Greykit had been curiously studying a lady bug when she heard a crash and saw her sister Crushedcub injured, blood oozing out of her body. "Crushedcub?!" She exclaimed as she raced over there. There was a small group already over there, Bitterkit and her mother included. When she saw the extent of her sisters injuries. Tears formed in her eyes.

"Crushedcub!" She neared her sister, "Are you okay?! What happened?"

"Hey, whatcha got there?" Greykit called out, watching from afar. Two leg treasures were always interesting finds for the half-Persian, she was curious after all! The grey kit was often stumped by the two leg items, because no one really had any answers to her questions about them.

Therefore she tended to make her own conclusions about them that seemed the most logical to her.

"I'm Greykit!" the grey kit smiled, "You must be new, welcome to the clan, I guess!"

if she could telepathically read Zipporah's mind, she might have been a bit horrified, to say the least. Greykit wasn't really sure if SunClan was all that evil, even though what her sister, Bitterpaw did was not right. Vanillastar could have manipulated her into gaining information about ColoredClan, their enemy.

But then, she wasn't sure what was right or wrong anymore...especially since Bitterpaw murdered a npc apprentice and told them she hated them. Bitterpaw seemed really tense at their family meeting as well.

"So, uh, do you like it here?" The kit asked. Well, she was almost an apprentice, she had grown from that small emancipated thing her mother found in a basket to a lean, healthy clan cat.

Alright, it was almost similar to what Quietpatience had done. But she didn't mind, she liked coloring after all, even if she wasn't that great at it.

She took a brush of her own and dipped it in the pink shade. Greykit then carefully painted an egg in the color. The grey kit then dipped it in blue and added uneven blue spots all around the pink egg, making it dotted.

Greykit shamelessly chewed on a few gummy bears and worms as she worked on her necklace. She was making completely out of Hershey kisses, tiny chocolate eggs and an assortment of square shaped chocolates. It was so very attempting to eat her necklace already...

//writing this post is making me crave candy xD

"Sure," Greykit purred, "How's your nurse studies going?"

Greykit was always curious about herbs and their ability to cure ever since Bitterpaw healed Whitepaw's cut...man, that was like forever ago. Back when Bitterpaw wasn't so bitter and actually seemed like she loved her family. But the grey Persian had admired her eldest sister since that day because of her herbal knowledge. She was the one to tell Greykit of marigold's medical properties. That is how Greykit knew that the doctors wouldn't mind receiving more marigold for their supplies. She did wish she knew more about herbs, but then again...she wished she knew a lot of things.

//gosh you guys keep breaking Greypaw's heart xD I understand for the lack of muse, see you around, laura ;)

Greypaw had been taking a walk when she noticed her sister in the flower patch. Smiling, she was about to call out to her sister, when Crushedpaw started tripped and started falling off the hill. There was an exceptionally loud crack and then silence. The young apprentice was froze in horror as Sulfur yelled out to everyone. "Crus-Crushie?" The Persian half-breed stuttured, "Crushpaw?!"

No answer. In her heart, she had a sinking suspicion but she didn't want to be right. She raced over to look over the side, to see the gruelsome sight. her sister's neck in an odd angle, blooding pouring out of her with no seeming stop. "No..." Greypaw collapsed on the side of the hill, sobbing, "Not another one. I can't-can't lose another s-s-sister..."

Greypaw, her heart heavy, had set forth to journey to SunClan. First, she was in shock, now she was angry. Why?! Why did all her sisters leave her? It wasn't Crushedpaw's fault, but it was certainly Bitterpaw's and Whitepaw's decision to leave her. If Bitterpaw had just been content to stay and not get in trouble.... if they all agreed to leave their stupid clan loyalties behind and become a whole family again...then maybe...just maybe Crush wouldn't be gone.

She felt exhausted and almost physically ill, her body shaking as she stood outside the territory. "I know I smell of freaking ColoredClan, but I-I mean no harm, and I wish to speak with my sisters Bitterpaw and Whitepaw."

The new ColoredClan apprentice allowed herself to crushed by Whitepaw's hug, standing still as a statue. "It's Greypaw now..." She sharply corrected her sisters, trying not to look them in the eye. She ignored the other SunClanners almost entirely, focusing on her mission.

"You-you know how you said I'd be fine as long as Momma and Crushy were with me?" Her voice wobbled a bit, mostly speaking to Whitepaw than Bitterpaw, "Well guess what? Crush's not here. She's never coming back. Gone, gone, gone!"

//psst, Lumiscentpup should probably be an apprentice since all his siblings are xD

Greypaw felt a bit hopeful when she saw Poppypaw come examine Crush. Surely possibly it wasn't that bad, right? But then she saw Poppypaw drew up, murmuring apologies that the young apprentice didn't want to hear. It wasn't fair, why? All her sisters slipping off to paths she could not wander. What happened to the fun times with water fights and attacking giant evil stuffed animal pigs together? Why couldn't everything be happy again? Why couldn't she just travel back, to the days where everyone was together and not apart?

Suddenly she felt Trey try to comfort her as her own mother wept at the side of Crushedpaw's carcass, drenching her fur with the lab's blood.

"T-thanks, Trey," she murmured to her mentor. She knew the black leopard struggled with expressing emotions so she was thankful for the gesture.

As she saw her brother start trotting nonchalantly into the sunset, Greypaw wanted to say "good riddance" because really, her brother never really a part of her family in her mind and pretty much in everyone else's minds as well. After all, Whitepaw didn't invite him to the secret family meeting and he never seemed to want to carry the last name so in her mind he was a complete stranger.

But...it was one of her last kin in ColoredClan and seeing her mother weep at the sight of him leaving them once again brought a heavy heart to her.

"He never ever cared for us." She bitterly spat, "He never acted like family and he never took on our family name, he is no brother of mine."
