Darktail smirked at Cinderleaf's comment and swatted her tail away from his face with an upturned paw. "Maybe, maybe not," he said with a laugh.

"Oh, Leafpaw!" said Skystripes. "I'm sure that this isn't true! You're a wonderful young cat. They probably just don't understand you as much because you are training to be a medicine cat while they are training to become warriors. Even if they didn't you, they would have to one day, when you help to heal them or ease their wounds. I'm sure that the other apprentices like you a lot more than you think."

Darktail smiled at Cinderleaf. He was enjoying being in her company.

OOC -   cinnabunni , no idea. It's weird. They've definitely been online but they haven't posted in this thread. Maybe you could try PMing them? My advice would be to hunt the animals to which you were assigned and then just head back to camp. If Hawkheart's roleplayer doesn't return, you could just say that you lost sight of them while you were hunting in the woods and that no one knows what happened to her. Maybe you could be reassigned a new mentor if they don't come back?

Darktail nodded. "Ah, yes, but you have very good litter mates," he said with a smile.

"Before... Before I came to the island, I was actually a kittypet," said Darktail, wincing as he remembered that part of his history. "I was separated from my litter mates when I was only two moons old. I've never seen them again. I lived in a house with an old twoleg and Skystripes, who was also a kittypet. The twoleg that we lived with was actually alright, but one day he died, and Sky and I were left to fend for ourselves. I guess that over the past few years, Skystripes has become like an adopted sister to me."

Skystripes watched Leafpaw walk back into camp and hoped that the young apprentice medicine cat would be okay. She then walked over to Dappledpaw, who was also returning to the camp. "Wow," she said as she greeted the young apprentice. "You have caught a lot of prey!"

Aurora heard some strange sounds in the forest. At first, she felt very nervous. After all, it could be a monster who wanted to eat her up! The young cougar, who was easily scared, dove into some nearby foliage, shaking with fear.

She heard an animal approaching, getting closer to her hiding place. Between the branches and leaves which surrounded her, she could just make out the pawprints of a very large cat. Seeing that she was in no immediate danger, Rory called out from the bushes, "Hello? Who's there?"

Rory poked her head out from the bushes as Hermes arrived. She tried to tell herself that she would be safe, now. "Hello, Eden," she said shyly, looking up at the liger.

"I.. I'm Aurora," said Rory, unable to keep eye contact. She smiled when Darkrose galloped onto the scene.

Rory smiled up at her mother, instantly feeling safer now that she was present. This, however, did not stop her from jumping with fright when another unknown creature came out from the bushes. "He..hello? I'm sorry that you're lost."

Kyirrie was tired.

She had been wandering around by herself for more than a moon now. Her eyes were drooping, she was craving sleep, and she had lost an incredible amount of weight. Prey had been scarce over the last couple of days, and it was always hard to catch something substantial when you were hunting by yourself.

The dingo had been separated from her pack several weeks ago and had been wandering alone ever since. Now, she stood near the border of the territory which belonged to the Nox, not that she knew that of course.

reason your character would fit with the role: Kyirrie is a dingo, and where I come from, dingoes are associated with intelligence and slyness. Kyir displays these qualities in herself. She is highly intelligent and capable, and, while for the most part, she is friendly, she is not above trickery or deceit if it will help the others in her Clan. She means no harm to anyone else, but the pack always comes first.

Anyway, I think that Kyir would make a good delta as she is generally knowledgeable and wise, and in the future, she could become specialized in politics, as her trickster attributes would help her with flattery so that she could more easily 'win over' other Clans as allies.

She's also 20 months old, which is old enough for a leadership position, and she's mature as well.
