko when he smiled. It brightened up the whole room. He blushed a little before saying, "I'm a Golden. I work for the royal family by hunting down Bitten who have turned bad." His eyes turned dark as he mentioned the Bitten and he huffed before standing up with Kiko and gently putting him back on the chair to keep eating. "I'll be right back, I need a drink real quick." He ran vampire speed to the fridge, opened it, grabbed a bag of blood, and closed it just a quickly before walking out of the room to the one next to it. He didn't want Kiko to see him drink the blood because sometimes he accidentally got messy while feeding. He huffed at himself. After 900 years he still had trouble drinking out of a bag.

Alex drank the blood and let out sigh of relief. He wouldn't need to feed for a while now unless something happened to him. The way blood worked for him was he only needed to feed once or twice a month unless he got hurt which happened quite often in his line of duty. Sure he healed faster then a human but without blood that couldn't happen. He finished up the blood before going to the bathroom and throwing it away and cleaning up his face. After making sure he was blood free he walked back just in time to hear Kiko say, "then maybe I could give him my blood." Sadly he didn't hear the whole sentence so he decided he wouldn't say anything to him. He walked back in and said, "So what do you want to do today?"

Alex was surprised when the boy threw himself on him, literately. He stumbled back a few paces because of surprise before finally getting back his balance and starred down at the boy in shock. When he heard the question he started thinking before saying, "I think that you are most innocent and nicest person I've ever met. I haven't known you for long but I do know that your kind, and I gotta say I-" he started stuttering at the last part, "I um well I think you're cute so.. yeah." He blushed at the last part and hugged Kiko back fast so he wouldn't see.

"Yeah, but like, only a little." He said, trying and failing to make seem like it didn't matter. He sighed before picking up Kiko and moving towards the living room. He sat down on the couch and turned on the tv before looking at him. "Do you want to watch anything?"

Life before the blast: He always protected his sister from his parents when he could. His parents were very abusive and screamed a lot so Alex and Xena used to 'run away' from home for a few days. He and Xena where on one of these trips when the bombs hit.
Life now: Living with Xena from building to building with the food they steal every once in a while.
Personality: Alex is a caring person and is very protective of Xena. He is also very brave and loves adventure once in a while, just not a lot.
Mental State: Little bit crazy
Load out: A bat on his back, two pistols with 5 clips, and his amazing speed. (Came after the bombs from radiation.)
Strongest ability: His Stamina for running.

Gender: Female
Life before the blast: Because her brother made her take self defense classes (taekwondo) she knew how to fight and survive by herself if the need every came. Her and her brother, Alex, where out on one of there running away trips when the bombs dropped.
Life now: "Pretty much sucks. A lot of people are dead or zombies but thats okay because were still living." Xena and Alex have been living on filtered water and canned food for a while before the apocalypse so there doing okay in life now.
Personality: Xena is the adventures one of the siblings and is aways up for a fight. Because of the skills (thanks taekwondo) she is silent and loves scaring her brother.
Mental State: Just a little bit crazy
Load out: two pistols with only 3 clips unlike her bro, a very nice sword she got from a store she broke into, and her little 'ability' to be oddly more flexible then normal (from the radiation.)
Strongest ability: Her stealth

"Xena get up!" a whisper was heard though out the small room. The girl on the floor groaned and opened her eyes to glare at her brother. "What." she hissed. Oh how she hated mornings, even if they were in a zombie apocalypse.
"There's people in the house next to us." Alex whispered to her. "What really?!" she jumped up and almost hit her brother in the head. They hadn't seen other people in a week and if others where a live that meant humanity still had a chance.
"Well lets go then!" She whispered to him. She grabbed the backpack that held what she had and ran out of the room quickly and quietly. Her brother rolled his eyes before doing his running thing and stopping her from running out the front door.
"There's zombies out there we can't." She rolled her eyes at him before going upstairs to the window that looked over at the window in the next house and she waited for someone to pass by it.

"Hey Alex do you think theres a ladder in this house somewhere?" Xena asked, looking at the two windows with a smirk. Alex looked at her for a second before saying, "Yeah there was one right by the front door, why?" Xena smirked before saying, "Go get it." Alex narrowed his eyes at her before rolling them and walking away toward the front door.

Xena sat by herself leaning out the open window, making no noise to alert the zombie right below her. It was a class 2 and could easily be killed if something heavy was dropped on it, like the fridge down stairs. Sadly she couldn't carry something that heavy so she was stuck just starring at it. Finally her brother appeared with the ladder and before he could ask what she was doing she stuck it out the window and right on the ledge to the window to the next house. She smiled at her brother before creeping out the window onto the ladder and started climbing over to the window.
