[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]The detective had been about in camp, resting in the apprentice's den. The pallid tom slipped out of the den, blinking his crimson gaze sleepily. The air was heavy with dew and it was still dark out and Aru was about to go out on a patrol when he spotted a downy feather floating down towards the nursery. His gaze followed it until it landed on Canadiancub. With a mumble, the detective sluggishly made his way over, his tie undone and hanging around his neck. "Good morning, what are you doing out so early?"

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]Aru, the pain still pulsating through his body let his head rest on the sand with a huff. He blinked, tears running down his steamy face and mixing itself in with the blood he laid in. "Hah .. hah .." The pallid tom panted, staring up at Verity with a hardened crimson gaze. It seemed that others were willing to give mercy while others just wanted to see him wither in pain for sins he didn't commit.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]"The residents are nice, interesting things have taken place. Yeah, I like it here." Aru said, flickering his gaze about the territory of ThunderClan with his smile still lighting up his features. As she spoke again, his attention turned to her again. "I can't pass up on making friends now can I?"

Thanks for offering to make the thread Lost =D -
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]Aru looked down at his tie, realizing the Canadiancub had been pointing towards it. Arise chuckled. "An undone tie .." The tom grinned as he leaned onto his haunches and attempted to tie his tie and succeeded on the first try, seeing as he had it for who knows how long. "It helps others recognize who I am - a detective."
-
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]"If you mean by for fun, then I usually play detective. Other than that, not much." Aru said. Geez, he needed to get more hobbies. "What about you? What is it that you do in HawkClan?"
-
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]"Well, that's good to know that you yell at inanimate objects." The pallid tom said, his tail uncoiling from around his paws and hung over the branch as he watched Lacey. "What's with that?" He said, referring to the sword over her back.
-
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]"Yeah, that's who I am." Canadiancub was right but detectives were usually called in when the cops couldn't solve a particular case. So, detectives helped out the cops but the cops would get the recognition and not the detective, unfortunately. Nevertheless, Aru nodded his head.
-
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]Another willing to be a detective? Aru grinned as his tail flickered back and forth. "How can I say no?" The tom chuckled, coiling his tail around his paws. His expression fell to that of neutral, seriousness flickering through his crimson gaze. "Being a detective means you have to use all of your senses at once. Sometimes detectives have a sixth sense, where you have a feeling something's wrong." He explained. "While training to be a detective, it can enhance your fighting skills." It certainly helped him out in combat. If he hadn't been a detective, then he'd probably wouldn't know a thing about fighting.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]Aru arrived on the scene, listening to Witchingstar attentively. Then, he heard his name along with Meadowpaw. Assistant deputies? He hadn't been expecting to climb the ranks so swiftly. And then there were some questioning on Meadowpaw's right on being promoted to the rank of assistant deputy which made the pallid tom a bit surprised yet he said nothing. Then he heard Witchingstar once more, instead of assistant deputies, he and Meadowpaw were battlemasters instead ( which he thought was better ).
He listened as his clanmates bickered, his ears flickering out of disappointment. He truly expected better but not of Whis since she was possessed and stuff. Nonetheless, Aru grinned. "Thanks everyone, congratulations! I promise I'll do my best as a battlemaster."
-
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]Aru arrived on the scene a bit later, having picked up on the mixed scent of RiverClan and his own clanmates. "Welcome to ThunderClan." The newly promoted battlemaster would greet with a friendly smile lighting up his features. "I'm Akise Aru."
-
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]"Don't worry, you won't have to fight much as a detective but it'll certainly help you get better at it." Aru reminded. Having heard the nervous tone that would take Canadiancub's voice, he felt he needed to remind him that as a detective he wouldn't need to fight as much if he decided to focus on only being a detective.
-
[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]"Morningcloud, considering that a lot of our clanmates are calling her that." Aru had been observing quietly. "Hey, she said she's from RiverClan Sun!" The battlemaster said, a soft smile on his lips.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]Aru arrived next to Kenshin. "That sounds like a good idea, Cameowaltz." The pallid tom said, thinking over the idea.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]Aru didn't take interest in healing but learning basics couldn't hurt, would it? Upon arriving on the scene, he sat down somewhere near the front and lifted his gaze towards Cameowaltz.

[fancypost bordercolor=transparent; width: 400px][justify]10th Entry - PROMOTION
Well, looks like I don't have to participate in the battlemaster competition anymore because I was recently promoted to the position along with Meadowpaw. Wow, I never actually expected to climb the ranks. However, some of my clanmates openly disapproved if Meadowpaw being promoted. Others seem to have a problem that younger felines that haven't been in ThunderClan long are being promoted as well. Oh we'll, it was Witchingstar's choice, not theirs. Also, BloodClan did indeed raid us again and thankfully I didn't get captured again.A friend of mine lost an eye, Witchingstar lost a life, and Wildlife was struck by lighting. I hope they all heal swiftly. If the people of the aforementioned are reading this, I hope you all get better soon.
I apologize deeply since this journal is meant to keep record of cases but it seems I am writing about my life. This is mostly because I want to keep record of my life as well but this seemed to have turned more into a personal journal/diary so now it's just a regular diary.

"DAMN, HOW DID YOU KNOW?"If Aru had been a dog, his tail would be waggling. In some way it was, but mostly because it was pretty humid that day. With a bat of his right ear, Aru then suggested "It's awfully humid isn't it?
Don't you feel .. hot? *wink* *wonk*" -

"Mm .. sounds like a wonderful idea. Pucker up."Twisting his cranium to the tree Ciel was gesturing towards, he nodded his head as he got to his paws and rose to his abnormal full height.
"I hope you like your men tall."With a gesture of his head for the kitten to follow him, he began to pad towards the aforementioned tree. His gaze flickering back towards the ebony hued kitten his jaws parted once more. "You have a peculiar accent." Aru pointed out, his ears swiveling forwards to hear the reply that would come from Ciel.
